I hope this email finds you well.

I traveled to Iran on September 22, 2023 and my luggages were damaged.

I submitted a claim and below is the information.

It has been more than five months and I followed up many times with presentative Kourosh Momeni and I haven't got any payment yet.

However, I checked the status of my claim online and it indicates that it was completed.

they stopped my payment because They mentioned that they need the Bank's Postal code to process but it wasn't mandatory when I submitted my claim.

I provided the PO but they said I need to complete the online claim one more time but the system didn't accept the routing code which was acceptable in the first time. I contacted my Canadian bank and they said Canada doesn't have the routing code and I don't know how the system accepted in my first apply.

I followed up many times with Kourosh Momeni but I didn't get any result after few months.

I asked my family called him with the number was in his email signature but not answer at all.

I would appreciate to assist me with my payment.
