This company was super profesh and answered all my Qs. The dudes who did my roof were mad respectful of my stuff and picked up anything that fell right away. I got four dogs and they were always on top of picking up nails so my pups wouldn't get hurt. They started early and worked all day, only taking breaks for water and lunch. If you need roofing work, these guys are the bomb dot com. Highly recommend!

I'd def recommend Progressive Roofing & Home Improvements LLC for roof replacement. They're super nice & careful with customers. The guy who came out to give us an estimate was real good & explained everything. When they came to do the job, they got there early & worked hard all day, only stopping for lunch. They worked like a team & when they were done, they cleaned up all the mess. I was really impressed with everything.

We hired Progressive Roofing & Home Improvements LLC to do our roof job just a few days before Hurricane *** came. I knew it would take some time to get the materials after the hurricane, but when I called the project manager for an update, she never called me back. The only update I got was when my shingles were finally in their warehouse. They never told me when they would deliver them to my house, when the roofers would come, or when they would show up the next day (6:30 AM) because they started pounding on the roof without telling me. They were also supposed to do some ceiling work, but two subcontractors came out to estimate it, and two weeks later, they showed up unannounced. We were so fed up that we turned them away. The roof replacement was low quality because the roofers were supposed to replace the facia board, but they didn't. They were also going to shingle over seven pieces of broken and rotting decking, but I had to stop them and insist that they replace it. Instead of replacing the whole sheet of decking, they only cut it to fit over two rafters and replaced only the cracked areas. There were still several areas that I wanted them to replace, but the contractor inspector said it was okay. I chose them because of the 12-year warranty and the annual five years of follow-up inspections, but we'll see. The subcontractors didn't clean up after themselves well and left a pallet and a tarp filled with roofing waste. I called them several times to collect it, but no one ever showed up. Don't waste your time and money!

We had a new roof installed on our house. It was a pleasure to deal with Progressive Home Improvement. They were prompt, courteous and very professional with all of the work done. We would recommend them for your home improvement needs!

Progressive Home Improvement workers at the stated time every day. In fact, some workers were here and working about 15 - 30 minutes early. They cleaned the yard every day before they left. When a problem arose after the work was done, they came out and quickly fixed the problem. I am pleased how my roof looks now.

Chris *** and his project managers were appreciated. They answered questions and concerns fully, clearly, and without being defensive or evasive. The crew arrived at 7 AM and stayed until it was finished, except for final touches the next day. The roof is beautiful. The surrounding yard is clean. And Lisa, the office contact, was always quick to respond and a pleasure to work with.

Contacted Progressive. Chris arrived about 2 hours later. Provided a free written estimate to replace the roof that evening. Agreed to contract. date was set for work to be completed. Crew arrived in a timely manner and completed the project in 1 day. Crew was professional and efficient. I would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs. Chris was very professional and informative. A credit to the company.

Found working with Progressive was a great experience! The work crew was efficient and did a thoroughly professional job of replacing my roof. I was concerned that I would be left with some clean up duties but that wasn't the case at all. The crew did a wonderful job of hauling everything away and communicated with me throughout the two days of the project on an as needed basis. I recommend Progressive Home Improvements to anyone who wants a job well done.

On 9/27, *** and *** worked with me to give me a roof quote for a empty & gutted property. They said it would be faster than two weeks for in stock colors. *** asked to be taken off speaker when *** did so in order for her to take my credit card payment. Then, they said there's a 2.5% fee if I pay by credit card. *** said he would call later with the install date, but he never did. On 9/29, I went to the property and saw Allens truck in the driveway, him on side of the house out of plain view and a Progressive yard sign on my lawn. All of these happened without permission. *** said he thought I was on the plane back to IL so he didn't call. I asked for the date again. He said he would call once he looked at the calendar at the office. When he said in stock is about 2 weeks, I said no. Especially after the trespass incident. They said they mailed a refund check, but they don't have an IL address for me and they know the home is vacant! They seem shady.

We been dealing with Progressive Roofing since May, 2022. We agreed on a price to repair the roof. The repair was made and everything seemed to be going well until several rainstorms happened. Then, we noticed a leak in the kitchen window which was not there before. After several calls to Progressive, one of the work men who repaired the roof came out and explained that the problem was with the roof. He said the roof and leak would be fixed. The leak was quite large. It leaked onto the windowsill and then on the kitchen counter. The worker told us the problem would be fixed by the company. No one came out. After numerous phone calls to Progressive and the project manager came out, looked at the window and roof, made some measurements and said he would send the crew back to repair a larger area of the roof which should take care of the leak. That was about a month ago. We have had several rainstorms since then. Nothing has been done. Since then, I have made several calls to Progressive with the promise that she would get back to me. I have yet to hear from her. We would simply like the roof repaired well enough so that the window no longer leaks. We are concerned that the longer the roof remains unrepaired, the more internal damage (mildew/mold) will occur. I have attached a photo which shows how much water leaked through the kitchen window after only one rainstorm.
