I'm a small electrical contractor and needed about 6 of gas line ran for a job of mine. My usual plumber sub cancelled on me last minute. Got flaked on by another unreliable contractor after. Prestigious showed up when they said they would, looked and spoke like professionals(a must in residential), and most importantly, the work was clean and code compliant. I'll use them again.

When our furnace failed to respond to any call for heat I called several companies to see when they might be able to come and diagnose the problem. But everyone was trying to schedule their regular service because of the cold snap and we were told it might be several weeks before the various companies could schedule us, since regular customers we're getting priority. The best most would offer is to place us on a wait list for a break in their schedule. Prestigious Heating and Air gave a tentative date of late the end of the week. But the next day I got a call saying it looked like they had an opening on the Wednesday which I gladly accepted. Within an hour I got a call saying the scheduler noticed their technicians were working just a few doors from us and if I could be home that Monday they could come after they finished their current job to determine what repairs were needed. I said I would be home and within minutes I got a text from the technician saying he was on the way. His experience and competence was impressive. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem as an occluded drain line which he cleared. He then ran the furnace through its required testing cycles and within a half hour had everything working properly. Since no parts were required, the only charge was the very reasonable service charge. Needless to say, Prestigious Heating and Air will be my regular service choice. Their courtesy and communications far exceed my normal experience with service companies.

Great owner/operator company. Beats the pants off the big guys. These guys don't inspect/service your equipment with the sole goal of making a killing on a new unit. They will honestly provide you with your best options.

A couple of weeks ago, one of our HVAC units stopped working and it was very cold. Prestigious Heating and A/C responded very quickly and efficiently and we got our heat back on which was great. They also replaced a thermostat on another unit which was not working. We were very pleased with their service.

John and his partner did a very good job cleaning the duct system, and the proof is in the fact that both my son and I are breathing more easily than we were before they came. We did not know what to expect but the service was quick and efficient, taking about two hours. Since we noticed a difference in the air, we will religiously repeat the service annually and call Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning to do it.

We bought a home in 2018 in The Foothills in [insert location]. The home was built in 2012 so we were unsure when the AC unit and HVAC system had been serviced. Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning and his team did a thorough inspection and servicing of everything. Fortunately, our unit is in good condition. But going forward we may need to replace and relocate the liquid line filter drier to the attic. The original contractor cut corners by installing this filter outside where it is exposed and eventually fails due to corrosion. When this line fails, all the refrigerant is lost. We're budgeting to get this line done properly before there's a failure. We also had Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning clean out the clothes dryer line. Crazy that 1st floor interior laundry rooms have dryer piping with 9 feet of vertical run and then 15 horizontal feet in the ceiling to vent to the outside. WHAT A FIRE HAZARD. We also realize that the excessive dust requires HVAC filter changes every 3-4 months. We highly recommend Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone wanting high quality and affordable HVAC service.
