Southern Oregon Credit Services review: Debt collection

I recently received a garnishment from supposedly a garnishment hearing back in 2009.

What’s my previous name not even my married name which mind you I got married in 2008 however, looking at the garnishment on the judicial system. It states that it’s not even been a court case on this. It was complete, generic garnishment not to mention there’s a statue of limitation no more than 10 years can you file against me on a garnishment hearing it has been 15 years. This company is fraudulently taking money from my paycheck I am hiring an attorney and I’m going to sue them. I am tired of people taking money for me for no reason nobody’s do anything about it. This is how they get away with it.
