They came the same day I called for what, to me, was an emergency need. They were professional, definitely customer-oriented and did a great job saving me from having to purchase a new refrigerator. Mine is working perfectly fine.

I had a grate experience. *** delivered a new refrigerator as he promised within one day of my old refrigerator failing. *** was quick, trust worthy and very customer friendly. I would do business again with *** and I highly recommend him.

Called Dave to come out to repair my washer. He asked what it was doing and sounded like. He saved us a lot of money on a service call and expense repair work by advising that we should just spend the money on a new washer. We appreciate his honesty and not trying to rip us off. I highly recommend him and will be calling him again for any appliance repair work needed.

Excellent service from David. He advised of the cost of repair on Labor Day versus Tuesday morning. He showed up promptly and early as promised. He explained the way the freezer and fridge worked, showed the problem area (air vent), and areas to watch. He advised what to do to avoid further problems. He also advised the cost for him to vacuum out the blockage versus doing it yourself. He is honest, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend using his services.

We were really impressed with the service from St. Augustine Appliance & Refrigerator Repair Service. Our fridge stopped working during Thanksgiving weekend and we called them for the "first time ever". We got a call back on Monday morning from *** the owner. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and fixed our problem quickly. Their service was great, they were on time, and the prices were fair. We now have *** (Owner) in our contacts.***.

I had a guy named Mr. G come over to my place to fix my fridge. He tried to tell me that it couldn't be repaired and offered to take it away for a small fee and sell me a new one. I decided to get a second opinion and it turns out that the refrigerant line had been cut and sealed by Mr. G himself. Can you believe that? Trying to scam someone, especially during these tough times when many of us are struggling due to COVID19. It's just shameful. If you're considering using St. Augustine Appliance Repair, I suggest you run and find someone else.

I had a problem with my fridge and the owner said it would be $89 to come out. He sent a technician who quoted me $250 for a part that costs $4.99 at the hardware store. $120 for labor, $40 for the part, and $89 for the service call. After hearing the price, I asked my wife to let me talk to him. I called him and told him I would call back after speaking with the owner because the price seemed too high. I spoke to his boss and he agreed that the price was too high. He said he would call me back, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I hadn't heard anything. So, I called him back. He said his technician told him that I said I would fix it myself, so he left and told the same thing to my wife. The owner basically called me a liar and hung up on me. They charged me $89 for the call and left my fridge in pieces in the middle of my kitchen. I own a business in town and I want everyone to know about the terrible service.
