After 7 months of waiting for my exam, I learn the night before the exam that my transplant shoulder won't be part of the exam. They also only planned on going for 80% this whole time and they never told me. Their tone towards me wasn't so friendly after I pointed this out. They actually tried to do more business with me, unreal. They misrepresented their service to me.

I am so glad that *** steer me in the right direction in assisting me in getting my disabilities raised. It is important to understand that VetLink Solutions will be able to help you, give them a try. *** explained everything and will assist you in any situation and any questions that you may have. I can not THANK Vetlink Solutions enough for all of their work! I had tried in the past to get my disability rating increased with no success. Vetlink Solutions did all of the legwork and was there to guide me and answer any questions that I had. They kept me informed of the progress and truly cared about me as a veteran. They were successful in increasing my rating beyond my expectations. I would recommend any veteran trying to increase their disability rating to give them a call!

I was refered to VetLink Solutions by another Vet to see about getting an increase from 90% to 100%. I do have some problems but didnt think this would be possible. I contacted them and from the very begining they stuck with me through the entire process. Mind you they are stateside and I'm overseas in ***. Even though the time difference they gave professional support every step of the way. I'm at 100% now and beleave that the fee to be paid is worth the effort. Good team, recommend them to you.

they were really sweet and helped with any questions I had through the long process and even after it was done. they explained that the process would take a while and it did. I'm just glad I got the increase and it goes a long way. For those who are upset having to pay for this service, I want you to think about how much this service has benefited you in the long run.It helped me with my property taxes, tolls, insurance,and there is probably more that I dont know about. It is soo much more than than money and I cant thank this service enough.

I meet Gerard at the veteran stand up at ***. I will be honest I was skeptical at first as I have had people say they could help me out with no results. These guys are very detailed and ask and answer every possible question that there is. yes the waiting game and the appointments suck but when my rating went through and Gerard kept saying that I was gonna get the rating that I did. I finally believed him. I would recommend these people to anyone that is fighting and is looking for someone that will be in their corner fighting every step of the way. 10/10 best service I have had.

This company is amazing. Quick run down. Was at 60%. I called them up around the Fall 2021. They assisted me with the process of gathering paperwork and filing. Submitted my documents by March 2022. Help me get scheduled with two C&P exams in April. Today I found out I am 100% T&P. It was a long process but they kept in touch with me the entire time. Answered all my questions and responded back quickly. I am beyond satisfied and grateful to the team who worked on my case. *** and all the rest working in the back ground thank you!?

My husband referred me to Vetlink. At first, I was skeptical because i have been fighting with the VA for many years. Since i found VetLink, I was able to get my 100% service connection. Big shout out to VetLink Solutions who helped me get my 100% (T&P). They helped me with my supplement claim which at first the VA denied. I was crushed and felt defeated once again by the VA, but VetLink Solutions recommended to appeal the decision and assured me it was an easy fix and to be patient with the appeal process. Less than 30 days after submitting the appeal, found out the higher-level review made a decision. We won the appeal. Glad I listened to VetLink Solutions cause my life just got a little easier knowing I got that 100% income and extra benefits for the rest of my life. Highly recommend using VetLink Solutions to help you fight for the increase you so deserve.

Awesome experience! These guys go to bat for you, and they do the battle that is worth fighting. I went from 20% to 90%. Started my claim with them April 2022, had my medical appointment end of August, they submitted my package to the VA on 9/21/22, got my new rating of 90% on 9/30/22. A lot quicker than I thought it would take, and I am very satisfied with my new rating. The communication was exceptional my consoler called, emailed or texted me at least once a week to advise me of the status of where my package was in the process. If i had any questions they were always there to answer my questions or concerns. These guys are all vets and look out for us and get us what we deserve. Very professional and speak our military language. I cannot thank these guys enough. Look forward to working with them again next year. Vetlink Solutions is the best. For one, getting a 100% isnt an easy feat from 90%. When they filed my claim I saw that their medical team went beyond what I had expected. Also, Vetlink Solutions had a contingency plan set in place in the event if I was denied. They have specialized lawyers to work on a rebuttal on my behalf to appeal. Thank goodness we didnt have to go through that. I was approved, but it was great to have peace of mind that if I wasnt that Vetlink Solutions was prepared to continue to fight for me. It was a long process. I submitted this claim back in June and finally got an approval rating May 2022. Thank you to *** for being there for me from start to finish. For *** Endfield for doing my intake and assessment. And a special thanks to *** for submitting a request for a decision on my behalf. Because of that, they made a decision fairly quick and in my favor.

I cant even begin to describe what vetlink solutions has done for me. I reached out to them in February about helping me increase my disability. They contacted me *** increase. From start to finish they kept me in the loop and made me feel like family. They never promised me anything but pretty much assured that I would get an increase based on my disabilities. The attention to detail and work they put in is second to none. I would recommend vetlink solutions to every vet trying to get an increase in their disabilities. We filed for my increase on October 4th and the Va made a decision on my increase on October 25th. I got an increase of over 40% on my new rating. If that doesnt tell you the kind of work they do then I dont know what does. The whole entire process is hassle free and all you have to do is contact them and they do 99% percent of the work. For anyone having doubts about reaching out to them, let this be a testimony to what kind of work they do. Thanks Vetlink solutions for everything, I cant say thank you enough!

After having Vetlink take my case and trough out the course of 11 months. Mr. Harry R, Gerard and Adam assisted me along the way with medical apps and calling the VA in my behalf. Everything was marching until Mr. Harry advised me not to go search for gainful employment trough the duration of our case with the VA. Then he had me submit form *** telling the VA that I did not have to go to their assigned examinations because Vetlink had already submitted a fully developed claim. After this the VA sent me a letter letting me know that the regulations had changed and that I was supposed to assist to these VA medical appointments regardless of the Vetlink DBQ's and VA closed my case without any increase because I "failed to show" for the VA assigned appointments. After almost a year of waiting, after following Mr. Harry's advice of not searching for gainful employment because it could "potentially interfere with the claim". I have sent Vetlink the VA letters to see what the next steps are, I have emailed them, called them, left voice messages to see what's going to happen and I have had ZERO response. Its shameful to work with a team that is not up to date with VA regulations and or procedures, a team that leaves a veteran behind like this, not even an explanation, an answer. After I explained to Mr. Harry the financial hardship me and my family are going trough. Anyone can make a mistake but not to show your face to the veteran or look for a plan b or even help with a claims appeal and just disappear just like that? These guys should not be in business.
