As a parent, I understand the importance of keeping my children safe online, which led me to try Umobix. The app offers a range of features like GPS tracking, call monitoring, and social media tracking. While the installation process was a bit time-consuming, the real-time location tracking feature was precise and reliable. However, I was disappointed to find out that some features were not available for iPhones, which was not clearly stated upfront. Customer support was responsive but could be more proactive in addressing issues. Overall, Umobix has potential for parents looking to monitor their children's online activities, but improvements are needed to enhance the user experience.

When I first got this app a few things just wasn't right. They said give it a couple of days & it will work it self out. After the 5th day I was really getting aggravated so a technician tryed fixing the problem & then another, that's when I asked for a full refund. They said please let us try 1 more time. & I'm glad I did that's when they sent ALEXE from uMobix she was able to do what 2 other technicians we're unable to do! I guess they save the BEST FOR LAST!

I had some concerns about my immature dependent, and I went online and found the Umobix app to track my dependent's activities. I was able to see messages, internet searches, website visits and social media activities. This action allowed me to stop a planned event that would have damaged her, and other lives. I was able to get clarity about her negative behavior and take action to change some bad self-destructive behavior. I'm so thankful that I was able to install the Umobix.

Very grateful to Timothy Johanson for helping me with the installation. I've used two different services, and umobix is by far the better of the two. Automatic installation that lasts only seconds. Easy Uninstall. Timothy helped guide me through the process. Only thing I would say is that the development team failed me one out of four times when I asked "Kris Jenner" to help me with an issue about audio and video streaming. She said development team would fix it but it was never fixed, which is why I had Tim help me with the uninstall. Thanks!

I am not very good with gadget nor application because I came from old school where things were very simple as compared to today's world. I had to find an application to monitor my daughter's activities that was slightly off track. I decided to buy SpyBubble with my limited hi tech knowledge. I found out that the customer service team has been very responsive to my problem and lead me all the way to make me comfortable using the app. I like to thank you the team and especially to Sandra from SpyBubble who had given me a step by step information. Keep up the good work to SpyBubble team.

Omg! For some reason the target phone stopped updating and I couldn't get anything for a week...everything that I was told to do yesterday wasn't working...sooo...I came back on chat today and Nicky was helping me, it took some time and I'm sure she had to have been frustrated with me as I was with tryin to do what she said...I'm pretty sure we solved the problem unlinking the target phone and gonna relink tonite...it seemed nothing was working right...so new credentials and Nicky unlinked the target phone for me...so now I can start over tonite...she was so nice and patient to the end with me...its so great to have customer like this! I recently invested in the Umobix software and unfortunately, I have experienced a number of issues during the setup process. Despite being quite expensive, I simply cannot seem to get it running as I would like it to. At this moment, I feel like it is nothing more than an unscrupulous scam and I cannot help but advise others not to succumb to the tempting reviews that can be found on this platform.

To add insult to injury, I have even realized that Umobix charges significantly more than other similar software providers, yet they seem reluctant to provide a refund, even in situations where they themselves admit that the app is not functional. To be honest, my previous dealings with xnspy were much more successful and I find myself in the position where I now regret switching to Umobix.

The app is not so invisible as they claim, a special VPN must be always active on the target phone and that's very visible so judge by yourself before you buy it!

The user has lost its private encryption key, which has resulted in loss of data, temporary loss of access to the user's User Space or any other inconveniences for the user;
The user refuses to re-install or re-link Umobix Software in the event of the performed upgrade of the operating system on the target device;
The user's target device is not in compliance with the Umobix Compatibility Policy;
The target device has lost connection with Umobix subscription due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset or update to the latest operating system version;
The user's account was defined as Dormant. Account is regarded as Dormant if from the last log-in date passed 1.5 months (45 days) and the customer did not access his account within this time frame.
In addition to the above, no refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond Umobix control. They include, but are not limited to:

A target phone is not owned by a user or a user did not receive a consent of a target phone owner to install the Umobix Software;
A target phone does not have Internet access (no money left on the target phone account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem, etc.);
The carrier operator is changed by a target phone user that leads to the loss of Internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of Umobix Software;
Update of operating system of a target phone;
A target phone was reset to original factory settings;
A user does not follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team via email or telephone call;
A user does not accept technical assistance;
A user does not have a physical access to a target phone or has forgotten the password to unlock it;
A user did not receive the data that had been saved on a target phone before Umobix was installed on it;
A user is either unable or does not want to obtain physical access to the target device in order to enable iCloud backup;
2-factor/2-step verification is enabled on a target device and a user is unable to have physical access to the device.
A user does not have up-to-date iCloud credentials for target Apple ID account;
A target device runs unsupported operating system. The following operating systems are NOT supported: Symbian Belle, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry 10 or Bada;
A user intended to use Umobix Phone on more than one target device after purchasing one subscription plan;
Personal reasons (I've changed my mind, I've made a purchase by mistake, Software was not used, etc.);
Umobix Software was unlinked or damaged by anti-virus software, target device's owner or other services.

I wanted to try this service

and by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.

They refused to to issue a refund. Very acammy by them. They wanted to keep that money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.

Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me...Shame on them

Advert implied easy to install.

It was not!

Advert implied East dashboard showing all data of calls, messages and WhatsApp.

It does not - data now does not connect and hasn't download in days. And when it did nothing came up for calls or texts I had made as tests.

Advert implied my daughter would not know I am monitoring her phone.

She will as its the verification code is sent to her phone when we have added my partners number as trustsd it still goes to her phone.

Requested my money back and not had a decent reply.

I want my money back or reporting this poorly advertised product which does not deliver
