We live up in New York. I called 4 roofing companies in Florida, but they didn't get back to me. Finally, I called Resolute Roofing. Adler called back THAT DAY within AN HOUR and put us on Facetime. Since we are out of state, he showed what needed to be done, and sent us a quote. We agreed on the work to be done, and Adler continued to share his progress on the roof through video and pictures. I cannot express how happy we are with this company. Adler and Luke were AMAZING to deal with and we recommend this company highly. Don't look anywhere else.

Resolute roofing and roofer John Smith was a total pleasure to work with for the repair of my roof, damage caused by hurricane Harvey. The work was completed with 100% satisfaction within 3 weeks after the hurricane and no more "blue roof". Everyone in the company from the initial phone call to the final work being completed went above and beyond to show respect and professionalism in this stressful time. The work site (my home) was treated with respect and cleaned up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Resolute Roofing LLC for any of your roofing needs.

Brad from Resolute roofing was great to deal with and very helpful. he did the initial inspection and after many tries haggling back in forth with my insurance company the roof was replaced and repaired and paid by the insurance company minus my deductible. the job performed by Resolute went above and beyond the norm. they took pictures of the damage and went to bat for me even after the insurance company denied my initial claim. Resolute was even going to supply me a lawyer at no cost to me if I needed him. once I mentioned this to the Claims adjuster they approved my claim. great job by Brad and Resolute. the roof looks great and professionally done.

Resolute Roofing and their team were great through the process. We were scheduled to have our roof replaced the week of the hurricane. That did not happen due to the chaos everyone was in. They had us on the schedule very soon after the hurricane. Our neighbors were upset, they did not know how we were able to have a roof replacement so soon after a catastrophe. A few of our neighbors asked who our roofer was and their phone number, interested in using Resolute Roofing. The crew was also one of the best! The foreman, John, and the whole crew were very friendly, efficient and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They are an asset to your company, as is Resolute Roofing! We would highly recommend Resolute Roofing.

I had an outstanding experience with Resolute Roofing. I had damage from the storm December 21. Lynda and Frank B. came to the house and looked at the roof finding damage. Frank even came to the house when the inspector from my insurance company came. Once the insurance claim was approved, Lynda helped walk me through what needed to be done. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thorough follow through. Even to the point May 12th, we had torrential rains in Rotonda. I immediately called Lynda Baugh, worried about my roof. Before I knew it Lynda and Frank plus my team of roofers were at my door. They worked fast and efficiently To assure me the roof was secure. They finished the roof the next day on schedule. I give this team the highest score I possibly can, a 10 for their sincere interest and service with a passion.

We just finished with this company putting up a new roof on our home. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. They employ a nice large crew to get everything done. They came early in the morning as scheduled and finished the roof in 1 day. Mike over looked his crew the whole day and Warren kept us posted on everything and came out the next morning after the roof passed inspection with the city and overlooked their work and took pictures on how professional it was done. Everyone I dealt with at Resolute are extremely nice and answered every question we had. If you need a new roof, call Resolute for they gave us the best price and their quite professional and take pride on that they do. Ask for Warren for he worked side by side with us from beginning to end. He is friendly, smart and takes pride in his company. Thank you Resolute Roof for working with us as homeowners.

The company seemed very supportive at first and then I was treated like I was going to rip then off. Which is I sane because the roofing company's name was on all the checks. I wasnt allowed to mail the checks because "THEY" didn't trust usps. I had to take my off time from work to arrange meetings with Linda when she would test be 15 minutes notice that she wanted to come over. It was very inconsiderate. It ended up being a bad experience for me. They damaged my gutters , instead of replacing the one the damaged they left it bent qnd with a different color paint.The roofers also used my power which costs my FPL to raise $150. Plus the skylights they replaced are terrible and let in so much more heat then my prior ones. This company charged way more money then they should have $38000 without replacing wood or anything. Done in one day. I am very displeased and would not used them again.

I used Resolute roofing to to replace my roof after getting notice that my home owner's insurance was dropping me. I obtained several different quotes, and right off the bat I was impressed with Corey he came out, explained everything in depth, and even when I changed up my plan at the last minute to do shingles on my pitched roof, and TPO on my flat roof this company went above, and beyond to find the product for me. It's certainly not an ideal time with supply issues and rising costs to replace a roof, but the price was right what I had in mind, and outside if 1 minor set back since I used 2 different materials the roof was done in a timely manner. Corey was quick to respond to any questions I had. and kept me in the loop on everything. It's rained once already and Ive had no issues, it looks great, and they cleaned up everything when the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

From the initial estimation meeting with John and Sarah, to the professional installation complete, the team from resolute provided quality communication and delivered on a quality installation that met and exceeded all my expectations. John, Sarah, and Mark made it a point to ensure that I was informed and satisfied at all points in the process. The crews lead by Mark were efficient and respectful of my property at all phases of installation. John and Sarah were exceptional in being on site to inventory delivered materials and to monitor the installation as it progressed. They were also available when not on site to answer questions. After installation, John, Sarah, and Mark made it a point to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new roof. As a veteran, working with a veteran owned business is important to me. I will recommend Resolute Roofing to anyone that needs a roof replacement or repair.

I am so happy I chose Resolute Roofing to give me a new roof. The workmen arrived on the day and time they said would, put tarps around the whole yard and pool, worked from 7:30-1:00, before they took a small lunch break and then got right back up on the roof and laid half the shingles. Before they left, they picked up every tarp, went around the yard with a big magnet and got all the nails and it looked like they never came when I returned home. The second day they came and completed the roofing job and I LOVE IT! I love it so much I am having my house painted outside too! Can't have a beautiful roof with an old paint job! I mostly chose them because of their agents, Lynda and Frank. They held my hand through this whole process and came to my house to show me samples of shingles, gave me addresses of the ones I liked so I could see a whole roof in what I thought I wanted, they were great! They were absolutely wonderful! Greg S. took such good care of us in an emergency situation! Thanks to tropical storm Elsa, and the daily thunderstorms that are constantly rolling in, an apparently mitigating situation was made worse. We have a home in Cape Coral that we rent out to vacationers. Naturally, we had 6 guests at the house when the storm hit. Due to all the rain we received, water started leaking into one of the bedrooms. As soon as we were made aware, my husband frantically stated his search for a roofing company. It wasn't too long when he found Resolute Roofing, LLC.
He had numerous conversations with Greg S, who took such good care of us, and made us a top priority on such short notice, taking into consideration the pretty dire situation that we were in. Constant communication, quick response time, and efficiency, is what they provided. Just fantastic! They immediately came out to tear off the old roof, and place the underlayment, to prevent any further inside damage and water leaks until the new shingles arrived and could be installed. Upon completion, we received the final wind mitigation inspection, and they next day, we received the warranty certificate and wind mitigation information that we will now send to our insurance company for hopefully somewhat of a premium discount, also suggested by Greg. From start to finish, this company took care of everything for us. We are truly grateful for all they did for us in such a short time. We are also grateful that they realized the extreme situation that we were in. Damage would have been much worse if they had not responded to us as quickly as they did. This is quite remarkable nowadays. We would absolutely recommend Resolute Roofing! Greg S. made us feel assured that things would be taken care of seeing that we reside in another state up north.
