Shoprite Checkers review: doom fogger

I left a message for an agent to contact me.
SME ([protected]) contacted me early last week.
After contacting me twice, she said she was going to speak to her Manager - I have not heard from her again.
I bought 6 cans of the above product - one for each room in the house - I sent photos of the cans and serial numbers together with the Shoprite till slip, when requested to.
I followed all the instructions and after opening the doors and windows there were fleas still in my room within 20 minutes.
Unfortunately it appears that this product does not work as advertised,
A complete waste of money.
When is this matter going to be resolved.
