So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a run-in with PriPost (pripost.eu) recently and let me just say, I was not impressed. They went ahead and sent me an invoice for no good reason, which really rubbed me the wrong way. And don't even get me started on their advertising and communication - it was all over the place and just plain misleading.

I mean, I get it, companies gotta make a buck, but come on now. It's just not cool to go around sending out invoices willy-nilly like that. And when it comes to advertising and communication, you gotta be straight with people. None of this beating around the bush nonsense.

All in all, I would say that PriPost is not a company that I would recommend. They just don't seem to have their act together and that's not something that I'm willing to put up with. So, if you're thinking about doing business with them, I would definitely think twice.

Ik heb onlangs PriPost gebruikt om mijn pakketten te ontvangen en ik moet zeggen dat ik erg onder de indruk ben van hun diensten. Het was zo gemakkelijk om een account aan te maken en ik kreeg meteen een adres toegewezen waar mijn pakketten naartoe konden worden gestuurd. Ik hoefde me geen zorgen te maken over het missen van een levering omdat ik altijd op de hoogte werd gehouden van de status van mijn pakketten.

Het beste van alles is dat ik mijn pakketten kon ophalen wanneer het mij uitkwam. Ik hoefde niet te wachten op de bezorger of naar het postkantoor te gaan tijdens de openingstijden. Ik kon gewoon online een afspraak maken om mijn pakketten op te halen en het was zo handig.

Ik ben ook erg blij met de klantenservice van PriPost. Ik had een paar vragen over mijn account en ik kreeg snel antwoord van hun vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Ze waren zo geduldig en begripvol en ik voelde me echt goed geholpen.

Ik zou PriPost zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en handige manier om hun pakketten te ontvangen. Het is zo'n geweldige service en ik ben blij dat ik het heb ontdekt. Bedankt PriPost voor het maken van mijn leven een stuk gemakkelijker!

PriPost is een online postdienst die ik onlangs heb geprobeerd. Ik moet zeggen dat ik niet helemaal tevreden ben met hun diensten. Het lijkt erop dat ze mijn saldo leegzuigen zonder dat ik post ontvang. Ik heb in de afgelopen zeven maanden in totaal 125 euro op mijn account gestort, maar ik heb slechts één internationale post ontvangen. Dat is niet echt wat ik had verwacht.

Een ander ding dat me stoort, is dat je niet minder dan 25 euro kunt opladen. Ik begrijp dat dit misschien handig is voor sommige mensen, maar voor mij is het een beetje te veel. Aan het einde van de maand blijft er meestal slechts ongeveer 3 euro over op mijn account, waardoor ik elke dag spam ontvang en wordt gevraagd om weer op te laden. Het lijkt erop dat ze je gewoon willen laten betalen zonder dat je er echt iets voor terugkrijgt.

Ik denk dat PriPost nog wat verbeteringen kan gebruiken om hun diensten beter te maken. Misschien kunnen ze hun tarieven verlagen of meer postopties bieden. Ik zou het leuk vinden om meer internationale post te ontvangen en niet alleen spam. Het zou ook leuk zijn als ze hun klantenservice zouden verbeteren, zodat ik mijn vragen en zorgen gemakkelijker kan stellen.

Al met al denk ik dat PriPost een goede optie kan zijn voor sommige mensen, maar het werkt gewoon niet voor mij. Ik hoop dat ze in de toekomst hun diensten kunnen verbeteren en meer klantgericht kunnen worden.

I've been using PriPost for a few years now, but I must say that their service has gone downhill recently. Ever since they switched to new software, I've been receiving erroneous invoices from them. It was quite frustrating to deal with their unfriendly and rude communication about this issue. However, they eventually corrected the invoices, which was a relief.

Recently, I had to forward a package that was quite small, and their calculator showed a reasonable rate. Even the courier service site showed a reasonable rate. But when Pripost / Priservices / Priparcel (all the same business but with a contract with Pripost) notified me that the package could be forwarded, they wanted me to pay 4 1/2 times (!) what the courier service would charge. I was quite taken aback by this and requested that I be allowed to pick up the package instead, which I had done in the past. However, they refused to let me do so.

When I complained to them about this issue, I received even more rude reactions and zero solutions. It's quite frustrating to think that anyone could print a label with a much lower rate online without any problem, but PriPost refused to use that rate. There's really no excuse for that kind of behavior.

Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the service I've received from PriPost. While they may have been good in the past, their recent behavior has left me feeling quite frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable mail forwarding.
