I had an experience with StyleMantra that I'm not thrilled about. I placed an order for two dresses, but unfortunately, they didn't ship anything out until I made a complaint to my credit card company, Mastercard. When they finally did send out one of the dresses, I was disappointed to find that it was of poor quality. Even worse, they never sent the second dress and didn't offer a refund. Worst of all, when I tried reaching out to them for help, their phone lines and online chat service weren't working. My overall impression is that it's not worth buying from them.

I ain't happy with StyleMantra at all. They messed up my order for a lehenga real bad. I waited for two whole months before I started to get worried and emailed their customer service. And you know what? They barely even replied on time. After two months of hoping and waiting, they finally told me that they ain't got the material for the outfit I wanted.
