Starbucks Someone charged to my starbucks app and stole over 95 USD in Mexico

Case number #[protected]
Irvin in Central America from Starbucks would not send the money back to the card. He wanted personal my credit card number which he should have if he can see my account. He see's it was stolen by someone in Mexico but would not send back to the credit card without me telling him the number. I am reluctant to do that as I have already had identity theft. He should have the number if he can see all of my details in the app. Just send me my money and close my account.
there are two reloads - August 23 and in July each for 50USD
He did shut off my app so now i cant see anything!

Desired outcome: Charge the money stolen back to the original credit card

A short woman says "she does her best to sound like me" at Starbucks just so I would overhear. Later they played a song "she wants to screw like common people, she wants to live like common people" They played this song to harass me, personally. Starbucks Coffee

I go to the starbuck on sperry and roger, every time I go I order the same drink, I had went two day ago my drinks was done wrong went inside to get it remade, today I went and ordered the same drink two, one for my husband and one for myself as we're driving away we notice drink we're made wrong but it a hassle to always go inside get them remade.

Starbucks Komodo Dragon Coffee

To the board of complaints,

My name is Philip Smith, I have drank your Komodo Dragon coffee for many years, truly enjoy the herbal finish, have recommended it to all my friends and family,
The last several months it has not been available, I finally found some at the Angola Indiana store, my son ani I purchased 3 bags of the coffee,
Myself, my son and coworkers all agree it is not the same coffee as before, what happened to the Komodo dragon roast ?

10 minute wait on a grande Americano store 11385
two other people ordered after me and I was kept unnecessarily waiting, and they ordered and paid in store. I will not be back to this location.
An Americano should be 2 minutes tops.

Why is it that starbucks can't split a small vanilla bean into two cups for kids?? They hand you an extra cup to split in your car. Ridiculous!! Come on starbucks i've even ordered two and told them half full and they act like it's a problem. I know starbucks is a coffee place and not kid place but kids do exist and are in the car. Starbucks Loud and rude staff member.

On Tue, July 27 between 7:30 - 8 pm. at your store located in Christopher street, Jersey City., N.J.

I was seated by the first two seats next to the door. I had turned the seat around during my much earlier arrival to give some room to a tall lady seating right across me to stretch her legs.

At around the above time, Jason exited the counter to clean up the public area. Jasón approached me without excusing himself first and began in a loud, and rude manner to called up my attention before the rest of the patrons demanding to "place back the chair where it was! That, "I could NOT turn the seat around and that I need it to placed the way it was". The word PLEASE, was not even care to be mentioned by Jason in his abrupt assault to my person.

Jason returned back to me shouting more enraged after I had not turn the seat around, as yet. Jason was addressing me midway to me again, in front of the rest of the patrons. Jason talked me standing now next to me demanding to complied immediately with what just minutes ago he had spoken to me. I even had to ask him, if he was shouting at me?

Jason did not announce his authority to come and even address me In such unprofessional and like confrontational attitude towards my person.

This was the welcome reception that I received at your store during my first visit. Feel free to call me.

I was at the Starbucks in Mundelein Illinois on Route 60/83, in the shopping center, yesterday. I want to sit in the corner with the comfy seats and noticed there was paper and pieces of paper all over the area. I mentioned to them that they might want to clean it up. The girl at the counter responded by saying when she got a chance as if I had pressured her. A nice guy come over and apologized and picked up a couple pieces and left the rest. Maybe they were out of brooms. I went to Home Depot to pick up bags of mulch that were in my car before I came. One of the employees came up to me and asked if I would move my car because I had an infestation of honey bees around the car because I was parked near the entrance. I said I did not want to get stung. They did not try to help me in any way and kept mentioning about me moving my car. They were not concerned concerned about my safety of getting stung because the bees were all over and inside my car. If they had just given me a broom I could have resolved the problem in 5 minutes. Instead they acted like I was the enemy and I did it on purpose. I eventually asked for a broom because I figured out what to do. He responded with I guess & never gave me the broom . I had to use my closed umbrella to keep swatting at the bees to get them out. I could have resolved the situation in 5 minutes with the broom and them being a little bit kind. Instead it took me a half an hour. I did not expect them to resolve my problems but a little empathy and kindness would have gone a long way under a stressful situation. I will never visit the Starbucks again. My suggestion is they need an older person to supervise them. They don't not know how to act in a different situations that occur.

Starbucks Iced green tea

This is 3rd day in a row... No green tea at this location. Ridiculous! Huge inconvenience because I waited in a long line. Today I didn't order anything g, I keep settling for something different I don't care for. I'm not compromising. Now I can't get out of line to go to a different location, stuck in line and it's moving so slow. This location needs to get with it.

Starbucks Bathroom out of order for 4 days

To whom it may concern
On 6/28/21 after buying my coffee (Americano, not drip coffee since they were out), I asked if can use the restroom, and the Brista said the bathroom is out of order, and its been out of order for four days I was shocked when I heard that from the brista. I endup not able to use the restroom at starbucks. This happens at store # 11384.

Starbucks Drink spilled before delivery

Hi, I ordered two drinks today (a tall Iced blonde vanilla late, and a ice shaken espresso). This was delivered and both drinks were left with less than half the content inside when the delivery guy handed it to me. I was so sad by this. I will also be contacting UberEats. The drinks from Starbucks were also delivered in a paper bag and by someone on a bicycle. Something must be done. Date of incident was 06/01/21.

Starbucks On April 24, 2021, an unauthorized charge for $55.00 dollars was made on my Visa Card ending in number 2421.

I do not know who made the transaction. It was made in WA. I am a senior citizen and that was my stimulus check on my card that I do not know how they got my card number to make the unauthorized transaction in the first place. Never been to Washinton State; I live in Rochester, MN. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com.

Starbucks Starbucks stores in my area constantly running out of drink ingredients

I have filed numerous complaints with customer service about Starbucks in my area (Covina, CA) frequently running out of ingredients for drinks a nd the issue does not get resolved. I have been promised a call from Regional Manager, but I receive no call back. The issue continues. Just this week I drove to my local Starbucks on Azusa in the city of Covina, CA, waited in long line only to be told when I arrived at the order screen that they ran out of soy milk, kiwi for star drink and coconut milk. I drove to two neighboring Starbucks only to be told the same thing. I am promised a call from the Regional Manager, which I never receive. So disappointed in Starbucks on how unreliable Starbucks has been in making sure customers get the drink they desire. I am so frustrated that I am getting ready to boycott Starbucks.
