I used the tapjoy reward system on the game 'injustice gods among us' to get some in game currency with more value for my money. I downloaded a game directly from their reward system using no vpn, using same device and following the instructions correctly. The game I downloaded is called 'smithing master' and one of the rewards was to purchase something in game called the 'eternal pass (permanent)' which would reward me with 309k coins in 'injustice gods among us'. After I bought it I received another reward in 'injustice' for engaging with the app which proved that it acknowledged I downloaded it correctly. After a few days passed I tried to contact their support, I started talking to their AI support and provided them with the necessary evidence that I had made the purchase. The next day I get a reply back telling me that my issue was ineligible for the reward. It's been 4 days since I purchased it writing this now.

I have had the exact same issue in the past with tapjoy regarding the game 'Mortal Kombat Mobile' and it has been months since that.

Desired outcome: To receive the currency which I spent my money on
