Rite Aid - Pharmacy in store # 03600

I am a heart failure paitent who relies upon rite aid to fill up to 8 prescriptions per month - every month for over 12 years now.

Today (sunday 12/18/2022) I went to the store buffalo ave. In niagara falls ny #03600 and I walked in at exactly 410 pm. The sign and internet clearly states 5pm for closure time. (pharmacy) when I arrived everything was closed up - and without the help of the single store employee not in the pharmacy who told me that he was "shocked" to see everyone leave at 330pm and had no further info for me. I acquired the store id number and called rite aid corporate number - which suprise - was closed!

I need my medicine. I now have to go to the hospital for something that I have waiting for me behind the counter. These are life saving medications - not simple "I can go without for a few days" medicines.

I will not relent until I physically see a resolution. And no simple - generic im sorry letter will suffice.

I am a disabled man who prior to my illness worked in legal/finance and still maintain close personal relationships with a number of major investment firms and their legal counsel.

It would be a shame if $rad all of a sudden had a massive short positions taken out against... The company has over the past 5 years lost 90% of their market cap!

I will also mention that the type of employees that have been working in the pharmacy for the last 10 years have moved from clean cut - educated, kind people; to blue hair, mentally unstable "adults" (with major "on"adults") who should honestly not be behind a counter where their are may may substances and sensitive information.

You have another location less then.5 miles away, what any logical individual would and should do is forward all customers to the nearest $rad and have them serviced, as i'm sure all of the pharmacies have the ability to pull and fill scripts given to one store. (and if not, that is a major technical failure point which could be remedied by a 1st year programing student, even with blue hair)

There is simply no excuse.
