Scam company
My husband thought he was on Embassy Suites website on his iPhone. It was actually ReservationStays and he made our hotel reservation. They never emailed or texted a confirmation or receipt. All we have is the $300 we paid for a $210 hotel room (on the hotel receipt). They charged 50% tax/fees and won't give us a receipt for it that we need for the travel insurance.
Nobody answers the phone or emails.
I guess we'll file a chargeback with the Paypal/Credit card to get the information.
Recommendation: Do NOT use. Be sure you're on the right site
Poor Customer Service and No Refund Policy: My Experience with Reservation Stays
I had an unfortunate experience with Reservation Stays and wanted to share my feedback with others. One night, I made a few reservations through the website only to realize after receiving the confirmation email for my third reservation that I had made the mistake of selecting a check-in date for June instead of July.
After discovering my error, I tried to work with Reservation Stays to adjust the date, either by changing the reservation outright or seeking a refund so I could rebook for July, but unfortunately ran into several roadblocks. When I reached out to their support team, they told me that they had a strict no-refund policy, which meant I wouldn't be able to get my money back, even though the error was clearly mine. I was surprised that they couldn't at least offer me the option to input the correct check-in date, but they insisted that their policy wouldn't allow for any changes.
I eventually heard back about the request to change my date, but it wasn't until several hours later, which is poor form for a company that prides itself on providing travel services 24/7. When they did get back to me, they continued to refuse any flexibility or leniency, which left me feeling frustrated and upset. Overall, it's clear to me that Reservation Stays isn't a company that's willing to work with customers or make accommodations for issues that arise.
I would suggest that anyone considering using Reservation Stays to carefully double-check their booking details before finalizing their reservation or handing over their money. While they offer competitive prices, the lack of customer service and willingness to work with customers in the event of an error or problem make them a less than ideal choice. It's disappointing that I had to cancel payment with my bank to recoup my funds, and I wouldn't want anyone else to end up in the same situation. All things considered, I won't be using them again in the future.
Warning: Terrible Experience with Reservation Stays - Cancelled Reservation, No Refund, and Increased Rates
I recently had a less-than-pleasant experience with Reservation Stays that I feel is important to share. I had booked and paid for a reservation through their website on February 6th, 2022 for a stay at a hotel beginning May 18th of that same year. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled nearly three months prior on February 16th; this notification was said to have been sent via email by HotelBeds.com.
Upon my return home from my trip on May 22nd, I contacted Reservation Stays to request a refund for my cancelled reservation. I first called and spoke with someone whose English was difficult to understand, but eventually received an email from Reservation Stays indicating that they would investigate the incident. Shortly thereafter, SnapTravel reached out to me stating that they would check into my situation. In a follow-up email, they informed me that they had spoken with the hotel manager to verify my concerns.
On the afternoon of May 23rd, I finally received an email from Reservation Stays stating that my money would indeed be refunded. However, I was never offered an explanation as to how this unfortunate chain of events occurred, nor was I made aware of any relationship between Reservation Stays, HotelBeds.com, and SnapTravel.
To make matters worse, upon arrival at the hotel, I was charged over $220 more than the initial price I had paid on Reservation Stays back in February. Needless to say, I was left feeling incredibly disappointed with my experience and would not recommend using this site in the future.
Review of Reservation Stays: A Cautionary Tale of Dubious Practices and Mistrust
It is with a saddened heart that I must advise readers to exercise caution and not book through Reservation Stays (reservationstays.com). While my initial experience was pleasant, as the gentleman who assisted me was courteous, professional, and helpful, things deteriorated shortly after. I had rebooked a hotel in Las Vegas from the Galaxy to Circus Circus, and was told to expect a refund within 3-4 business days. However, upon being transferred to customer support, I was met with a man named Ron, who played several games while on calls with me. He would ask for my confirmation number, name, and dates before disconnecting the call. This happened a staggering six times, leaving me feeling anxious and mistrustful of the entire situation.
Given that Hotel Galaxy also informed me about the possibility of receiving a refund, the repeated disconnections from Ron were particularly unprofessional, upsetting, and downright frustrating. I pleaded my case to him time and time again, each time with the hopes of making progress, but alas, to no avail. Matters finally came to a head, and I requested to speak with Ron's supervisor, who thankfully proved to be helpful and professional, but even with their intervention, I was still unable to receive a refund or have the money paid towards my new reservation credited.
As a result, I am now out of pocket by a significant sum, with my experience leaving me feeling thoroughly scammed and increasingly angry at Reservation Stays. I implore all readers to avoid this company and its dubious practices, as my experience has left me with a deep sense of mistrust and disappointment. Please do yourself a favor, and book your travel accommodations elsewhere.
Beware of Hidden Charges on Reservationstays.com: My Review
My experience with Reservationstays.com left a bad taste in my mouth. While I was able to book a room for the advertised rate, I soon discovered that there were over $200 in additional fees and a tip that were not clearly stated at the time of booking. I reached out to the company multiple times in order to request an invoice and gain clarity on the charges, but they failed to provide any information. The only reason I was able to finally see a breakdown of the fees was because I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, Capital One.
Even when Reservation Stays sent an invoice to Capital One, it was not informative enough on the breakdown of the charges. It was only then that I learned that the additional costs were made up of $168 in taxes and fees as well as a $34 tip. I felt outraged that I had been charged so much without my knowledge or consent.
To add insult to injury, my dispute with Capital One was denied, with the reasoning that I could not prove that the pricing was different at the time of booking. This was frustrating, as I had requested an invoice multiple times and was not provided with one until after the dispute was opened.
I also discovered that Reservation Stays does business under two other names - Snap Travel and Wise Travel Inc. This raises red flags about their legitimacy and transparency as a company.
Based on my experiences, I would strongly advise against using third-party hotel booking sites like Reservationstays.com. You never know what extra fees or hidden charges you may be subjected to, and the lack of transparency can lead to disputes with companies and credit card providers. It's best to book directly through a hotel or trusted travel booking platform to avoid any unnecessary headaches or costs.
Scammers Alert: Reservation Stays - Thieves and Manipulators who don't value Customers
When I was searching for a hotel online, I came across Reservation Stays (reservationstays.com). I thought I was on the hotel's official website, but it turns out that I was redirected to Reservation Stays' site when I clicked on the "BOOK NOW" button. To my surprise, I received a confirmation email stating that my reservation was non-refundable. I was confused because I didn't remember ever visiting Reservation Stays' site, let alone making a reservation with them. It felt like a total scam, and I knew I had to do something about it.
Only six weeks before our scheduled stay, my daughter suffered an injury and we had to cancel our travel plans. When I contacted Reservation Stays, the representative was unhelpful and read from a script, insisting that the reservation was non-refundable. I explained the situation and how I never intended to make a reservation through their site, but they refused to budge. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they were unavailable. It became clear that they did not care about their customers and were only interested in taking our money.
I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT USE RESERVATION STAYS. They are thieves and manipulators who do not value their customers. It's not just me who has had a bad experience with them; there should be a Class Action Case against them. They purposely manipulate websites to charge unsuspecting people for reservations they didn't even intend to make.
I asked them what would happen to my money since I was cancelling the reservation well in advance due to a family medical issue, but they didn't provide me with any answers. It's just another example of how they don't care about their customers or their situations.
Hotels should not partner with Reservation Stays, and Google should monitor their behavior more closely. It's AWFUL and THIEVING, and I wouldn't even rate them 1 star since their actions are so unethical. Be careful when making online reservations and make sure you're on the actual hotel's website instead of getting redirected to Reservation Stays.
Beware of Reservationstays.com: A Firsthand Account of Fraudulent Activity
In recent events, a certain website called Reservationstays.com has been accused of fraudulent activity. A customer claims that they were deceived into making a reservation with the company after clicking on an online advertisement that impersonated a legitimate hotel company. Following their reservation, the customer encountered difficulties with the customer service representative who struggled to input their information correctly. Concerned with the lack of professionalism, the customer decided to cancel the reservation shortly after. However, upon contacting Reservationstays.com, they were informed that the reservation was non-refundable, and the customer service representative abruptly ended the call.
The customer attempted to contact the company twice again, but there was no answer. On their third attempt, they were told again that the reservation was non-refundable. The customer, feeling outraged by the company's lack of integrity, informed them that they would be reporting this fraudulent activity to their credit card company. To the customer's shock, they found a confirmation email in their spam folder for a Snaptravel/Reservationstays.com reservation, which they had no recollection of making.
To confirm their suspicions, the customer contacted the hotel directly and discovered that they had a reservation booked through Booking.com, which they could not cancel. It became apparent that Snaptravel and Reservationstays.com had obtained the customer's reservation details via phone and made the booking under their name on a legitimate website such as Booking.com. This left the customer bound to deal with Reservationstays.com and its policies.
Fortunately, the customer informed the hotel of their situation and the fact that their credit card had been canceled, which meant no reimbursement was forthcoming. After hearing the customer's plight, the hotel representative overrode the "No cancelling third-party reservations" policy and canceled their stay, providing the customer with peace of mind.
In conclusion, being vigilant when making reservations is key. Deceptive advertising is prevalent on the Internet, and as this case demonstrates, it is essential to use caution before handing over personal or financial information to unknown parties. Always remember to investigate a company's legitimacy and seek out reviews from trusted sources before making a reservation.
Beware of ReservationStays.com: Reports of Scam and Non-Existent Reservations
If you're planning to book a hotel through ReservationStays.com, be warned- it appears to be a scam. Many reviewers have reported being charged for non-existent reservations and have had trouble getting in touch with the company to get a refund. In addition, the website claims to be linked to the Comfort Inn & Suites Brickell in Miami, but it seems that the hotel does not have any affiliation with ReservationStays.com.
Some reviewers have even reported that they were charged for a reservation that they never made. Others claim that they were promised confirmation emails that never arrived. Reviews suggest that the phone numbers listed for the website are not helpful in resolving any issues, as customers have received nothing but runaround and broken promises.
If you're planning on using ReservationStays.com to book a hotel room, it's important to think twice before entering your credit card information! Don't become another victim of this scam- save your money and look for a reputable booking site instead.
My Terrible Experience with Reservation Stays: Issues with Bookings & Customer Service
My experience with Reservation Stays was quite terrible, to say the least. I had booked a trip through their website and faced quite a few issues all along the way. First off, I couldn't trace my booking through the hotel, as my name was spelled wrong in their system. The name on my itinerary was correct, but whoever booked the hotel on behalf of Reservation Stays had messed up my name in their system. I was filled with frustration, but thankfully their customer service responded promptly and resolved the issue for me.
Once that was dealt with, I noticed that the number of adults booked for the trip was incorrect. I had mistakenly booked it for three adults instead of the listed two. I called the hotel to confirm if our room could hold up to four people, and they confirmed that the price of the room is standard and we would not be charged additional fees to add a third guest. However, I needed to make this modification through Reservation Stays, the third party I had booked the trip through. Once again, I reached out to their customer service and was told that the issue would be sorted out, but I would have to pay a $30 fee for the same.
Unfortunately, I received news a month later that my request to add a third person to our reservation was denied. Each time I called, I was given different reasons as to why that was the case. It became increasingly frustrating as I went back and forth between their customer service and the hotel, receiving no concrete answer as to why my request was denied. I was finally informed that their Travel Partners had made the decision, and as per policy, once a decision is made, it cannot be revoked or modified. I found this explanation to be quite unhelpful, and I pleaded for some logical rationale behind why my request was denied. However, to no avail, I was only told "the Travel Partners made the decision, and that's that."
Thankfully, we were able to cancel the booking and receive our full refund. In the end, we decided to rebook directly through our hotel. Overall, my experience with Reservation Stays was riddled with frustration and disappointment. I would advise anyone looking to book a trip to be cautious and aware of these issues that may arise when booking through third-party websites.
Avoid Reservation Stays: My Worst Booking Experience Ever!
My recent experience with Reservation Stays was not a pleasant one. I had come across their phone number on the hotel website and decided to give them a call to make my reservation. However, the "reservationist" I spoke to seemed to be struggling with their job. I had to explain and guide them through the necessary questions to obtain the billing and other information required for my reservation.
Despite giving them my credit card information, I had to correct the reservationist multiple times in relation to my arrival and departure dates. I clearly stated that I would be arriving on August 14th and departing the following day, August 15th. But, to my utter shock, the email confirmation they sent me reflected incorrect dates. Even after correcting the information over the phone, the dates were still incorrect.
When I contacted Reservation Stays once more to have them rectify their mistake, I was greeted with a rude surprise. They informed me that the booking was nonrefundable and that the dates couldn't be altered. They directed me to contact the hotel directly to approve any needed corrections, but the hotel couldn't do anything since I had booked through a third party.
The frustration with Reservation Stays continued, as they informed me that they could do nothing in this regard. I was left with no other option but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I must mention that I have been traveling and booking hotels for decades, and the incompetence of Reservation Stays is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
I usually prefer to book my reservations directly with the hotel or do it myself online. In this case, I made a mistake by hastily dialing the Reservation Stays number on the hotel website. I would caution other travelers against using this service, as my experience was utterly frustrating and disappointing.
Dishonest and Unreliable: My Disastrous Experience with Reservation Stays
My recent experience with Reservation Stays (RS) was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation for a trip to Aulani, HI on Nov. 16, 2021 through their website and received confirmation from the hotel on March 23, 2022. However, one week before our departure, I called up Aulani just to confirm our reservation and was shocked to learn that our names were not on their list. This was a frustrating surprise, but it was nothing compared to the customer service disaster that followed.
I contacted RS immediately, seeking clarification on the reservation status, and received a response via email and phone. RS reassured me that this was a common process and that the hotel would process third-party reservations 1 or 2 days before the confirmed reservation date. Despite contacting Aulani and RS at least twice daily, we didn't receive any confirmation until the day of our departure. Throughout the process, RS continued to insist that we had nothing to worry about and guaranteed that we could stay at Aulani.
Sadly, those assurances were never realized when we arrived at the hotel. We were informed that the reservation that RS had promised us wasn't there, despite their having charged us on Nov. 17, 2021. To make matters worse, the hotel was now fully booked, and we had to pay $200 more per day for an alternative room. This experience taught me to be very careful with third-party reservation services like RS, as they are not always honest or reliable.
If this incident weren't enough to discourage anyone from using Reservation Stays, let me add a word about their customer service. RS's service was unprofessional and unacceptable, leaving me feeling like a fool for believing in them. The email exchanges that I had with them, attached above, prove this event to be true.
If you are thinking of using RS, my advice is to beware. You might save some money at the outset, but they can ruin your vacation and cause financial damage in the long run. I strongly urge travelers to book their next vacation directly with the hotel or a trustworthy travel agency.

Horrible Booking Experience with ReservationStays.com: No Regard for Customer Comfort
A friend and I recently booked a hotel stay through reservationstays.com, hoping to spend a comfortable and enjoyable vacation together. However, our experience with this booking agency was far from satisfactory. We had specifically requested a room with 2 beds, but to our dismay and disappointment, we were given a cramped room with only one bed.
When we approached the hotel management regarding this issue, they informed us that the blunder was on the part of the booking agency. Naturally, feeling cheated and let down, we decided to lodge a complaint with reservationstays.com's customer service. But, to our utter dismay, we found the person on the line to be unhelpful and almost indifferent to our plight. It felt as if their customer care team simply wasn't interested in helping us resolve the issue.
As someone who has stayed in several hotels and used numerous booking agencies before, I can say with confidence that my experience with reservationstays.com was extremely unsatisfactory. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they were downright horrible. Our stay was a nightmare, not to mention a total waste of our hard-earned money.
Unfortunately, I can never recommend reservationstays.com to anyone planning to book a hotel stay anytime soon. They clearly have no regard for the comfort and well-being of their customers, which is a serious flaw in the hospitality industry. In my opinion, it would be wise to book directly with the hotel instead of relying on this third-party booking agency. That way, you can be sure of receiving the kind of service and treatment you truly deserve.
Reservation Stays Falls Short in Providing Customer Service and Flexibility
Reservation Stays has unfortunately fallen short in terms of customer service and flexibility. Recently, a customer attempted to cancel their reservation due to an unforeseen illness. However, the customer service representative named Glenda seemingly lacked any empathy and failed to provide assistance beyond reading from a script. Despite the customer's willingness to provide documentation to support their situation, Glenda appeared indifferent to their circumstances.
In an effort to alleviate the situation, the customer requested a change of date instead of a complete cancellation but was informed that they would have to cancel their original booking first. This understandably caused the customer to question whether or not they should book a new reservation. Unfortunately, this experience has now led the customer to lose trust in Reservation Stays and their practices.
It's important for companies to understand the impact that their customer service has on their clientele. While mistakes can and do occur, it's how these matters are handled that make all the difference. It's unfortunate to hear that Reservation Stays did not prioritize their customer's well-being in this instance, and it's completely understandable that the customer would choose to take their business elsewhere.
Poor Customer Service and Mistaken Bookings by Reservation Stays
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Reservation Stays (reservationstays.com) and felt compelled to share my disappointment. My husband had to take an urgent trip for work and called to make a reservation with an agent. The agent mistakenly booked us in the wrong state, despite verifying the city name and date in the confirmation email. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that there were no available rooms for our stay.
Initially, we reached out to Reservation Stays customer service in hopes of resolving this issue, requesting a refund or credit due to the agent's mistake. However, we were informed that we could not receive any kind of compensation as we had not cancelled or modified our reservation within the allotted timeframe. This was frustrating as the phone conversation was recorded and could be used to verify that we had requested a different state.
Despite our explanation of the situation and available proof, Dean Irish, the customer service representative we spoke to, remained unhelpful and inflexible. We were disappointed that we were denied a resolution and were out over $700 for a six-day hotel stay in the wrong state.
Overall, our experience with Reservation Stays was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. While the website may offer a wide range of accommodation options, their customer service leaves much to be desired. It is important to exercise caution when using their services and be diligent in verifying all details of the reservation.
Is Reservation Stays Legit?
Reservation Stays earns a trustworthiness rating of 36%
Be careful. Check reviews and watch out for issues before dealing with Reservation Stays.
Reservation Stays protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Reservation Stays. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- The age of Reservation Stays's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.
- Reservationstays.com has a valid SSL certificate, while Scammers can obtain a valid SSL certificate by using fake information or by using a stolen or hijacked domain. In some cases, they may even use a certificate issued to another legitimate website.
- We looked up Reservation Stays and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
Unethical and Dishonest: A Disappointing Experience with Reservation Stays
I recently had an experience with Reservation Stays that was quite frustrating and disappointing. While searching for accommodations for a group of six, I found a room on their website that claimed to sleep six people. However, I had my doubts because the picture only showed two queen beds. I decided to call and spoke with someone who confirmed that the room did indeed have two rooms with two queen beds.
The next day, my companion called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation and found that we had only booked a regular room, not the suite we had requested. I immediately reached out to Reservation Stays to explain the situation, but my call was abruptly ended without any resolution. When I called back, I was met with a voicemail advising me to send an email if they were too busy to take my call.
Overall, my experience with Reservation Stays was extremely disappointing. I feel that they were dishonest and unethical in their approach to conducting business. As such, I would caution anyone against using their services to book any type of accommodation. It's important to trust the companies with whom we choose to do business, and in my experience, Reservation Stays simply did not meet the standard.
Disappointing Experience with Reservation Stays: No Refund for Emergency Exit
In my personal experience with Reservation Stays, I must say that I was disappointed with how my booking was handled. Despite the fact that I had to cut short my stay by two nights due to a sudden emergency, I found that the company was not willing to provide any sort of refund or comparable compensation for the days I could not stay. It was a frustrating experience as I had already paid for four nights and was only able to take advantage of two. In addition, I was surprised to find that even the hotel staff could not provide a refund, and was informed that I needed to work directly with the third-party booking company to get my money back. This is definitely something to keep in mind when dealing with this company, especially since I had not realized this when I made my reservation. The virtual credit card system also made things quite complicated, as they were not able to process a refund even if they wanted to. I learned this the hard way, and am now concerned about the potential for other customers to run into similar problems. One slight positive aspect of my experience was that I was glad I had not booked for an additional Friday night as I would have ended up losing yet another $250. I should mention that I was caught off guard when I called the phone number I found on a search engine, as I thought it was the LaQuinta 1-800 number. All in all, my experience with Reservation Stays was not a positive one, and I hope that others who are considering using this company will take heed of my experiences and approach their bookings with caution.
Review: Beware of Reservation Stays - Misleading Website, No Refund, Terrible Customer Service
My experience with Reservation Stays has been quite disappointing. To start with, their website gave me the impression that they were a part of the Disney resort, but I soon realized that this was not the case. However, I had already booked a hotel room and was trying to purchase tickets when I realized that I had been tricked into making a reservation with a company that was not affiliated with Disney.
I immediately cancelled the reservation within 20 minutes of making it and was told that a refund would be issued. However, to my dismay, I never received the refund I was promised. I have tried reaching out to the company numerous times, but to no avail. They are impossible to get hold of and their customer service is terrible. Whenever I call to inquire about the refund, they simply hang up on me.
The situation has gotten so out of hand that I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. It is an unpleasant experience, and I feel like I am being ripped off by Reservation Stays. They clearly promised to refund my money, and now they are not following through with their promise.
I strongly advise that you stay away from Reservation Stays at all costs. They have misled me and have not provided me with the service they promised. I hope my experience will serve as a warning to others who may be considering using this company's services.
Reservation Stays Review: Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Policies
I recently had an unpleasant experience with Reservation Stays, and I wanted to share my thoughts. When I called to make a reservation, the agent seemed a bit disorganized from the start. Despite my specific request, she booked my reservation for the wrong day. I caught the mistake while on the phone, but instead of fixing it, she added a new reservation for a significantly higher price without my permission. When I asked to speak with customer service, they were closed, so I had to call back later.
Unfortunately, when I finally got through, I was told that my reservation had no option for modification or cancellation. I requested to speak with a manager, but the representative refused, stating that there was no point because the manager would tell me the same thing. I felt frustrated and upset by this interaction and couldn't believe the lack of helpfulness or flexibility from Reservation Stays.
In summary, I would not recommend using Reservation Stays based on my experience. They seem to have poor customer service and policies that do not prioritize the customer's needs or satisfaction. I advise looking elsewhere when booking your next reservation to avoid similar frustration.
Warning: Beware of Reservation Stays - Inflated prices and lack of transparency left me feeling cheated
I recently had a disappointing experience with Reservation Stays (reservationstays.com) that I feel compelled to share. After having my original hotel reservation canceled due to lack of hot water, I turned to the internet in a panic to find a new place to stay in Virginia Beach. As the first search result that came up, I decided to book my stay through Reservation Stays.
The site quoted me a price of $230.50 a night for a two-night stay, totaling $461. Though I agreed to that amount, when I received my credit card statement, I was charged $586.62 - over $120 more than expected! Perplexed and frustrated, I contacted the hotel to inquire about the discrepancy, only to learn that the total cost of my reservation was actually $433 - nearly $150 less than the amount Reservation Stays charged me.
I couldn't believe that Reservation Stays had taken such a steep cut from my reservation, effectively overcharging me and pocketing a significant amount of profit unjustly. A fee of that magnitude seems grossly disproportionate and, in my opinion, a clear case of taking advantage of a consumer in a stressful situation.
In short, I cannot recommend Reservation Stays based on my experience. Not only did they charge me an inflated price, but their lack of transparency and communication about the true cost of my reservation left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. If you're looking for reliable, affordable travel accommodations, I suggest avoiding Reservation Stays at all costs.
Warning: Terrible Customer Service at Reservation Stays - A Personal Experience
If you're planning to make a hotel reservation, steer clear of Reservation Stays! My recent experience with the company was fraught with frustration due to their dismal customer service. I had the misfortune of speaking with a representative named Glenda, who lacked the ability to provide personalized assistance, instead regurgitating robotic policy jargon without addressing my predicament. My problem was an honest mistake; I had booked the wrong dates unintentionally, and I immediately reached out to customer service. Glenda's unhelpful replies left me feeling disregarded, and she wouldn't even connect me with her manager when I requested to speak to them. To my dismay, I had to contact the hotel myself and have them intervene on my behalf to cancel my reservation. It's unfathomable to me that a business could prioritize policy over finding an amicable solution for their customer! Don't make the same mistake I did by using this company.
Beware of Reservation Stays: Misleading Quotes, Hidden Policies, and Bad Customer Service
Unfortunately, there are some negative experiences that have been reported regarding Reservation Stays (reservationstays.com). One customer reported that they had reserved a room over the phone and were quoted a price of $286 by a representative who claimed to be a part of the Hilton group, but were charged twice that amount when the payment was processed. The confirmation email they received also didn't include any information about the cost of the room, making it difficult to dispute the charge with their bank. Additionally, the customer claims that the company didn't mention anything about a no cancellation or changes policy until after they attempted to fix the mistake.
When the customer attempted to address the error with the company, they were met with resistance from the manager who refused to take any action to rectify the situation. The manager allegedly told the customer that all transactions were final and that there was nothing that could be done to change the charges. The customer believes that the company deliberately excluded the cost of the room on the confirmation email to ensure that any dispute with the bank would not proceed.
While this customer's experience was unfortunate, it's important to note that not all customers have had negative experiences with Reservation Stays. However, it's always advisable to do some research and read reviews before making a reservation with any company to ensure that you're getting the best experience possible.
Once you book a room you are locked in. No changes. Their customer service sucks. Will never use again.
