I have never experienced such rude and racially discriminatory customer service from teenagers before.

A white teenage girl at the counter, Emilie, was extremely unfriendly and blunt while taking the order. I wanted to order hot tea. When she asked what kind, I asked for Pink tea from the menu board that says TEA and paid $4.75 and waited.

My order didn't come out for a long time, so the girl making the drinks asked what I had ordered. I said I ordered a pink hot tea, but she kept asking me again. I told her to ask the girl at the counter where I placed my order. I've always received fast service from at any starbucks , because normally my order goes directly to the person making it, so I didn't understand why it was taking so long for a simple hot tea.

After a while, she told me that pink tea is not hot tea; it's only available cold and said there are only three types of hot tea.

I clearly asked what types of hot tea were available at the counter, and a girl named Emilie, who seemed bothered, just told me to order from menu so I naturally chose Pink tea.

It seems Manager doesnt properly train their staff on the menu at this location.

I waited after ordering a peach hot tea, but I went to the counter as I thought the price might be different. A girl named Leya (also looks like a teenager) said the price was different, so she would refund me and recharged it for $2.95.

These girls, who made me wait with a wrong order, go through a refund and recharge, didn't apologize once but giggled among themselves. I have never received such rude customer service, and it was unpleasant to see the very immature and impolite behavior of these teenagers.

Please educate your staff, especially the girl at the counter, on the menu and basic customer service etiquette! And I found emilie was very friendly to Caucasian customers , so I felt racially discriminated by very immature teenager girl at the counter. I have never experienced such poorly managed service in my life at any other starbucks location.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and proper customer service and menu education to employees !
