Walter Drake - Bad product
Bought an item that was junk. Made very flimsy, wouldn't even stay together. They agreed to refund the item price, but not the shipping. This will end up costing me about 8 dollars to sent this junk back. If you sell something that is made this poorly, and you WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS you should be willing to refund the shipping that customers have to pay. Don't think that we will be buying from them again.

Be careful, this company does not make good on the mistakes THEY make... if they send you the wrong thing. You'll have to pay for shipping both ways PLUS they take another 15% to put it back on the shelf! I had to contact the Better Business Bureau just to get SOME of my money back!
