I placed an order on Rentoza at about 16:57 on  the 30th November, made payment and started the verification process, unfortunately I could not complete the process because I could not load my bank statements, as an 'Index error' kept appearing. I then mailed and sent whatsapp messages to Rentoza on Friday the 1st Dec informing them of my problem and still I received no response, Saturday the 2 Dec I again sent emails and whatsapp messages to Rentoza and eventually Saturday afternoon a agent by the name of Brian contacted me. Brian told me that I can send my bank statements to him and he would load them from his side and then verification would be complete. I did so immediately but still nothing changed on my Rentoza profile page, indicating that anything had been updated by Brian. I have been checking my emails everyday since then for some kind of feedback but nothing... Their service is extremely disappointing. I have provided all that was required of me and yet from their side there is nothing... I don't know if my order is still in process or if it has been cancelled because according to their website an order is cancelled after 3 days if verification has not been completed. And all I have been trying to find out the last 4 days is how far I am in the process. Will I still receive my agreement contract or has my order been cancelled? And if it has been cancelled when I be refunded?

Desired outcome: I would like to continue the process to receive the goods I ordered and paid for but if the order has been cancelled then I would like to be refunded.
