We used Sand Castle twice for hardscape projects. First, a small front walkway at a old house and now a just done, very big pool deck with retaining wall. Their work is amazing and the owner, Ian, is always talking from the time he gives an estimate to the end of the job. The crew is professional and friendly, and works super hard. They did a pretty job and left the place clean. They even helped us move some furniture onto the pool deck after a long day of work. I had estimates from some local companies for hardscape work and Ian is the most reasonable and does the best job. Would highly recommend and would use again for any hardscape or deck projects in the future...

My first intro to Sand Castle Construction was seein' their trucks and crew members workin' a big project at a neighbors residence. I was amazed at the organization of the crew and the level of detail goin' into their work. I spoke to a Mr. Ian R who I thought was the project supervisor and quickly learned he was the president of Sand Castle (a regular good guy and true professional). Within 20 minutes, I signed a contract with Sand Castle and felt like I just partnered with Ian on my upcoming project. Although my project (walkway and wraparound with permeable pavers) was small compared to my neighbors, I got the same organized work crew with expertise for detail and skilled craftsmanship. In summary, Sand Castle Construction and Ian R's level of performance and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.

Sand Castle Construction and Hardscapes, LLC recently finished a new deck with a built-in hot tub, patio, and outdoor shower for me, and let me tell you, it went above and beyond what I expected. I started getting quotes in the late summer of 2020.

Most of the other companies took forever to respond to my inquiry, then took even longer to come to my house, and then took even longer after that to give me a number. But Ian, the owner of Sand Castle, responded right away to my inquiry and came to my house later that day. During our initial conversation, he gave me a rough estimate of what I wanted and explained how changes in materials or design could affect the cost. It made sense to me because I figured someone with expertise in this field would be able to give estimates without exact measurements, but for some reason, it was like pulling teeth with everyone else.

All the other companies I talked to said they couldn't even start my project until June , but here I am in mid-May with a brand new deck, patio, and grass already growing.

What sets Sand Castle apart? Well, they get things done. Ian doesn't waste time chatting about the weather; he wants to finish the project to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. But don't get me wrong, we were always on the same page throughout the whole process. His deck, stonework, and irrigation crews were all incredibly nice and friendly to my family and me. And they worked non-stop all day long - it was really impressive. I even overheard Ian giving his crew a pep talk in the morning, outlining the day's tasks, his expectations, and any potential obstacles they might face. The whole operation runs like a well-oiled machine.

I couldn't be happier with Sand Castle. Life is short, and I'm so grateful that I get to enjoy my new patio and deck for the entire summer. I wouldn't have had this experience with any other company.

The crew redid my walkway and three flower beds. They were polite, efficient and strong and it came out better than I expected. I love it and will hire Sand Castle again in the spring for my driveway.

Sandcastles did a PERFECT job on our driveway! Professional group of workers and very aware of our personal property all was returned to its original condition at the end of the project... Great Job!

Ian and his crew did a 20 x 20 patio next to our pool (off our deck) - came out awesome. His staff is professional and very efficient - job took a week from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend for any outside work. We have them coming back in the fall to do a front walkway.

Sand Castle excels at what they do. I had a patio with granite stairs and retaining wall done. Job was on time, crew was skilled, finish product transformed my backyard. Sometimes communication was rushed but there was regular input. That said, I would definitely recommend and hire again

Want to hire the best around? Look no further Ian and his crew of workers are very professional and very detail oriented. You get what you pay for so pay for the best! He is definitely worth the wait. I am so glad I decided to wait for Ian because he is very busy but does the best work around. So happy with my new Patio!

By far the best hardscape company in the seacoast. The attention to detail is amazing. I understand why Ian has a wait list of customers. His work is better than anyone's I've seen. Very glad I went with Sand Castle My neighbors didn't want to wait and went with another company, well let me tell you not only did they pay more for a smaller walk way. Their walkway was not straight and pavers were not even. Sand castle quality blows any other company out of the water. They even added dirt and grass seed. Amazing work.

Sandcastle recently finished a beautiful 20'x25' paver patio area my home on the North Shore (MA). While the wait to get the job done was a few months (everyone wanting more quarantine space!), I knew that in advance and it was well worth the wait. The 3 man crew that came to my house, during a heatwave, was professional and the work they did was amazing! One gentleman even stayed late every day to ensure the job was done in a timely manner (only 3 days total). By Thursday night, I was enjoying my gorgeous patio! Thank you to Ian and the crew, along with the excavator, who worked on my job. I appreciate the hard work and high quality patio. Also, the crew cleaned up and seeded the lawn, which was a major bonus. Awesome job!

The Sand Castle Construction crew just finished a large hardscape job at my home. Over 1800 sq ft of work. I could not believe the attention to detail throughout the completion of the work. My driveway and walkways are simply put "perfect". The crew that worked on this project were so concerned about detail it was amazing. I will add that after near completion, it rained heavily and a puddle built up on the completed portion of the front walkway. When they saw it they removed the paver section surrounding it and added a small degree of incline to the area so any future water buildup would run off the pavers. I did not have to say anything to have this done. They did it because it needed being done. The crew was amazing. You could not ask for more concern about detail or dedication to getting it right Thanks Guys I love it
