Rite Aid Prescriptions

My doctor put me on Farxiga a few months ago. Every time I go to the Rite Aid in Silver Creek, they never have it in stock. They tell me, they have to order it. Then it is at least 3 days before they get it in stock. This is not the only medication this has happened with. It happened with my Metformin, Atorvastatin, and Glipizide, at different times, also. Also a lot of my friends are complaining about this store.

Desired outcome: Do a more thorough job of inventorying their meds, so people do not have to wait days for them.

If I called out he would make me bring a note in after one absence and no one else had to, he would text me telling me I ruined everything for him. Rite Aid Pharmacy

When I call in prescriptions, they are almost never ready at the time given. They use versions of the same rediculous excuse of we are still working on it. If that is true the a re training or firing of the staff. If it takes more than two hours to count 100 tablets, then something is seriously wrong with the physical and mental abilities of the staff.

Desired outcome: When a time is given in which one is able to receive a prescription, it should be ready at that time. Your system does properly work

Rite Aid My prescription for zolpidem. They gave me 15instead of 30.

I placed my order on Dec. 27 20022. Put it in my night stand. No body in the house uses the same med. I notice the bottle getting lower and I knew it was not the 30 2mg that I order. I didn't take it back to the store because I didn't Want to get anyone in trouble. I need it because my sleep system is not good. I have been with rite aid for a long Time with no trouble. I think they only gave me 15. can you help me. My Right Aid is 7 west Landis ave Vineland NJ 08360/

Rite Aid The Rite Aid Location Store 709 Main Street Poughkeepsie, NY 12601

This location, had a prescription for me (Nicotine Patches), that my Humana Prescription Plan Covers In full, instead they tried to request I pay for the 3 boxes of Nicotine Patches that cost 68.00 each. This is unacceptable and should be investigated. In the past Humana have covered Nicotine Patches, and I feel that Criminal Acts are being conducted within this location Pharmacy Department. It is important that you investigate this as soon as possible, this is the second time I was told that a prescription that was sent to this location, Humana do not cover it, but in the past it did, you can reach me at [protected]@yahoo.com, or [protected]. Rite Aid Cashier issue

I am new to the OTC program - I just got on it at the end of 2022- & got a new card recently that I thought was for food - I went to rite aid in altoona today & she said my card was delived & snatched the bag of items I had from the counter - I had the other card & was going to ask her if I could try it but she was so rude it really upset me - So I went home with my ride & called & was told that card is no longer good to use the new one - So I went back & got the other cashier & told her what happened & used the new card - I just don't feel the 1st cashier handled the situation well at all, she acted like I was trying to do something wrong & made me feel horrible. I was very upset when I returned.

Rite Aid Courtesy calls

I take heart meds and a blood thinner daily. I no longer receive courtesy calls. I need to call riteaid to find out if my meds have been refilled. This riteaid is located in horseheads, NY Westinghouse Rd. Also a girl with long blonde hair who works in the pharmacy is a pathological liar.

She's lied to me several times about calling my doctor for one.

Desired outcome: Bring back my courtesy calls and timely refills.

Rite Aid Pharmacy service

Pharmacy at S H Street, Bakersfield are unprofessional and fail their customers. The first issue was about a week or so ago. Waiting for a new script due to a broken clavicle we contacted the pharmacy to check status. They said automated system would alert when it was ready. The pharmacy closed at 6 and we received notification at approximately 6. Today after surgery and before picking patient up I attempted to get prescription. Was informed they needed patients 🆔 Returned to pharmacy after picking up patient and had to wait for them to fill prescription. They knew I was coming back and I feel it was delayed on purpose because I had complained about their service. No compassion for the patient no apologies just unprofessional service including the pharmacist who I spoke with. You need to review these people

Rite Aid Store movement of #10293 to #10292

865 central Avenue dover nh riteaid had the best pharmacy & staff & parking. You closed this store & crammed all these customers to 679 central Avenue dover nh, where there is little to NO PARKING, & STAFF @ PHARMACY IS OVERWORKED & OVERWHELMED. POOR BUSINESS DECISION. pretty sure I'm not the only one who has brought this up. Customers need to feel comfortable with there pharmacy & SADLY SINCE YOU'VE MOVED I HAVEN'T SEEN 1 PHARMACIST STAY @ THIS LOCATION...MOST LIKELY CUZ THERE OVERWHELMED/ OVERWORKED. PREFERRED 865 CENTRAL AVENUE DOVER NH. CONSIDERING CHANGING TO " CVS"!

Rite Aid Pharmacist lied to my dr.

I have stage 4b cancer my dr prescribed stronger pain meds I had been prescribed Norco and filled them at rite aide on secor and alexis in toledo ohio, since the norco wasnt working I took 4 motrin 800 mg and brought back 100 norco pills to exchange for the stronger pain meds that I desparately needed. I was on motrin only however the pharmacist called my dr and lied and said I was acting high an slurring my words and refused to fill my prescription. I know this because the nurse just called to tell me why they were not filling them but what the pharmacist didnt know was that the entire time I was at the pharmacy I had the nurse on the phone she can verify I was not slurring my words or high! I was very sick from chemo and in pain and stood there 30 minutes while they tried to work this out because the pharmacist at first said returning 100 norco was sufficient and to have my dr call so I did while I was standing there. And even after the dr called she refused to fill my prescriptions due to the fact that it was a safety issue because I was high employees name is HIVA

Rite Aid Absolute rude and unprofessional pharmacist and employees. 3 months in a row they fill my prescription from a few days late to over a week late

I just left my local riteaid in Barstow California. I went in because I call and call and call and all the phone does is ring. I ask to speak with the pharmacist because the girls that are at the window always give me the run around. I have had my medication sent in advanced the last 3 or 4 months in a row because the pharmacy always fills other customers prior to mine and then when it’s the day it should be filled they all of a sudden run out and can’t fill it until they get more in. So today I explained to Phil who was the pharmacist on duty about how every month I get my medication a few days to over a week past the 30 day due date and that last month they went past my full date by 7 or 8 days and I had made them aware everyday that I was leaving out of town . The day came and they still did not fill it. I went out of town and ran out of my medicine before I left. It is so dangerous to run out and they don’t care one bit . And they are so rude to top it off. Anyways I proceeded to tell him that I’m leaving again tomorrow and asked if they could fill it tomorrow and he said no, I asked why and he said because it’s a day early. I then told him that they have caused me to run out every month the last 4 months in a row. He said “it’s not my problem”. I replied” yes it is your problem because I have my doctor send in my script days in advanced and they still fill it many days past when they should have filled it” I continued to explain all this and told him it’s only one day early and that I’m leaving that day out of the state. He said very rudely we never fill one day early and that it was my problem. I said “that in the past in these situations under circumstances like this that they have done it in the past.”’ He then said “well go find a different pharmacy!” I told him “I’ve been coming here for years ! Why would I go to another pharmacy?” He said “ I don’t care , it’s not my problem.

I can’t believe this is how bad riteaid pharmacy has gotten. We rely on these people for our health and well being and they don’t give a crap about us. They are always rude. They always fail on their end and when I need a dead line met they out of spite make it impossible to get what I need to live my life . They are so rude and say very bad things like they don’t care ! Go somewhere else! And many other things. I have been going to this rite aid for 15 years and they have went from a good pharmacy withe good customer relations to they don’t care, it’s not their problem , and go somewhere else. This is my health and my life I rely on these rude [censored] people for and they don’t care one bit.

It’s BS and I am so pissed. The pharmacist Phil at Barstow California needs to be fired.

Desired outcome: I want my medication before I leave and I don’t think 1 day early is a big deal especially when you actually count it out on the calendar and it is 30 days . Especially since I got it 8 days late last month

Just left my pharmacy and for the second time after receiving a voicemail that my prescription was ready, it wasn’t. What made tonight even worse is that the employee who was working the window was rude! Gave me several dirty looks as she helped a customer inside. Then afterwards went on to put orders away instead of attending to me. Then gave me a dirty look as to say “why didn’t you leave”. No smile ever! Sorry to bother her while she was at work.

Rite Aid Pharmacy #05860

2 & 3 December, notified RXs were ready. 3 December, tried to pick up RXs. Not ready, come back in 2 hours. 2 1/2 hours later, got the same answer, RXs not ready. 4 Dec, after multiple texts & voice mails (20+) (3 different phone #s for 3 different customers, tried to pick up RXs. RXs - not ready. Please fix the notification system, if that is the problem. Thank you

Rite Aid Pharmacy and Customer Service

I have been trying to call the Rite Aid pharmacy on Golden Mile Highway in Pittsburgh (Plum PA). I have tried for 5 days and the phone just rings. When I called the main store, she told me there was nothing she could do about it and hung up on me. Her name is Tracy. I want something done about this. Absolutely ignorant and unprofessional. I have used that pharmacy for over 10 years!

I am having the exact same problems with that Rite aid. I called several times yesterday to see if my prescriptions were ready and no one would answer the phone. I even tried to get someone in the store to answer the phone and still a big nothing. My husband went there at 8:45 to see if they were ready only to find out that they closed at 7 and not 9 like their phone recording states. I called a few times this morning and finally got the pharmacist who said they would be ready in an hour. I got a call that my prescriptions were ready so when my husband got there, they only had one of the two done. They said it would be another hour for the next one. This is so ridiculous and unacceptable. The staff in the pharmacy are so rude and mean to customers. This will be the last prescription that I have filled at that place. They all need customer service training at that place.

Rite Aid Pharmacy Availability

I recently changed over from CVS to Rite Aid. The pharmacist at Rite Aid called me regarding one of my monthly medications stating they don't usually carry said medication. Instead of advising lead time on getting it in, they immediately advised, "Try Walgreens!" I pick-up several medications monthly and, of course, would have transferred everything for my family over as well. To see the lack of eagerness to assist and abhorrent customer service is sickening. This entire situation is absolutely unacceptable!

Rite Aid Unprofessional Woman Cashier

The Wynnewood, PA store (#11122) had a Muslim woman talking on her phone from 10am until 11am, my entire time in the store. I spent $200.00 on black Friday at Rite Aid and the African American older Muslim woman remained on her phone the entire time. I heard her entire conversation throughout the store and at the register as she checked me out. She wasn't knowledgeable of her work, and I felt dismissed, dishonored, disregarded, and disrespected by her. Her phone call was much more important than taking care of me.
