Unpaid commissions
I have worked with InteleTravel for over 7 years, and have been a travel agent for 33 years. I have been trying to collect commissions from several bookings, some from as far back as July, 2021. Customer service is unresponsive, even though I have submitted paperwork upon paperwork to verify that InteleTravel received payment from the vendor. I have called, and been put on hold, several times while the agent was checking with "someone who could resolve my issue." Evidently, that response was an email I received about a week later saying they had "validated" my commission payment, and to please submit the paperwork I've already submitted. This is a ruse. Once you submit your paperwork, it gives them another 60 days to respond to your request.
In another case, my commission report says I have commission scheduled to be paid, but no payment is forthcoming. My commissions were "scheduled" in November 2022, December 2022, and January, 2023. Still, I've received nothing. It's impossible to get anyone to respond either by phone or email. The BBB says InteleTravel has an 'A+' rating?

I cannot do anything because Inteletravel has messed up my email,so its no booking no Id information,no status on my information, no pin number,Nothing.
I have called several times to have it corrected but to no avail.
They tell me it will take 2 days,but its more like a week.
I want an immediate sution to this problem.

Have Not Paid Commissions
I have been waiting for my commissions from Inteletravel for over 8 months now on three services I provided. I keep calling about it, and getting the run around with customer service.
Inteletravel has new area to submit unresolved issures dealing with commissions . I also submitted my concern there and resubmitted my invoices for payment. No response.
I called again about it, then customer service kee[ telling me to send another email about it. I can not believe how Inteletravel is holding on to my commissions. I am very surprised by their business practices, then on top of that, they are still getting paid from my monthy fee of $36.00. No profit has been made with this company. They are the only ones that are getting paid, and illegally holding on to agents commissions.
Desired outcome: No outcome. I am still waiting to be paid since January 2022. What a scam!

Commission Check
Hello I am currently a travel agent and for the last 2 months I have been getting the run around concerning my commission payout. No one at InteleTravel seems to know anything that is going on in spite of the documents that I am continuously submitting to show my proof. I Booked a group booking for Mission Healthcare at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley on March 10, 2022. I had to sign up with FastPay per Hilton's request in order to get my commission payout sent directly to InteleTravel. On May 26, 2022 FastPay sent out a check in the amount of 1061.07 to InteleTravel. FastPay provided me with the proof of the check number, the date, and the address at InteleTravel that the check was sent to. And still absolutely no one at InteleTravel can seem to find my commission check. I spoke to FastPay serval times and was told that a representative from InteleTravel will have to call them at [protected] however when I called InteleTravel and asked them to call FastPay and speak to someone at there to clear this matter up I was told that they cannot because they do not work with FastPay. I Just want what I worked hard for! And everyone at Intele is making it HARD and it is extremely discouraging and I am seriously considering join your competitor because NO ONE is willing to help me, this is my last resort before I have to seek legal counsel because I am at a complete loss and do not know what else I can do at this point.
Desired outcome: I need a resolution, I need m commission check that I worked hard for to be found and issued to me.
They didn't pay commissions
I signed the contract with Inteletravel 9 months ago. I worked for them and within 2 months I got my commission. But after that the manager found many excuses, faint promises and etc., but I didn’t get the commission. It was useless to call the manager, because he lied to you and promised money or was busy and didn’t have time to speak with you. Be careful and if such situation happens with you, find good attorney.

I am experiencing the same exact issue currently. It is unfortunate that every call and/or email goes to Customer Service who is not able to answer any questions concerning commission payments. I did all of the footwork for them by contacting Carnival Cruise Lines and I provided them with all of the information they requested; it has been four months and I have yet to receive my commission payment. I am trying to determine if it is worth the hassle of filing a civil suit against the company.
