My AC went down on the weekend and they came right out. Lucky it was a quick fix and very reasonable repair. Very professional, polite and expeditious! Would definitely recommend and will use the next time, thanks.

This company is not here to rip you off. They truly are very nice customer service oriented people. We bought our 4 ton AC unit from them and they also serviced our old unit for years before we bought the new system. They are prompt and efficient and we are completely satisfied with their company. Sun Devil Heating and Cooling is awesome and just recently we had their technician here and he was great as well.

Gerardo and his crew are amazing! My ac went out on a 109-degree day I called multiple companies for emergency service. Gerardo and his crew came to the rescue saved me thousands compared to other companies in an emergency. I was quoted much higher prices by competitors and given wait times weeks out. Gerardo has his crew come out the same day of the quote to install a brand new roof top unit. Sun Devil Heating and Cooling is the best!

Kevin from Sun Devil came to our home yesterday to do our annual AC system checkup. He was on-time and was friendly and professional throughout his visit. He was very thorough in checking each of our units and found and fixed a couple of problems that could have caused major issues for us if they had gone left unchecked. I thought his service was excellent and the price was fair. I will continue to call upon Sun Devil for all of our HVAC needs.

I bought my new AC unit from Sun Devil Heating and Cooling three years ago and have used them to perform semi annual inspections to ensure the unit runs perfectly. They always show up on time and perform a thorough job. I have recommended them to others who are considering buying a new unit or having some maintenance done. Sun Devil Heating and Cooling is a wealth of information related to things I can do to ensure my AC unit stays in great shape and does not let me down when I need it the most.

The installers were great. In and out in a little over four hours. My neighbor replaced his unit and the technicians were there from 8 in the morning til 7 at night. Very professional, wore gloves which they changed several times and masks. Unit wasn't working probably and I called for service. The office could not have been any nicer and any more accommodating. Kevin came out and found the problem was with the thermostat that I had paid four hundred dollars for last year. I would highly recommend this company

Our A/C System had stopped cooling to the desired temperature during another near record week of temps in the 100's +. We requested estimates and Gerardo was the first people to respond. Once we made our decision to move forward, Gerardo and team scheduled and performed the replacement on the next day. The technicians arrived on-time, gave us an estimate on how much time the process would take and hit those goals as promised. They estimated 4 hours from start to finish and were well within that time frame. Cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and our house was cooling better than ever before they left. The price was fair and the workmanship was professional and courteous. I will turn to Sun Devil in the future for all of our Air Conditioning needs in the future. We have a NEST thermostat that required an additional wire be installed to keep it's internal battery charged to keep the system working properly and Sun Devil was there next day and completed that work in under an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with the system they installed and the service we've received.
