I would not recommend SiemonLawFirm to anyone. I reached out to them for help with my divorce mediation, but unfortunately, their mistakes and lack of attention to detail caused the process to drag on for months. This ended up costing me a lot of money that I didn't need to spend.

I eventually had to let them go because they were making things worse for me and charging me an exorbitant amount of money. They gave me bad legal advice and didn't give me all of the documents that I needed to fulfill my legal obligations. This put me in a situation where my spouse was able to dictate the terms of the settlement without any consequences, and I had to accept them or risk losing my share of the assets.

To make matters worse, SiemonLawFirm didn't negotiate a single term in my favor. Their billing practices were also very unfair. They charged me for expenses that were completely unjustified, and their fees were twenty times higher than what I had anticipated. I had to pay everything upfront, and I wasn't given any opportunity to dispute the charges.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using SiemonLawFirm for any legal matters. They made my situation much worse than it needed to be, and their billing practices were completely unreasonable.

I really wish I had read a review about this attorney before hiring them. In my opinion, I had a really bad experience with them. I decided to post my review on Avvo, but it took them three whole days to review it before they finally posted it. However, after only nine days on their site, my review of this law firm was taken down. I found the review process on Avvo to be unreliable. It seems to me that they take influences from the lawyers who paid to be on their site and will remove negative posts. This is just my opinion.

To restate my complaints here, this is the post that was removed from Avvo shortly after they approved it and posted it on their site. I only wish I had found Jon Gregory's review before using this firm. Many of my experiences mirrored his. If considering a divorce attorney, my only advice would be to shop around and get references. I dare say no more as I've already been told that the Siemen law firm will "pursue every legal option available" if I post my experiences, and what happened to me "was not their fault." Not even an "I'm sorry" for what happened. Great law firm... not... in my opinion.

I recently hired SiemonLawFirm to help me with a parenting plan adjustment. At first, I was excited to work with Mr. Edwards as my attorney, but a few days later, I was assigned to Ramses Frangie. This should have been a red flag for me, but I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most expensive and worthless experiences of my life.

From the beginning, I was sold on the idea that they would be able to help me out. We spent months going back and forth, and eventually came up with a very generic parenting plan. It seemed like it took a very short time to document, but they billed me for every last minute of their time. They even included "team meetings" each time and billed my card every time.

Once mediation time came, I was more prepared than my representation. I spoke more, and he seemed to just be there, not really making any true changes. He was completely defeated by the opposition and seemed unprepared. These cases seem to be the least of their priority, and I never really felt like they truly cared about my case.

Overall, I received mediocre results for a HUGE price tag. I honestly regret my decision, and I really wish it was different. If you want to spend your hard-earned money on a law firm that will not really care about your case and give you results, then SiemonLawFirm is the one for you.

I recently had a consultation with The Siemon Law Firm regarding a petition to modify a child custody agreement. My husband and I decided to pay a $4500 retainer to get their help. However, things took a turn for the worse when they withdrew from my case in February, claiming that they had used up my entire retainer on email correspondence. They then demanded an additional $4,500 to continue representing me. I was shocked and disappointed. What did I get for my $4500? A 'TEAM' of lawyers that filed a petition to modify child support on my behalf with a standing order to not leave the state. I couldn't believe it. I paid $4,500 just to file some paperwork?

To make matters worse, my ex responded by getting his own attorney, leaving me with no representation in a custody battle for my children. The worst part? I found out in April about the standing order they filed in January to not leave the state after I brought my kids out of state to see my husband, who is in the Army and stationed outside of GA. They had 'sent it to the wrong email'. My husband LIVES OUT OF STATE and they failed to even inform me I couldn't leave the state? This is unacceptable.

I trusted this firm to represent me, but they left me to fight for custody of my children alone and with zero representation. Now, I could even face jail time for leaving the state under this standing order I wasn't even informed about. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with this law firm. I recently met two women going through divorces who hired the Siemon Law Firm in Cumming and both had terrible experiences as well. It's clear that they've deleted bad reviews on other platforms, but I hope this review will help others avoid the same fate.
