My installers Charlie and Chuey arrived on time, introduced themselves and completely and professionally proceeded to address an install that I thought was going to take days to complete. They had to tackle an attic install, narrow accessibility and some cold weather and all in 8 hrs time. They explained their process and I now have a heat pump with efficiency to last me for years to come. They also include a quality follow up, days later to make sure everything is working properly. I am so pleased, and confident in my decision to go with Goettl!

Thanks to Gabriel And Brenden I gave goettle 5 star review. They hung in there when it wasn't going too smoothly. Worked long hours with no complaints. Excellent attitudes. They were a little new to the Tankless unit they installed but several times admitted openly to "my bad "mistakes. And an thumbs up for the company to send out a supervisor to double check their work before signing off on the project We won't know for while about the tankless affectiveness but we did enjoy the two young men around the house. We called several 24/7 Air conditioning companies and had to leave a phone message. I called Goettl once and received a friendly voice on the other end of the line. I told them about my air conditioner being out since last night. I have Asthma and other health issues which make it hard for me to breathe. They got me an appointment right away this morning. Aaron the was at my house bright and early. He was friendly, courteous and even listened to my chatter. He had my Air conditioner up and going in know time at all. I want to thank everyone for all that they did to get my air conditioner going. I would diffidently recommend them to my family and friends.

I wanted to write to tell you how impressed I was with your technicians today. Christian and Isaias in Las Vegas, NV came to do a complimentary service on my AC. We have used Goettl for having all our vents cleaned last year so when we got the call to come check our system we didn't hesitate. Christian was so personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He and Isaias checked our system then explained what they found, they used pictures and a video to show us what was wrong! That's really nice so we can know exactly what's going on. No pressure, just letting us know what we should do. Both the guys were great, in this day and age it's wonderful to see young men who take their job seriously while keeping customer satisfaction paramount to the transaction. Great job guys!

Goettl Air is by far the most professional air and plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable and customer service is outstanding. I won’t use anyone else.

I received service today from Robert F. He was very informative. I needed a couple of things done and he recommended Allied. Bobby provided me with an estimate and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We experienced an unexpected heatwave in the middle of April 2020, during the Covid-19 shelter-in-place order. Being stuck indoors without air conditioning was unbearable for all of us. We contacted three different local HVAC companies, but they were all too busy and couldn't come out for at least three days. Finally, we decided to try Goettl after hearing their radio commercial, which we found hard to spell. A technician arrived on a Friday afternoon and quickly discovered that our 22-year-old exterior wires connecting to the AC unit had been damaged by mice or rats. He promptly fixed the issue, and our AC started working again, much to our relief. The service call cost $79.99, and the repair was an additional $33. The technician also conducted a visual inspection of the entire system, made some recommendations, and left it up to us to schedule Goettl or any other HVAC company for minor maintenance. The technician wore proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and was professional and polite. Thank you, The [Last Name] Family.

Had an issue with our A/C. Call for an appointment, was given a window for the following afternoon. Recieved a call the next morning apologizing that they would not be able to make it out that day (Thursday). The soonest would be Saturday afternoon. (Having called other companies, I knew they were all VERY busy and had 5-10 day out appointment window) I accepted the Saturday afternoon appointment and was given $10 the service call for the inconvenience. I received a call Saturday morning confirming my afternoon appointment and they even let me know how many stops the tech had before ours. They called again 30 mins before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. The technician Johnny arrived when expected. He was friendly, professional, and clean (even though we were his last stop at the end of his day). We explained our issues and he listened carefully. He was able to offer several possible problems that could cause our issues. He checked everything very carefully and gave us feedback as to the condition of our system. No dog and pony show here. He was upfront with letting us know what was is good shape and what wasn't quite right. No upselling, no pressure, no overcharging. He was able to make some adjustments, cleaned our system, and had us up and running efficiently in no time. He even gave each of our kids a stuffed Sadie Dog and gave us a torch flashlight. Goettl lives up to it's reputation! Johnny is a star employee. Our first experience has gained a happy customer. We know who to call the next time we need AC or heat help!

Excellent customer service but overpriced in up-sells. Customers should get competing bids and/or price the proposed service in the internet.

We approached Goettle to perform an A/C check in our house(Both the ACs were out). We had asked them to send an itemized invoice and approach our warranty company to start the work. They did their diagnostics and sent US (and not the warranty company) an invoice with final amounts around USD 17.5K for each air conditioning unit. We approached them several times over the past week and told them to at least send us the itemized invoices for the work to be done. So far nothing. We have explained the situation that the whole house is about 95 degrees Fahrenheit, except 1 room (where I have a portable AC). Even after telling them the situation, they have not contacted us. This request has gone to their supervisor, manager, and now the operations manager.

The company owners must take notice of this situation and contact us at the email id. Please have responsible and honest staff.

I called up Goettl coz' my john was clogged and needed some fixin'. They sent a dude named Dougie Rivera to sort things out. Turns out, my john was an oldie and needed replacin'. Dougie, he did some troubleshootin' and gave me the lowdown on what needed to be done. He even explained it to me as he went along, so I don't have to scratch my head tryin' to figure things out on my own. I took his suggestion and got myself a new john. Dougie's a real pro and a stand-up guy. He's a credit to this company called Goettl, I tell ya. If I ever have plumbin' issues in the future, I know who to call.

I'm from SoCal and those Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing guys don't serve my area. From what I've been reading from other folks, I'm glad they don't. I listen to KFI and their ads are all over the place. They keep talking about that darn flashlight story every time they come on. It's getting real annoying, I'll tell you that. I've got a rule to never work with companies that advertise too much cuz they'll probably cut corners and mess up your job. Best of luck to those people in Phoenix though!

So, let me tell you about my experience with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. They quoted me a really high price for a 4 ton unit, somewhere between 10,000 and 14,000 bucks. I was shocked! I mean, who has that kind of money just lying around? So, I did what any normal person would do and called another company. And guess what? They couldn't believe the price either! Can you say "ripoff"?

But then, something amazing happened. I found Trails End Air Conditioning and it was like a breath of fresh air. The guy there was a real blessing to me! All he said I needed was a contractor, which he put in for me and only charged me 200 bucks. I mean, that's like a fraction of what Goettl was asking for! So, if you're looking for a decent company, I definitely recommend Trails End AC 100%.

Now, let's talk about Goettl again. I gotta say, I am so frustrated with them! Not only did they try to overcharge me for their services, but they had the nerve to charge me 49 bucks just for a service call! I'm a senior on a fixed income, for crying out loud! How dare they try to take advantage of me like that! It's just not right.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a trustworthy company, I'd steer clear of Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. They're not worth the money or the headache. Trust me, I've been there. Just stick with Trails End AC and you'll be golden.

Hey, just wanted to leave my two cents about Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. So, I got myself an air conditioning unit from them back in April and overall it was pretty good. The installation went smoothly and the unit has been working great. But, I also decided to get the Sadie guard dog protection plan because, you know, better safe than sorry.

However, I did have an issue with them in May when a technician called me less than an hour before my appointment to say he couldn't make it. That's pretty inconvenient, especially when I took time off work to be home for the appointment.

To make matters worse, today (June 30th) I had an appointment scheduled for 8-12 am, but no one called or showed up at my house. I ended up having to call them on Monday just to make sure the appointment was still happening. It's frustrating because Goettl boasts about how great of a company they are, but actions speak louder than words, ya know?

Anyway, my name is Robert and my address is 3382 Eagle Bend St, Las Vegas, NV 89122. Just thought I'd share my experience.

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a company that my family had scheduled appointments with on three separate occasions, but unfortunately, they have either canceled or not shown up. It's frustrating when a company can't keep their appointments and always has an excuse. The first two times, they were too busy which made us wonder why they would even make appointments they cannot keep. On December 28th, we had an appointment scheduled, but they called and canceled it because everyone has Omicron. We understand that the pandemic might have caused them some difficulty, so we begrudgingly give them a pass for that.

However, the worst part was the way their customer service agent handled the cancellation. Instead of offering us something in return for the inconvenience, the person hung up on my husband. That was very unprofessional and rude. We felt disrespected as customers, and we will never use Goettl again. We don't think anyone should tolerate this level of poor customer service. It's unacceptable to treat paying customers this way.

We are disappointed that a supposedly reputable company like Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing has let us down multiple times. They should be more reliable, especially when someone trusts them enough to make an appointment. We will not recommend this company to anyone and will tell everyone we know to stay away from them. They wasted our time, and we do not think anyone deserves such poor treatment. Goettl has proven that they do not value their customers.

Tech guy nice and did his job, but damn, paid over $500 and still have a leaky AC. Dude tacks on an extra $70 service charge at the last minute, what’s up with that? Then, the diagnosis is a faulty pump, so he replaces it, but water still drips out like a leaky faucet. Says now it’s the refrigerant, but there’s nothing he can do short of scrapping the whole unit. For over five bills, I expect more than a “sorry can’t fix it” and still having a dripping AC. We’re not happy.

This all started when we noticed a leak in the ceiling of our garage, below a bathroom. We had opened up the ceiling already to take a look, my husband and I couldn't pinpoint the leak. BEFORE Day 1, they send out a third party "restoration" guy, he left a card, was pointless. Day 1: I wait at home on a Monday and they reschedule me because they have too many "real" emergencies. No biggie, I'm understanding. Day 2, Frank shows up alone, I agree to the $89 service fee, it's expected. I show him the garage ceiling and the bathroom that sits above it. He says it's $250 for a leak finding fee, but that they'll wave it if we agree to get repairs through them. I think this is getting pricey fast, but ok, I just want this fixed. Frank figures out the leak is coming from the toilet upstairs, ew, ok. He unseats my toilet, says the wax ring is shot (a $5 part) and that the metal flange also needs to be replaced, fine. Frank is unable to replace and reseat/caulk my toilet that day, he needs a second person, and none are available right away. Still being patient, they haven't messed up quite yet. Day 3: Martin and Sergio show up, so far so good. I'm not entirely sure why a toilet cannot be handled by one full grown man, but whatever. One guy is in my garage, and the other is upstairs "fixing" the toilet. They are there for about an hour, say they're done, I give them the payment due (another $1000) as I am thinking it a bit odd that they did not show me the work that they did. My husband comes home after work, takes a look, and notices that the "new" wax seal is squishing out from under the back edge of the toilet, there are shims sticking out at all odd angles from the sides of the bottom, and now my toilet rocks, I'm a metal fan, but c'mon. The old caulking is still there, no attempt to re-caulk as stated on the invoice was made. It's been 3 weeks or so, 3 supposed appointments later and about 7 unreturned phone calls later, we are still trying to simply get back to the square one of fixing water damage! We get someone to come out last Saturday, when my husband can be home, to look at their shoddy work. Turns out the guy they sent was Sergio, the downstairs guy, back ALONE to LOOK at the toilet, and turn around and say we need to schedule AGAIN for Monday when neither of us are home. This is after they had scheduled an appointment fully on their own, on a Wednesday, without confirmation, and said "we're on our way!" Failure of a company, we are simply trying to get the money back for the install that was improperly done, and do not trust these people at this point to even simply turn a wrench. Waste of time and money, and possibly in worse shape than we started. (Also, there is a sign of a second leak, the same section of ceiling possibly from the adjacent bath, this was not brought to anyone's attention, my husband found that when he got home.) 0 stars, get out of San Antonio, swindlers.

Terrible experience! I strongly advise against using this company. We contacted them about our severely damaged backflow system, which resulted in a lack of water in our house. They took advantage of us by charging an excessive amount of money to fix it. After the work was completed, the technician assured me that everything was working perfectly. I had no reason to doubt him. However, the next day, we discovered that we still had no water pressure. When we called them to explain the situation, they suggested that there might be debris and mud in the pipes and advised us to wait for it to clear out. Several days passed, and the issue persisted. I noticed that the water pressure was so low that my entire landscape was dying because the sprinklers wouldn't turn on. After numerous follow-ups, they claimed that it wasn't their responsibility as they had only fixed the backflow system. I explained that I hired them to fix my water and was assured that it was resolved. Their job was supposed to restore the water to its previous state, and if it wasn't working, they should have conducted a proper diagnosis from the beginning and been honest with me. Instead, they made excuses and told me to obtain blueprints of the water pipes from the builder. I had to take a day off work and arrange for the builder, landscape contractor, and water district to come out. After gathering all the necessary information for them to fix what they should have fixed initially, they backed out of the job and claimed they couldn't do it. They left us without water, both literally and figuratively. I still have no water pressure and now have to start over after paying them $4500. The manager, whose name I won't mention, also made comments about the cost of fixing my property, insinuating that it would be very expensive. It seems that they see a large house and believe they can exploit you. Please be cautious and avoid hiring these individuals! Update: 10/29/2020 We have been without water for almost two weeks. Finally, a reputable plumber came out, and the first thing they noticed was that this company didn't take the time to flush out the pipes. Additionally, the job they charged me $4500 for should have cost a maximum of $1500. The fact that they neglected to flush the pipes and allowed mud and rocks to flow through the plumbing caused this mess. The new plumbers flushed water up and down the pipes, and you wouldn't believe the amount of rocks that came out. I have a screenshot of the video showing the rocks and mud gushing out. These guys skipped two simple steps, overcharged me, and then tried to charge me $10,000 when they realized I had involved the builders. They knew they couldn't deceive me and abandoned the job. I am taking them to court and will sue them.

Goettl retrofitted a high mark-up Hard Start Kit into my A/C unit which could not be correctly installed, due to space, in April 2022. Goettl failed to inform us of the compromised installation. They had attempted to sell us this item since 2015. Six Weeks later the A/C unit quit working. Goettl claimed to send their best technician who got the unit running again but maintained the incorrect installation. In 2023 the A/C unit quit working after running one cycle. Goettl took a casual attitude about fixing the unit and would charge extra, even though we had been a Sadie Club member since 2015. We cancelled Sadie Club and instead got Green Valley Heating and Cooling to repair the unit. They told us the truth about what Goettl had done. The Hard Start Kit was completely burned up and had done other damage to the A/C. The Hard Start Kit was not replaced. We have written 3 letters to Goettl, including one to the CEO Ken Goodrich, trying to get them to make this right and have been totally ignored. This was not nearly our first complaint with Goettl. Several years ago Goettl changed a capacitor under warranty and charged us $250 for an easy 10 minute installation. Last November when trying to get our furnace serviced under Sadie Club the technician arrived, said he was here to work on the A/C unit and would not service the furnace. He left having done nothing. Goettl canceled the next appointment at the last minute. Three years ago during a plumbing inspection Goettl implored us to change our hot water heater because they said the failure was imminent and gave us a ridiculous quote. It still works fine today. Goettl offered to change a shower valve for $325. We purchased the part at Home Depot for $35 and changed it ourselves after watching a YouTube video. Every time Goettl has serviced our A/C, furnace or inspected the plumbing they have tried to sell unnecessary high mark-up items. If you live in Green Valley or Sahuarita use Green Valley Heating and Cooling or Oasis. If you live in Tucson or Phoenix consider somebody else. If you chose Goettl beware.

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is definitely not worth the money spent. I shelled out a hefty amount for them to come and test a sample of my well water for a new filter system. However, it's been 8 days since I haven't gotten any word back from Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. It's like they completely forgot about me!

I went on their website and was impressed by how nice and fancy it looks, but the service doesn't match. I feel like I wasted my money and my time. I wouldn't recommend Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing to anyone.

So, I tried to get some work done with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and boy was it a wild ride. I had a schedule set for May and wouldn't you know it, they didn't show up at all. Nada. Zilch. So I decided to give them another chance and set up another meeting for next month.

The day of the appointment, they at least called to cancel, which is better than last time, but still not exactly what I was looking for. I ended up rescheduling for yet another month later. It was a bit frustrating, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping for the best this time around.

Overall, my experience so far with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing has been less than ideal, but I haven't actually gotten any work done yet, so we'll see how it goes from here. I wouldn't say I'm impressed by their punctuality, but hopefully their service makes up for it.

So my air conditioner broke down and I was in dire need of a new one. I went with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and boy, was that a big mistake. It took a whopping total of 7 visits to finally be told that the unit was installed the wrong way and had to be completely uninstalled and reinstalled yet again.

I was livid and frustrated at the whole ordeal. I was hoping for a quick fix, but instead I was met with incompetence and mistake after mistake. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yourself the hassle and headache and go with a more reliable and competent company.

I had a really bad experience with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing (goettl.com). Their advertising is so dishonest! Don't listen to those sweet radio commercials, they'll just take your money. Trust me, I know from experience. My wallet got a lot lighter after dealing with them.

And don't believe any of those positive reviews you see online. They pay Yelp to take down all the negative reviews, so you can't even get an honest opinion of their service.

I'm really disappointed with the way this whole situation went down. It's frustrating when you think you're getting a good deal, but it turns out to be a total scam. You deserve better than that, and so do I.

Honestly, I think you should stay away from Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing if you want to avoid being ripped off. There are plenty of other companies out there who will treat you with respect and honesty. Don't let these guys get away with taking advantage of you!
