Going to take cash crusaders table bay to ombudsman due to apparently not needing to follow consumer act. Bought 2 phones and they are slow,low storage without many apps installed. We are unable to install a security app, poor quality phone, it does if support my needs of someone who just needs what's app and one security app and I should have know by the name doogee (dodgy) and I was told they don't follow the consumer act and not interested as phone was switched on. Wait for it I will do everything in my power to make sure the branch fails and people get to know the cheap [censored] products you sell.

Dobsonville cash crusaders is absolutely rubbish. They treat people like nonsense, and the owner is very rude! I mean I have been to many cash crusaders and never been told that I can't wear a cap or sunglasses in the store.

They have many cameras but yet they tell you the reason is "Security reasons". I mean what kind of security hazard is wearing a cap, binie or sunglasses? They don't even search for firearms or weapons when entering the store, but for safety they are worried about a cap?

And it's like they choose who they tell that nonsense to, as some customers will be wearing them and continuing whilst they demand you to remove yours!

NONSENSE and I want their head office number to take this further

I bought a laptop at 1 of ir outlets at Sunnyside, it was tested it n it looked fine bt when I got home it was dark it was showing anything I returned it after a day they gave me anada 1 which is not charging. I haven't used any of de laptops n I'm scared of they give me another 1 it might also give me prblms so I nid a solution 2 de prblm that I have

I bought the projector, it has frozen after watching 1 movie, switched back on but had red lines across the screen. We returned it to the shop, where we were told that we had to have broken it because it worked at the shop. They never fully tested it, a built-in speaker doesn't work, screws are missing. This I went back for a refund, and they told us that we broke it and there will be no refund. The projector won't switch on after cash crusaders had a tech look at it.

What can be done?

I have pawned my laptop at Cash Crusaders Southdale branch, when I paid for collection on 2/03/2024, I was informed they can't get my laptop, the staff member (Thapelo) informed me to give him 5days to get a new one, he then got a different laptop that didn't work properly and wanted to give it to me, I informed him it's not the same laptop and the one he wants to give to me does not work...

I would like my original laptop back or to be compensated for a replacement of the exact same make/model and specs.

Today is the 17/03/2024, I was informed by the manger to log a complaint and email the store...

I need urgent feedback as this laptop is my primary source of studying and this issue is taking to long to resolve.

My laptop is a hp 13.3 Elitebook, X360 (256GB) 16GB ram G8 intel-core I5

I brought a speaker at Cash Crusaders Tokai Junction and I it had a year warranty it started giving me problems after 5 months I took it back to the store for repairs it's almost 2 months now and tthet didn't call I went to the store to find out when I'll get it back they just said they still waiting I'm really very disappointed because I always buy my items there and I would always recommend Cash Crusaders to people if I hear they wanna buy stuff but what I'm expiriencing now after spending R1000 on my speaker and not getting it back

The customer service at you buy shop in Mount Edgecombe is absolutely pathetic, you guys accept items and then when we want to pawn the same item again proof of purchase is asked for please direct me to your terms and conditions for pawning items and a picture displayed in the buy shop in Mount Edgecombe Durban that states proof of ownership is required! I went into the store to pawn my samsung A53 which was previously Pawned at your store last month and a couple of times prior to last month, the buyer was assisting me and then another buyer told the guy assisting me that they will not accept the phone without proof of purchase and treated me as if I was a criminal, I have other items currently Pawned at your store. On the system it shows that my samsung a53 was previously Pawned do why ask for proof of ownership now?

I went to Makhado branch, I received horrible customer service. The cashier was super slow when assisting i stood for more than 15 while she was assisting the person in front of me, due to work demand i was called back and i had to rush back to work, asked for the item to be set aside and i was assured of that but when i went back i was being told the opposite and the item was sold as they are sales driven, how i don’t understand as I didn’t take more than 35 minutes to go back to the branch

I have loaned from Cash Crusaders Brits in the North west, using my laptop..Today I went to pay for an extension of R150 (as stated in their message) , When I got there I was told to pay R385 as they have changed shops or else they are selling my laptop. I was told this with no communication or made aware of such. I am pleading with head office to contact me on [protected] before this matter escalates. How do they change shops without informing their customers and why should I be told to pay R385 without being told before hand.

I ordered a tv on saturday the 06th of January 2024. On Monday you wrote me an email telling me it was ready for collection. To my surprise, the people at your stores in Ngebs Mall Mthatha told me that the payment hadn't reflected on your end yet despite the fact that 48 hours had passed since the day I placed the order. It is now Tuesday and still nothing. Please rectify this as soon as possible or refund my money.

Good morning Sir /Mam my name is Goodwill from free state .I would like to file an a complain about the service I got from one of your shops,I bought a speaker last month then i realized that it was not working well when i got home.Then I took it back for repair even today haven't found it.I was there yesterday the lady just checked an come back she only told me that my speaker isn't back yet without any explanation when can I come back again for collection

I would like to lay a complain against one of your stores and staff in kuruman cash crusader on the ‪[protected]‬ I spent R1999. 99 in store I bought Xbox 360 which is R1799. 99 and the disc for Xbox 360.

the sales by the name of tshidiso moroka and the casher by the name of pelonomi ebusang said to me that I have a warranty of 6month and I can get the refund on Xbox 360 only and I signed the slip.

on the ‪[protected]‬ I went in store asking for refund cause the Xbox doesn't work. tshidiso and same staff checked it and they confirmed the problem of the Xbox 360.they said they will assist me with refund I must wait they will call manager by the name tumelo baitsiwe.

manager came after 30min we talked then he said he will be back to me, I waited in cash crusaders kuruman for 3hrs and the manager refuse to give me refund.

the manager gave me two option via refund 1st refund he can't refund me R1799.99 but he can give a refund of R1200 only or he will give me the new joy stickers for Xbox 360.i asked the manager what's gone happen with R600 outstanding he never respond to me.

the staff of cash crusaders kuruman treated me badly, lied to me, waisted my time,empty promises via refund and they denied me that they don't know me at all.

A month ago I bought a 25kg twin tub Kelvinator washing machine at Cash Crusaders Silverton On the 13th November 2023 I went to Cash Crusaders Silverton too lay a complaint about the spinner is not working properly and that the clothes are soaking wet after spinning. The manager informs me they will send a technician out to my house. On the same day the manager contacted me and said the technician can’t come out because he do not have transport and that I must bring the washing machine to the shop. I’m staying 1,6km from the shop. I told her I don’t have money too hire a bakkie to bring the machine. She said she can’t help me and that I must bring the machine. Can you assist me with this complain please
