I have been a customer of straight talk for 2 years now. I have always had the $45 monthly plan. I decided to try the $55 plan since Walmart+ membership was offered as well as paramount+, which would begin on 12/16. I have not been able to access either of these! I kept getting a message stating that they could not find a Walmart+ membership associated with my account, when I tried using the link straight talk sent to me. I have tried chatting with customer service, with the first one very obviously apparent that they did not wish to help me, since I stated that and there was no response. In fact, that person stopped communicating altogether. Later when chatting with another person from customer service, she told me that she would request a call back and that there was nothing she could do on her end. I received a call back this morning and was told I needed to wait an hour, and someone would call me back. After waiting 2 hours I finally had to call customer service. After one hour on the phone, with no help and after being transferred to someone else, they hung up abruptly and did not call me back! I called them back again and was very adamant about speaking to a supervisor and to someone who could understand my problem. She refused to transfer me and said she could help. She didn't! She finally transferred me to someone else and after another hour on the phone, that person hung up as well and did not call back! Those are 2 hours of my life that I will not get back as well as wasted money on a product I cannot use! I feel that this is some kind of scam and want my money back but they refused to do that as well.

Claimed loss: $55 plus tax

Desired outcome: I want a refund and I will go back to my $45 monthly plan.

Straight talk emailed me and said they wanted to redeem themselves and asked me to click the link to chat with someone. Another 30 min of my life wasted! They do not keep any information from previous chats or phone calls and you literally start all over again! This person did not help me any more than any of the others. Do not use this company! I do not know who these people are that straight talk employes, but they are the most incompetent people I have ever encountered! They will scam you!
