Had our roof done a couple weeks ago, couldn't be happier with the entire experience from the start. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work and the follow up by pristine roofing to see if i was ok with the completed work.

Despite the cooler temp at the agreed start date the crew was up on the roof within 2 days and job was completed that day.

Pristine Roofing is a very well oiled machine. Very professional and friendly staff! Shingles were dropped off one day and work was completed the next. Everything was cleaned up. Would highly recommend them. Brigid M

We are very happy with the work Pristine Roofing did for us. From initial contact to completion of the job which was removing old fascia, soffits, and eavestroughs, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We will definitely be using them again to do the siding on our home. We would highly recommend Pristine Roofing. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. We were so impressed with the workmanship and clean up. The crew showed up on time, were polite and professional, and worked so hard all day. It was impressive to watch them complete our roof in just over a day. Our neighbours even commented and were very impressed with how it turned out. Always nice to hear when you spend all this money on a new roof.

I recently purchased a new roof, soffits, eaves and fascia from Pristine; from start to finish my experience was amazing. My estimator was kind and knowledgeable; he took the time to sit with me and go over all of my options and pricing. The crew was efficient and friendly and their clean up at the end of the day was fantastic. I highly recommend Pristine for all roofing, soffits, eaves and fascia projects - you will not be disappointed with the quality or the price.

I got an estimate in the Fall of 2020. It was a very competitive estimate. I put my Deposit down and in early spring they phoned to set a date. They did a FANTASTIC Job - cleaned it all up and it was as if they were never here except we had a great looking New Roof. One week after that we had to get a new Chimney put in per Government regulations. The fellow had to go up on the roof and put the Chimney sleeve in and put down flashing. When he came off the Roof - he said WOW - you have a Fantastic Roof. Pristine later dropped by with a follow-up survey. I told the fellow what the Chimney fellow said. So then the Pristine worker said - well let me check his work for you - so he went up on the roof and confirmed that the Chimney company did a great job. Talk about going the Extra Mile in ensuring everything was done to perfection.

We used Pristine Roofing and Siding after observing two of their nearby roofing jobs. We're certainly glad we chose them. From the friendly estimator, who recommended a better tile colour that would embellish our house ( which it pleasingly did! ) to the care taken to protect our belongings just prior to the job. We noticed the great teamwork and morale of the crew. The roofing was completed in one day, the crew worked with precision, the cleanup was meticulous. A magnetic sweep was done for nails, and done with great consideration. We now have a much nicer looking home which I'm sure will increase its value someday. Very pleasing. A few days later a representative came by to ensure the work was completed properly. My wife and I recommend this company. We've used others in the past and can't help but notice the difference in final quality and satisfaction. They know how to do it the way it should be done.

Requested a new roof quote from Pristine Roofing in Oct 2020 recognizing the job would be for spring/summer of 2021. The price they quoted was very good and competitive in comparison to other reputable company quotes. After the quote, I advised I needed a shingle repair for the upcoming winter due to missing shingles (approx 6). Pristine accommodated me despite wrapping up other late season jobs and they didn't charge me for the 2020 shingle repair. They advised when they would start the full roof around April and true to their word, they started exactly as they estimated. The crew did an exceptional job on the roofing with care not to damage hardieboard exterior or eavestroughing/soffit/facia/leaf guards despite obvious challenges to access the roof due to yard set up and neighbors properties. The clean up was also exceptional. The office staff, estimator and crew were excellent to deal with. The management follow up and checks of the work prior to billing were also impressive. I would definitely recommend this company as it was a pleasure to deal with them.. Scott W.

Pristine did a great job on the roof, they're workmanship is good and crews are friendly.
Unfortunately they did a poor job clarifying miscommunications leading to extra charges at substantial rates - going directly against their final Term and Condition: that states
"Pristine will attempt to contact home owners prior to completing necessary repairs if extra charges are required." *** I even attempted contacting them to clarify the miscommunication with no luck, *** This is the main reason for my concern*** and could have been avoided with a simple phone call from them. *** I would not recommend against them, I would just recommend to diligently check contracts, clarify every possible detail prior to starting work

Recently I had Pristine Roofing replace the old shingles on my house and detached garage. The garage has a very steep pitch and the crew did an excellent and safe job of stripping and installing the shingles. They even brought in 2 crews to complete the house the next day when it looked like it was going to rain and they completed the job before it did. I liked the fact that Pristine has their own branded breathable high quality shingle underlay that no doubt will help add years to the life of the roof. Everyone from the sales representative, office staff, and shingling staff were very professional and I was happy that I had Pristine Roofing complete the job. The office staff even provided addresses of previous jobs so I could compare the shingle type and colour before choosing which shingle to go with. When the roofers were done they went over the yard with a magnet to check for any nails and also cleaned up the shingle grit so as to leave the yard as clean as possible. I also had a follow up final inspection to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction and that they themselves were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend Pristine Roofing & Siding. I chose them over 2 other companies even though their quote was a little bit higher than the rest but when you look at what was included in the quote versus the other companies it was worth the little bit of extra cost in the long run.

We had several roofing companies come to do estimates for a replacement of the house and gazebo shingles. The Pristine estimator was courteous and professional and left an estimate with us on the same day. The other companies also provided estimates, but not as quickly. We appreciated the options that were offered and did not feel any pressure at all to add them to the job. A team of guys came out early in the morning on the agreed date and worked hard to get the roof done that day. When it looked like they weren't going to get there by quitting time, another team joined them. Everyone was hardworking and the guy responsible for checking in with us and giving us updates was very professional and polite. They did run out of shingles for the gazebo, but a team showed up the next day and got the work done. We also appreciated the sweep of the property to pick up loose nails. They didn't get them all, but the few that were left were easy to pick up during regular garden maintenance. We did have an issue with one of the nailing generators leaking some sort of chemical on the asphalt driveway. It left a stain, which they apologized for profusely. Someone did come out to try to pressure wash the stain out. It didn't work so in the end, the company did provide sealant that could be reapplied. We appreciated that there was no suggestion that a mistake hadn't been made. It is always good when a company takes responsibility for the quality of their work.
