To Whom It May Concern,

On or around 8/11/2023 my home phone I have with Straight Talk was dropping calls and people couldn't hear me or I couldn't hear them also they were complaining they couldn't get through. I called Straight Talk on 8/15/23 or so and was told I needed a new Home Phone Base Device. They had me disconnect all wires and then plug back in and still doing the same thing and then told me to take off the back and then saw the battery was swollen. They said I would receive my new Home Phone Base Device in 3 to 5 days, but then I got an E mail with the shipment labels that said to print them off and mail back the Home Phone Base Device so I did and Tracking # was 1Z6980XX9004396358 and mailed at Wards Pharmacy where they took UPS packages on 8/16/2023 at 11:02AM. Straight Talk received it on 8/18/2023 at 9:39 am at La Vergne, TN. received by Tillero. I called and they gave me a tckt #[protected] only when I called again and on chat an online that the tckt number didn't exist. Now it is 8/29/2023 and I have yet to receive my Home Phone Base Device back. The phone calls and chats I did online could only tell me that it would be 3 to 5 days. Called Straight Talk again 8/26/2023 and got hung up on or disconnected twice so called back and spoke to Jullian about 1:36 pm. He sent me an e mail with a code 136370 to verify it was me. Any way I told him reason for my call, and he gave me tckt # [protected] which was one that was given before and said didn't exist. Now he verified my address and said I should receive my Home Base Device in 1 to 3 days by 29th but I have my doubts! Also he said I will receive a E mail from UPS or FEDX notifying me with a tracking # and when to expect my package. It's now 5PM on 8/29/23 and have not received any e mails. So far, I have not received a E mail from UPS OR FEDX. Any way I have been without working Home Phone Base Device for over 3 weeks and they are taking my monthly payment coming out automatedly from my bank account. I need my Home Phone Base and also credited for the time I have no service also I believe if I ever receive it, I should be given at least a month's worth of service free. I pray that you would be kind enough to follow through and get me my Home Phone Base Device and get credit where it is due. ASAP
