I went to Shop Versona and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with my experience. When I walked in, nobody said hi to me and I felt pretty ignored. But then I noticed that they greeted other people who came in after me, which made me feel pretty upset. To make things worse, the young lady behind the counter was too busy chatting with her coworker to even notice me. I had to interrupt them just to get some help, which was pretty unprofessional if you ask me. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

I contacted Versona's customer service, and they informed me that they were only refunding the item's cost and not the tax or shipping fees.

I was disappointed with their response as I felt that I was being shortchanged. I mean, why should I pay for shipping twice when I didn't even keep the item? It just didn't make sense to me. I wish they would have refunded the full amount I paid for the item, including the tax and shipping fees.

Overall, I think Shop Versona has some work to do when it comes to their return policy. It's frustrating to pay for shipping twice and not get a full refund. I hope they can make some changes to their policy to make it more customer-friendly.

To make matters worse, I had to pay for shipping and return shipping for their mistake. I reached out to customer service and was told that the skirt I received had the same sku number as the one I ordered. However, the skirt I received was not even listed on their website. It turns out that they had two items with the same sku number, which caused confusion and resulted in me receiving the wrong item.

Needless to say, I was frustrated with my experience and will not be shopping at Shop Versona again. It's disappointing to not know what you may receive when making a purchase, and the added cost of return shipping for their mistake only added to my frustration. I hope they can improve their inventory management and customer service in the future.

I gotta say, me and my wife stumbled upon Shop Versona in West town Mall in Knoxville and we were pleasantly surprised! This was our first time checking it out and my wife was already piling up a bunch of stuff on the counter to buy. I was just walking around, minding my own business, when I decided to Google this place and see what other people had to say about it. And let me tell you, I only found one review and it was a negative one about the customer service. But let me tell you, that is NOT the case here in Knoxville!

I've been watching my wife interact with the staff and they have been nothing but helpful and friendly. They've been answering all her questions and even offering suggestions on what would look good on her. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the service she's getting. If the stuff she's buying holds up well, I think we may have found her new go-to spot for shopping!

Overall, I gotta say that Shop Versona is definitely worth checking out. The customer service here in Knoxville is top-notch and I haven't seen anything negative about it at all. So if you're in the area and looking for a new place to shop, give Shop Versona a try!

I recently got myself some super cute sandals from Versona, Odessa. I was so excited to wear them out and about, but after a few wears, I noticed that they kept slipping off my feet while I was walking. It was such a bummer because I really loved the look of these sandals. I ended up just keeping them in my closet, hoping that I would find a solution to my problem.

But then, I decided to stop by the store and tell Chreen, the Assistant Manager, about my situation. She was so helpful and suggested that I return the sandals. I was honestly surprised that she even suggested that, and I was even more surprised that I could return the sandals even though I had already worn them a few times. I was so grateful for her help and quickly ran home to return the sandals.

While I was at the store, I couldn't resist checking out some of their other items. I ended up snagging a couple of pairs of really cute earrings, and I also found another pair of sandals that I absolutely love. These new sandals fit perfectly and don't slip off my feet at all. I'm so happy that I decided to return the other pair and try out a new one.

Overall, I highly recommend Versona. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and they really go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. Rosa, the Senior Manager, was also really helpful and made my shopping experience even better. I will definitely be back to shop at Versona again!

Me and my friend Debbie went to Versona store for women on a Sunday afternoon. We walked in and nobody greeted us, but we saw three women talking to each other. We didn't mind and started to shop around. I found a pair of earrings that I really liked and wanted to buy. I looked around for a sales clerk, but the three women were still talking. We were in the store for almost half an hour and nobody asked us if we needed any help. I went to the checkout counter and nobody was there. I didn't want to interrupt the women's conversation, so I stood close to them. Finally, I asked if someone could help me and one of the women said "oh yea". She didn't greet me or ask if I found everything okay. I was really disappointed with the customer service. I told her that if I didn't want the earrings so badly, I wouldn't have shopped there. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I felt like they were ignoring me because I am a black female. I reported this to Kelly Thompson at another Versona store and asked her to view the store security tapes. This was unacceptable and a horrible experience.

No one greeted us as we enter the store, however there were three women standing in a circle talking. As we shop I found a pair of earrings that I wanted to buy. I looked around for a sales clerk and notice the three lading still talking. We had been in the store for about 29 to 25 minutes and still no one ask if we needed help. I looked at the check out counter and no one was there... so I stood close to the women not wanting to interrupt their conversation. So, I finally ask if someone could help me and this one women said, oh yea. She never ask if I found everything ok or greeted me. I told her that if I did not want the earring I would not shop in her store because that was the worst no customer service I have ever experienced. I do believe they were purposely ignoring me because I am a black female. I reported this to Kelly Thompson at another Versona store. I ask her to view the store security tapes because this was unacceptable. A horrible experience.
