I had ordered a cross stitch pattern to be delivered, but the post office lost my package. After spending hours on the phone to be told that USPS threw the package out, I called Herrschners to see if I could get a new one. They told me they would not send me a new one and I would have to pay for it again if I wanted it. Some of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Do better.
