I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Repairtoolparts. I mean, I shoulda known better than to just blindly trust a website without doing some research first. But hey, we all make mistakes, right?

Anyway, I placed an order with them and was pretty excited to get my hands on my new tools. But then, when I tried to call to check on the status of my order, I got sent straight to voicemail. And guess what? Nobody ever called me back. Not cool, man.

So, I did a little digging and it turns out that this company is actually using a bunch of different names. That's a pretty big red flag if you ask me. And apparently, their office is even up for sale. Yikes.

Luckily, I had used my trusty AMEX to make the purchase, so I was able to get my money credited back to me. But still, it's a pretty frustrating experience overall.
