Sky Sports Sky sports cricket

I would like to complain about the total bias towards Lancashire cricket club on the blast quarter final. Essex are playing too. You’re commentators are so pro Lancashire it is unbelievable.

Sky Sports British GP Commentary

The comments made by ted kravitz are biased towards lewis hamilton. He has spent the first half of the season constantly referring to the final race of last season where hamiltion was beaten by verstappen. Indeed, so repetitive were his comments that Croft actually told him to move on.

At the british gp he made reference to an incident last year where hamilton was found GUILTY by the stewards. His statement was "that's how to overtake at Copse...and referenced skill levels." It is clear that this was an attempt to undermine Verstappen's claims last year that he was driven off the track by hamilton.

It is time for ted kravitz to be removed from your commentary and someone more diverse and neutral be put in his place.

Desired outcome: I want a response from Sky.

Sky Sports Cricket commentators on sky sports

Please stop Peterson yapping all the time. Commentators should take third place behind cricket and watching it. We are not dumbos to be told the obvious nor do we need his chatter.

He might have been a good batsman but his views are irrelevant.

Sky Sports Kevin Peterson and his cricket commentary

I am trying to watch the cricket right now. (03/07/2022 @10.11). I have had to turn the sound right down because Kevin Peterson is driving me 'nuts'. He drones on and on repeating everything he says over and over again. If anyone loves the sound of his own voice it is Peterson. The skill of the best commentators is to know when to talk and when to stay silent and let the viewer simply enjoy what they are seeing. Peterson had never been taught this and is too arrogant to learn.

Desired outcome: Take Peterson off the sky cricket team PLEASE!!

Sky Sports F1 Simon Lazenby

I thought the job of lead presenter was to be neutral, it appears that Simon has forgotten this as he continues to praise Red Bull and give others negative comments, he has a voice like some scratching a board, dull and irritating, why is he even there?

What does he bring to the show or does Red Bull pay him too much?

His attitude towards drivers and teams is appalling unless its Red Bull,

He is not being neutral and hardly defended Lewis over the racists remarks.

I guess sky now being paid by Saudi Arabian government disgraceful Newcastle now mentioned with your alleged top 6. Everton as big as arsenal Tottenham bigger than Newcastle quite clearly shows that sky backing Newcastle which means more games on sky destroy football even more football is dying and sky choosing alleged big clubs killing it. So we can now expect var to win games not only for alleged top 6 but Newcastle next year absolute farce

Sky Sports Nasser Hussain

Having had the pleasure to listen and watch the Netherlands v England cricket & the T20 Blast with plain easy to understand commentaries we are then forced to watch (it’s my choice)and listen the totally overhyped views and thoughts of Nasser Hussain whose aim I’m convinced is to change and reinvent crickets long established words to which he constantly uses phrases like fifers /forfers/ grabs / cow corner and is also trying to change the way cricket is supposed to be listened to , his cricket is without standing and maybe he should go back to playing and give us all a rest he’s definitely passed his sell by date and a change would be as good as a rest Charles Dagnall would be a perfect replacement , I know it won’t happen but I’ve said my piece and will continue to turn the sound off when Nasser is dribbling on.

Desired outcome: Replacement required

Sky Sports Sky cricket commentators

The current raft of commentators being used for the England v New Zealand test series are dreadful.

Atherton,Butcher Nasser and the others are so,so boring, factually correct but where is the humour and entertainment brought to us by the likes of the wonderful David Lloyd backed up by Botham,Gower and the late great Shane Warne.

It's better to mute the TV and listen to Test Match Special.

Desired outcome: Commentators with personality

Sky Sports Cricket

Dear Sirs or Madam’s

I am 75 years old and an ardent follower of England Cricket

I am unable to attend matches due to mobility

I have therefore to trust watching it on the television

I have to put up with Michael Atherton and Nasser Hussain and their mundane and boring commentary

Earlier this year, someone or some group decided to dismiss David “Bumble” Lloyd

He was tremendous, his light heartedness and colourful description of not only the cricket but the spectators. He was somewhat similar to the late Brian Johnson.

I am so bored with Atherton and Hussain, their history is not in question, but their “over the top” analysis. They were criticising the departure of Jamie Overton, who was dismissed after scoring 97 runs, not only that but he supported Johnnie Bairstow

Come on Sky, I have seen similar comments from others in the complaints area.

Please get Bumble back or others to replace Atherton and Hussain

Desired outcome: The change in commentators

Sky Sports Commentating

Oh dear, oh dear! What on earth has happened to the sparkling wit of David Lloyd and Ian Botham? The commentators you have on now are so boring to listen to. Do any of them have a sense of humour? The test matches can be boring at times and used to be filled with some laughs, talking to the crowd and commenting on the fancy dress etc., it’s no wonder people are falling asleep! For goodness sake, get some commentators with some personality and an element of fun. Please! Entice young people into the game!

Sky Sports Graeme Souness

Increasing concern over the anger and biased opinions this man stews. They are lucky that Micah Richard's jovial nature masks some of his resentment. The recent comments that Ukraine should make a group of 5 at the World Cup are borderline insane. How does that do the injury/fitness status of the other 4 teams? Has he considered that he never campaigned for Iraq, Afghanistan to get free passes, and that this could be his subconscious bias creeping out? In the same way he went off on a hate campaign on Pogba, but when Harry Kane wanted to leave, it was ok.

This man will one day get Sky into trouble with some of his biases and comments, and it will be entertaining.

Desired outcome: Replace him with someone with a better personality who understands the modern age. John Terry maybe? Anyone

Sky Sports Test Match Coverage

I enjoy Sky's coverage, but where is Bumble?

Also, could you do every one a favour and tell Kevin Pietersen to close his mouth and engage his brain. The guy is irritatingly arrogant. As far as I'm aware he's never been a test captain, but he talks as though he knows everything. Cricket is a visual sport and does not require continuous commentary and suggestions as to what the captain should and should not do.

Colin Page

Desired outcome: A review of your presentation team, which does not include Pietersen! I live in hope I'll be able to watch the cricket without him droning on.

Really enjoy the commentary and informative chats you have...except for Kevin Peterson, who fits into your team about as seamlessly as he fitted into the Nottingham dressing room, when he was there.

He even manages to make commentating on others, all about him! The fact that he reckons he's best friends with everyone who's ever played the game, is just sickening.

Listening to him, you'd think he never played a false shot in his life, that every innings he played was played responsibly, and for the benefit of the team. He needs to realise that a lot of his audience remember the selfish, rash shots he played time after time during his time with England.

Please, please, lose him from your team, don't renew his contract. He's going to just insufferable when the South Africans are here, and I for one will be listening to the radio a lot when he pipes up on Sky!

Apart from Peterson, your coverage is great. Thank you.

Kind regards

Peter Adams

Sky Sports F1 Commentators

SKY Sports F1 commentators are getting worse by the race. They are so so biased towards Lewis Hamilton when his teammate (BRITISH DRIVER) George Russell hardly ever gets a mention. George is beating Lewis in virtually very session of every race and all the commentators say is how the car has been letting Lewis down or how unlucky he is! Its an absolute joke how biased the commentators are and makes me turn over the channels now or even just watch the free highlights on CH4 who are 100 times better than SKY. Sky F1 commentators are Children trying to be comical when there’s no action on track as they have zero other knowledge of what’s going on unless its before their eyes.

Really doubt I will renew in December when my contract runs out. would just cancel F1 now if I could although Ive loved the sport over 40 yrs! SKY commentators are terrible, Please Please REPLACE THEM!

Desired outcome: Replace Crofty and Ted. get Professionals not people who try to be comedians

Sky Sports Sky f1 team

With crofty being so pathetic at his role he knows little of f1 tech n drivers etc but loves talking about hotels and anything but f1 and is always being corrected by his better knowledge colleagues! Surely he must go! Also Simon Lazenby absolutely false and loves to stir troubles in the pit lane when interviewing team bosses! And skyf1 has Redbulls christian Horner on pitwall every race weekend every session! It's a disgrace of a joke! And how many wannabe pundits do you need on the race weekend! It's beyond a joke getting pathetic n out of control sky f1! Something needs to be done!

Sky Sports No replay

Why no replay of the second half incident in Liverpool v Wolves match on 22nd May when Konate clearly pushed Toti in the penalty area?

Appeared to be a stonewall penalty with several Wolves players appealing. Commentator said VAR had reviewed it and within seconds dismissed it.

Quickly forgotten but appeared to be needing a definite replay of the incident.

Why no replay?

Desired outcome: A reply from commentary team of their thoughts of the incident and why no replay.

Sky Sports Sky sports channels 401 & 402

401 Man City game

402 Liverpool game.

I am watching 402 as a Liverpool fan.

You have spent 23 of 30 minutes taking about and showing documentaries of Man City and only 7 minutes of Liverpool.

If I wanted to hear about Man City then I would watch Channel 401 which is advertised as the Man City game, Not channel 402 which is supposed to be showing and therefore discussing the Liverpool game. Utter rubbish coverage of the Liverpool v Wolves football match.

Please can you explain why coverage is dominated Man City coverage on the Liverpool football game channel.

Regards Dave.

Sky Sports Sky football pundit Alan Smith

Pundits such as Jamie Carraragher and Gary Neville always manage to remain impartial when Liverpool or Utd are playing.I

Very fair and honest

I cannot understand why Alan Smith is allowed to continue to summarise on Arsenal matches, it's obvious he is a Gooner.

His recent match against Spurs is a great example.

I can just see him slumped into his seat sobbing

Please can someone have a word

I would be surprised if they had not already !

Thanks

Shaun

Sky Sports Sky sports

I wish to complain about the recent Graeme Souness interview with SKY sports.

In the interview Mr Souness stated that "Rangers ALMOST went out of business"...and SKY have failed to correct Mr Souness on that statement.

Irrespective of any ongoing disagreement on the "same club" status, it is WIDELY accepted by all that RANGERS did go out of business.

THEY DID NOT NEARLY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Administration followed by HMRC refusing the IBROX club a CVA led to LIQUIDATION of Rangers foitball club.

Charles Green purchased the ASSETS of the liquidated club from administrators and formed a NEW business which has it registration with COMPANIES HOUSE as beginning in 2012.

The statement by Mr Souness is incorrect and misleading.

Liquidation of the old club/business occurred...and therfor RANGERS went out of business.

I believe as a responsible broadcaster SKY has a duty to correct the misleading and incorrect statement regarding RANGERS almost going out of business made by Mr Souness, as a matter of public interest

I look forward to your response

James Cullen

Desired outcome: Public announcement correcting the incorrect information SKY have allowed to be broadcast.
