I ain't gonna lie, I used to shop around different sites to send out my parcel and pallets. But then I stumbled upon Pallet2Ship and I kid you not, it was love at first sight. After my first dealing with these guys, I was pretty sure I ain't going anywhere else. What I love about them is their prompt response. I ain't no morning person, but if I send out an email after hours, these guys still respond back quickly. Their customer service is pretty solid too. Even when I call them up, I get a friendly and helpful person at the other end. And the prices, they are pretty darn good. No complaints there. If you're thinking about sending out your stuff, I say give Pallet2Ship a try. You won't be disappointed!

Just about a year ago, I left Manchester for London and I needed a reliable way to move all my stuff. After looking online for options, I came across Pallet2ship. I had never used a pallet delivery service before, but I was reassured by the good reviews I read. So I decided to give it a go.

I was lookin' to ship my pallet to France, and I found Pallet2Ship UK. They gave me a price and I picked the 2-3 working day delivery. But let me tell ya, they said 1-5 working days in an email to me. It's been six working days already and I ain't heard nothin' from the carrier about delivery. I tried reachin' out to Pallet2Ship but no one's respondin'. I'm not too thrilled about this.

That ain't the only thing I'm miffed about. The website didn't have enough info about the weight and measurements bit. They charged me extra because I didn't give the size of the whole pallet. I wasn't too thrilled about that either.

To be fair, I heard some people ship stuff with Pallet2Ship UK and they don't have a problem. But man, my experience wasn't great. Be mindful when you're using them.

I gotta say, my experience with Pallet2ship UK was not particularly groovy. I needed to send a pallet to Australia and they were one of the companies I found online and decided to get a quote from.

When I got the first quote, I was like, "okay, not too bad, it's ?400." And then I went to confirm the booking and suddenly it was ?700! I was pretty shocked, but I went ahead and paid it anyway because what else could I do?

But then, after I had already booked and paid, they were like, "Oh by the way, there's gonna be ?700 in additional handling fees at the other end." I was like, "What? That's more than the original quote!" So what started as a ?400 cost ended up being a whopping ?1,400. That's more than three times the original quote! That was not particularly delightful.

And then, to add insult to injury, when I tried to cancel after finding out about these ridiculous fees, they held onto 50% of my ?700. Like, seriously? That left me feeling pretty peeved.

At the end of the day, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would not trust them with my shipping needs again. No way, no how.

I booked my shipment about a month back, and it was such a breeze to get everything squared away. I had a pretty bad experience dealing with Pallet2ship UK (pallet2ship.co.uk). In fact, I would say that it was the worst experience of my life! The staff, including the manager George, were incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. My delivery arrived a whole seven days later than it was supposed to, and it wasn't even delivered by the company that I had paid for. When I contacted Pallet2ship UK about this, they told me that the delivery had been attempted and failed, but I don't believe them. They sent me some images of my road and claimed that it was blocked, but I knew that this was a lie.

To make matters worse, they demanded an extra £30 to bring the delivery in a different van. This was a completely ridiculous demand, and it shows just how terrible the service is here. I would go as far as to say that Pallet2ship UK is possibly the worst delivery company ever! I won't be using them again, and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them like the plague.

When I left a review on Trustpilot to warn others about this company, they rang me and were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They even called me a liar! This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and it just goes to show how little they care about their customers. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Avoid Pallet2ship UK at all costs!

I gotta say, my first experience with Pallet2ship UK has been pretty awful. I had to get a pallet shipped from Germany to the United Kingdom and decided to give this company a try. I placed the order online in mid-January and paid right away, but then they hit me with the news that no carrier could provide the service I needed at the time. So I had to wait. And wait. Finally, in early February they told me there was another carrier they could use, but it would cost me 40% more than originally quoted. I decided to go ahead with it and paid again. Then they asked me for several documents which basically re-stated all the info I had already given them.

So, the pallet got picked up, and that's where the real fun began. For TWO WEEKS, the company didn't give me ANY update on the status of my shipment. Not even a hint of where the pallet was or when it might arrive. I had to contact them EVERY DAY just to get some semblance of a response from them.

Honestly, this kind of service is just unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend using Pallet2ship UK in any capacity.

I recently had the experience of using Pallet2ship UK four times, and to be honest, I was left quite disappointed.

There were multiple hidden charges that I was not made aware of, which made the transaction more expensive than I had initially planned. Also, I was extremely inconvenienced by the delay in my delivery. What was supposed to take a week ended up taking one or even two months. Sometimes, my parcels even got lost in transit.

Moreover, trying to get in touch with customer service was another nightmare. No one seemed to be picking up their phone, and my emails were answered days after I had sent them. I even tried reaching out to them on their social media platforms, but to no avail.

Upon doing some research, I was surprised to find that their office is apparently in a self-storage facility! It definitely raised some red flags for me. Moreover, a majority of their five-star reviews were made by Romanian accounts. I found out that the company is run by Romanians, and they even send out "invitations" to their friends or fake accounts to leave positive reviews. It's quite a scam if you ask me!

Lastly, I noticed that at the bottom of their website, it claims that they have been around since 2007. However, I found out that the website was only registered in 2015, and likewise, the company. They're not exactly honest about their reputation.

All in all, I don't think I will be using Pallet2ship UK again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their hidden charges, poor customer service, and shady business tactics are definitely something to be wary of. Don't trust them!

The service provided by Pallet2ship UK for our 4 pallet shipments was highly unsatisfactory. Despite confirmation that our shipment would be collected on Friday, the carrier team changed the day to Monday. On Friday, we were informed that due to paperwork, our shipment would not be collected until Tuesday. We cooperated patiently despite the urgency of our shipment.

Unfortunately, the problems continued on Tuesday. Although our pallets were ready for collection and a collection time between 9:00 am to 6:00pm was given, we were informed that it could happen anytime up until 6 pm. We waited until 5:30 pm but no one came for collection. We attempted to contact the team via the contact given on their website and emails, but the only form of communication was email. The inability to call the company was a major disappointment.

Eventually, a reply from the team informed us that the collection was not released by the carrier. The carrier expected written confirmation from us for extra charges. We had confirmed this in previous conversations, and the lack of communication in the team caused the entire miscommunication. It was frustrating, and we waited till 6:00 pm for collection without hearing anything back from the company.

The lack of communication amongst the team was the major issue. They waited until the last minute to check with carriers on the status of our shipment. We had confirmed everything in advance from our end and the shipping company, but the last-minute confusion was unacceptable.

The shipping company should have informed us of any urgent matters. As a customer, we expected good communication, but the team failed to update us despite our three follow-ups in a day for collection. Until now, Wednesday 10:00 am, we heard nothing back from them.

To conclude, the services provided by Pallet2ship UK were highly disappointing and not up to the standard we need and expect from a shipping company.

I've used Pallet2ship UK several times before and I have had some mixed results to be honest. I mean, sure the delivery times were alright, but lately they have not been up to the mark. Let me tell you about my latest experience. So, I wanted to purchase a vintage lathe on 2nd April from a private seller on a well-known auction site. Since I wasn't able to collect the item in person, I decided to use Pallet2ship to book a pallet carrier. I went with a two-day service provided by Palletline. They also provided me with a pallet and wrapping service (as the seller did not have one), which was an extra cost that I paid for via Pallet 2ship along with additional insurance cover, considering the fact that it was an expensive vintage lathe.

On the day of the collection, things didn't go quite as planned. The lorry came to the seller's address without a pallet so they had to leave the lathe where it was. The next day, the lorry arrived again, and the lathe was loaded onto a pallet (with the help of the seller) and strapped and wrapped. The lathe would not be delivered until the following Monday (as they don't deliver on weekends) due to it being Thursday at the time. In the end, the lathe arrived four days after collection, as planned, but on inspection, it had been badly damaged. The 500kg lathe had been put on a cheap and flimsy pallet, which was not suitable for its weight at all. As a consequence, the pallet broke in half, and the lathe fell onto its face, causing extensive damage worth around £800. To compensate, the carrier put a second pallet underneath the first, which also broke. I informed the relevant agent at Pallet2ship, who asked me to fill in an online claim form. However, after two days, I still hadn't received a confirmation! It was only after contacting the agent again that I was told they had "IT" issues and the claim page was down. After several emails back and forth, I finally managed to submit the claim.

The claim required me to provide information about the lathe, an estimate for the custom replacement parts that needed to be made to order, and the nature of the repairs that needed to be done. I waited and waited. A week later, I received another email, asking me to confirm what was on the pallet and how much it weighed? I was so frustrated that I had to repeat the same information again. Then, I was told that no claim payment would be made until an invoice was provided for the replacement parts. I explained again that the parts needed to be custom made since this was a vintage lathe that was no longer in production.

After months of going back and forth, I finally had the custom parts machined, obtained vintage electrical parts, and had the repairs made. I provided a full invoice for the repairs along with pictures of the parts made. Then, the agent came back to me with an offer of less than half the value of the claim! After a few more emails, I reluctantly accepted the offer as I was told this was the best I could expect. I did not want to go through all of the hassle of a small claims court.

After accepting the offer, I was told that I would receive compensation within 14 working days, but here I am on day 15, and nothing has happened, and my emails get no response. I am so disappointed, I paid nearly £200 for a premium service, another £30 for a supplied pallet, paid extra for comprehensive insurance, and all I got was a damaged machine and excuse after excuse. I have jumped through every hoop they have thrown at me, and I am still waiting for compensation nearly three and a half months later.

In conclusion, I would definitely avoid using Pallet2ship UK. Since this debacle, I have started using Pallex, and I must say they are professional, courteous, and efficient. I had one delivery with slight damage, but it was compensated within three days!
