Bought me a Rubbermaid 4010 digital scale about a year and a month ago. And what do you know, just one month after the warranty expired, the darn thing stopped working. I called up customer service and they were real nice and all, but they couldn't do nothing to fix it. All they wanted to do was sell me a brand new one for a whopping $150.00! Ain't no way I'm paying that much for something that ain't even worth it. I reckon there's better products out there for a better price.

Got me a Rubbermaid Commercial 14.5 Inch Toilet Brush from Amazon. They said it's got white polypropylene bristles that can resist stains, odors, bacteria, fungi, and wear. But, after just a month, the bristles started to get stained. I took a pic and sent it to Rubbermaid. They sent me an automated reply and a ref. #. But, I never heard back from them. It's like they don't care about their customers or their products. I mean, come on, if you're gonna say your product can do something, then it better do it. Don't just ignore people when they have a problem. That's just bad business.

Yo, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Rubbermaid lately. They used to make this bomb dish strainer drain board that drained on the short side, but now they don't even make it anymore! And let me tell you, everyone and their mama is looking for it. Instead, they put out this flimsy, cheap, plastic, lightweight, warped product that just doesn't cut it. Like, are you kidding me? I've been waiting for over a year for them to bring back the OG product, but no luck.

I get that the pandemic hit and all, and they're probably making bank off of the demand for plastics, but come on. Can't they at least continue making their original products without sacrificing quality for the sake of general retail? Like, if any of the Rubbermaid bigwigs are reading this, please hear me out. Or maybe the company needs to reorganize or something. I don't know, man. All I know is that I miss my trusty dish strainer and I'm not the only one.
