Poker Heat Just another FTP

There is only one way to play real poker, IRL, calling this app poker is hilarious. Last thing developers care about is you playing poker. They only care about making money off you, if you don’t cave into there relentless attempts to get you to purchase WORTHLESS chips you can expect to see some of the most unreal run outs, none in your favor. They set you up over and over to make sure you go broke. You have a str8, opponent is flushed, you have nut flush nope opponent has the boat, you got the boat, no no, opponent made quads lmfao. Total scam developed in the shawdow of FULL TILT POKER or ULTIMATE BET. Google them if needed, it will be all you need to know. Sit live or get scammed, I choose live, deleted this POS

Recommendation: It’s like the saying if you sit live and can’t see the sucker it’s you. If you play this app and can’t see the scam you are the idiot.

Poker Heat Just another scam

People who create poker apps do not care about people actually playing poker, they just want money, bottom line( google Full Tilt Poker). If you refuse their unyielding attempts to get you to buy worthless chips or whatever other worthless crap they are selling you will eventually lose all the chips you have accumulated. The run outs are in a word, comical. Quads and straight flushes are daily occurrences, you know because that’s how it is live too……..just calling it poker is a joke. Do what you want but I’m long done wasting my time with this FTP spawn, DELETED

Recommendation: Don’t waste your time and definitely not $$$

Poker Heat Bad, bad, bad

I was rocking along with this game, enjoying it quite a bit. I actually spent $450 on chips. I had achieved Elite status, level 41 or so, had over $42 million in chips, had 62MM in bonus points (leading the second place player by 5x) well on my way to the next status and collecting a heck of a bonus when they crashed me. I attempted to link to my FB account and something went wrong and the connection was lost. When I tried to get back into the game, BAM! I was busted back to Amateur status, my chips were gone, and I was out of the running.

I contacted their support people about the issue, asking that they restore all of my previous settings. They took 24 hours to respond and' asking me for the info I had supplied in the original support ticket.

I again supplied the info. 24 hours later, they responded, saying they couldn't restore my status.

What a crock. It's all DB driven and they could have restored me just by checking where I was before they hosed me.

They asked for proof of my purchases which I supplied at 10 am on 2017-11-22. As of 3:10 pm on 2017-11-22, they have not responded. I'm certain I won't hear anything until after Thanksgiving because they are stonewalling me. No way to run a business.

Truly a huge disappointment, if not an outright scam. Fun to play, but if you need support, it isn't going to happen.

Poker Heat Shady unrealistic games. money hungry app developers

I don’t usually bother writing reviews but this game is going downhill fast. And customer support doesn’t exist. Just a link saying email w an auto response. I’ve only been playing a few months and getting shadier by the day. Read all the 1-2 star reviews before you get sucked in and go play zynga instead. Unless you feel like spending 100s dollars monthly on this bs. Bonuses won’t download, challenges points won’t be added like they should; So on and so forth :/

This games will pull You in with all the fun little bonuses/challenges league ranks so you don’t feel bad about spending $20 a week on chips but then in order to keep up in the leagues that go nowhere you need to constantly buy chip packages and once you do make it up to higher tables you will be stripped of your chips almost immediately especially if you’ve been on a winning streak like all the other reviews say

Oh! And now there are players w no names aka bot players who are just in the higher tables to chip rape you. And even leagues/benefits are inconsistent. My friend and I were in the same league but couldn’t see each other and he has a feature where he can watch videos for free chips. I don’t and have never had that feature

There are a few decent people to play with but this is more of a frustration than fun. Join for the bonus then let your chips accumulate so you can actually play

Poker Heat Decent game and all but

So I do like the game, it’s a decent time waster. My problem isn’t necessarily with the mechanics of the game itself but with the social interaction options. So when you’re at a table there are some prewritten text options you can select, but they also have the option to write your own message within a small amount of characters. This is where I have a problem. Someone can write anything, granted there are censorships and everything but more often than not the message is clear. My biggest problem is there is not an option to mute/report/block a user. When you link your Facebook to the game your profile picture is the same in the game as it is on Facebook. My profile picture is of me and my very obvious toddler daughter. I was recently at a table and a user was using the “type something” option to explicitly detail the sexual things he wanted to do to my daughter, specifically because of her age as well as kill her to feed his dogs. Now I’m aware that the picture is there for all to see but I never imagined something like that to happen. There needs to be options to reprimand that kind of behavior because it was sexual in nature towards a toddler. Last I heard that’s pedophilia and against the law. There needs to be better options to safeguard users and to reprimand those that obviously need it. I personally won’t be playing the game anymore but the game itself was fun. So you decide I guess.

Poker Heat Pokerheat is a joke…but I’m not laughing! Update!

I’ve been playing pokerheat for 2-3 years now. It’s a shame that pokerheat is a rigged game because I like the league play and the specialty games such as heat royale. And it is fun and addictive. However for over a year now I find it increasingly hard to play without getting bad beats almost every time I have a great hand. I can also go for days with little wins. I’ve complained to customer service about the changes they made in hero or zero. I used to love playing but they changed the blinds and payouts that it is no longer a game I want to play anymore. Players who play this game haven’t figured out that with the blinds going up and the rewards are going down it’s designed to slowly whittle away your bank. And that is what pokerheat wants you to do so that naive players will buy chips. Another game I used to love was heat royale. I used to be able to win with pocket aces or pocket kings. Now it’s a struggle just to get a straight. In four days of playing 90% of my hands were two pair 9% were straights and the rest was a full house or quads. Not fun to consistently play hands like this month after month. Especially when I first started playing I was consistently getting decent cards. My conclusion is pokerheat has figured out your strengths and weaknesses and manipulates the cards to get you mad and lose your bank in hopes that I will buy chips. Nope. Not in a million years. If you play do not buy one cent worth of chips. Save it and go to Vegas. Your odds of winning are higher.

Poker Heat Playoff prize a scam: deleted app

Update: One month after winning the trophy, and 17 emails to customer service, poker heat has continued to engage in their scam where they will not pay the prize they advertise for winning the trophy which is 50 million. If you play this game don’t waste your money on the playoffs. Every person who has won the trophy has said they never received the $50 million chip price.

Just deleted this app after a year. The playoffs prize is a scam. It does not exist. It promises you 50 million chips if you win the trophy. I won three weeks ago and never got the 50 mill chips. I’ve sent over 15 emails to customer service with no response. I’m not the only player who’s won a trophy and never received the chip prize Tonight they took two mil in chips out of my account, no reason. Every tine I logged in tonight another Million chips was removed from my chip stack. The have new robot scammers on the tables tonight...Brandon, Ashley. They are fakes made up by developers to steal more chips with rigged hands. They have 40% wins...profiles very similar. A few weeks ago they had five robots, from different countries. scammers all have a profile NAME. Other scam on the site is that poker heat rakes 35 to 40% of the chips in every pot. Your chip stack will never really go up. You will lose more and chips than you ever will win, even if you win a big hand. This site is a rip off.

Watch out for a UK player Groff. He’s vile, racist, and homophobic. Tells players he hopes they die. Disgusting.

Poker Heat Disappointing poker app

I’ve been playing for about three months now and consider myself to be a decent poker player however no matter what my strategy I can only manage to win around three out of every 30 hands I play, every time I play. I think I’ll stick to Scatter Hold ‘Em! Even though I deleted this app about a month ago I occasionally go back and read current reviews by other players. What I find really puzzling is that a player will clearly explain the problem in their review (i.e. the screen freezing due to the server not being able to support all the graphics that have been put into the game) and the developer will respond with a canned answer about contacting them to let them know what the problem is. The player already told you what the problem is in their review! I’ve seen this numerous times and I just don’t get it. Also, if you don’t play for a day or two the game will automatically drop you down in league status. What’s up with that? I have never seen another app that punishes you for not playing. What if the player is sick and can’t play for a few days? If you want an amazing poker experience try Scatter Hold ‘Em by Murka. You have to complete quests which is so much fun to do and the graphics are amazing. Also if you truly know how to play poker you will find that it is the fairest distribution of cards and winning hands out of all the other poker apps. PS I couldn’t agree more with the one player who said he dislikes that Poker Heat forces you to bet a certain bank roll in order to play at that level/table.

Poker Heat Bots and Algorithm Controlled Outcomes‼️‼️‼️

game play is rigged with bots, shady card deals, betting patterns and near IMPOSSIBLE outcomes‼️ It’s fun for a while,… until you realize the pattern of cards revealed REPEATEDLY lead to highly improbable outcomes all aimed to guarantee additional chip rebuys. Oh, also, the GAME IS FULL OF BOTS MASQUERADING AS LEGITIMATE HUMAN PLAYERS,… they are programmed to have an unknown “luck factor” that essentially allows them to win nearly any high stakes hand. This game as designed would be awesome if not for the bots and ALGORITHM CONTROLLED OUTCOMES.

‼️ ANOTHER ISSUE IS THE BONUS OFFERS: For example, Bonus chips offered = to largest pot won in a finite time,… thus encouraging to bet bigger amounts, ok, fine,… but every time I bet big during the “allotted bonus time period” … 20M-100M or “All-in”chips, with me having great hands (straights, flushes, 3 of a kind),… I end up losing on the river,… not occasionally but every time,… beaten on miraculous river card, you know the type you see on tv,… shows odds to win pot with 1-2 cards remaining and is 90% to 10%,… the hand facing astronomical odds still pushes the betting to up the pot, then somehow wins again and again),… you may think ‘we’ll, it’s possible’,… NO, ITS NOT‼️

The entire game design is built to maximize the rate at which you lose chips. It’s possible to win in short stretches, but not for long, the algorithm controls your wins, losses, streaks, luck or lack of. Winning is possible mostly by playing with bad players, but losing is entirely controlled by the algorithm, in fact losing is guaranteed‼️

Poker Heat Enjoy the game but not the system crashes

I very seldom write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this app.

When the app is working, I find it a really enjoyable game to pass time with. Unfortunately, what I’m experiencing is that the game is not available to play for long periods of time. This past week, as an example, the game become inaccessible at least five times. When it crashes, it stays inaccessible all day, and/or all weekend. The game became inaccessible this past Friday and remained that way until this morning. And when it does get reinstated, you need to know what your chip balance was, because is comes back as zero. Tech support is great when it’s available, but availability is a very short window.

So this latest episode, it went down Friday and I reported it through an email to the support rep who resolved another crash that Friday morning. I received an email about 3:00 am this morning (Monday) that the system was restored, and then I found that I needed to request that my chip balance needed to be replenished. About 3 hours later this morning I again tried to access the game and it was inaccessible yet once again. It has remained inaccessible still, and I don’t anticipate it will be restored until the early morning hours again, when I will again need to request the replenishment of my chip balance. And if I don’t get the request in soon enough, it will not be taken care of until about 3:00 am (EST) the next morning. I also found it necessary to take screen shots before closing the game so as to have a record of what my current balance is. Very frustrating to say the least

Poker Heat Used to be good, not anymore

I’ve been playing Poker Heat for almost 5 years, I switched from Scatter Poker because it didn’t feel like real poker. Poker Heat has the best player and table format out there, I know because I’ve played on a lot of apps and still play on other apps, at least, until I can convince my friends to leave. I loved Poker Heat and have made a lot of friend’s on there, but the app has gotten progressively worse. The app which is based out of Israel tries every possible slight it can to cheat you out of chips using automated players (bots), that can see your cards, so you’re forced to buy chips and the rake it a lot higher than other app at about 33% and higher depending on the game you play. I did buy chips at first and was happy to because it was fun and very socially oriented. They had (past tense), a friend option so you can find your friends when you’re playing, but they took that option away with promises to bring it back over a year ago and we’re still waiting. When the friend option was available almost everyone on the app was kind and friendly even helping new comers, but the app has turned into a free for all of people raping each other for chips. Yes, it’s poker and we all want to win, but fun and kindness to others went out the window. As I’ve said, I only stay for my friend’s, I just have to jump from table to table to find them. I don’t buy chips anymore because they keep changing the algorithm to cheat you through bots and because the friend’s option never came back and “PH” never mentions it anymore. I gave the app 5 stars only in the hope that you will see this review and take heed.

Poker Heat Rate game

One of the worst games online unless you like buying chips all the time. Poker Heat New Title: Bad Beat Heat

This game is truly better than any of the other ones on the free market right now. I have a few concerns though.

1. I ran out of chips and watched several ads but each time it had an error message and wouldn’t give me the chips. So I gave you free ad money for nothing.

2. Once I was successful in getting the chips, I bought in on the lowest table and was dealt pocket aces and went all in to be beaten by J7 off in a full house. I was lucky they had a promotion going that was like insurance in case you lost with pocket aces. This was just the most recent one I can clearly remember but the worst beats I’ve ever seen, even for other players, has come in this game.

3. Please check your dealer programming. There should be no way in hell I’m dealt 10-3 3 times in a row. I know this is such a cliche and easy thing to poke at but this is ridiculous honestly. And I’ve never seen so many full houses in my life.

4. Free chips take way too long to collect and the amounts given are entirely too small.

I really do like this game but the frustration has far outweighed the pleasure so far.

Update: I experimentally bought $5 worth of chips because they said they double my biggest pot with ANY purchase... they never did. But what I did notice is that after buying chips, I started winning hands and getting flops I never used to for about a day. Then, the same hands were defeated and I quickly ran out of chips. Funny how pocket Aces loses to 5-6 offsuit straight on the river. Aces, queens, kings and jacks are sincerely worthless in this game, you will lose every bit of your money betting on any hand with these to someone with a 7-2 full house every. single. time.

Poker Heat not certified fair dealing

If you don’t pay for chips, look out. Not very realistic

But for only $100 you can get the “safe package for an advantage”

You can only write a short comment of about 12 characters. And if you go all in and lose you can’t wish your opponent nice hand. Not a very good interface.

Terrible stability. Every time you start up the app it gives you an error message about can’t process free chips. Very annoying.

Be prepared to be constantly hit with chip buying ads. And bad beats are extremely common if you play a lot. Unless you buy chips, in which case they give you better winning odds. So you’re not playing with a random deck. Makes sense, they need to pay for all this. But how much fun is that?

The game is set up so there is incentive to place certain levels to get extra crowns. And crowns get you closer to an eventual money gift. When you play that particular table, it is much more likely that you will get sucked in with a good hand but lose to a longshot, losing all your chips and then guess what, they offer you more chips if you pay money!
But, what do you expect for free.

Freezes up when you get a good hand and knocks you off the table. Site offers players better odds of winning if u buy chips. Too bogus.

The earlier review is from when I’m new to the site. Odds were reasonable and every day they try to sell you something that I haven’t bought. Then suddenly the odds are stacked ridiculously against me, with consecutive absurd bad beat after bad beat. I get called with a pair of Kings all in by someone (a computer?) with a Q 6 and then a straight comes out. Way too unrealistic.

So, guess what? Now the site wants money for more chips. If you really want to sell chips then don’t stack the d3ck.

Poker Heat Ridiculous — **edited**

I tried leaving a review this morning, yet it won’t show no matter how much I “filter” the reviews. I’ve contacted these people so much today it’s literally ridiculous, but I’m that angry with them. There is no reason you should go to bed with over 10 million chips (from playing cash games, “Holdem”), and wake up the next morning with NO CHIPS. I’ve sent two “tickets” through the app. Neither have been addressed. I really liked this app, but I’m VERY close to deleting it. I earned all the chips I had - never made a purchase or “broke piggy,” so when you wake up and see everything you worked for GONE - it’s very frustrating. Then spending all day trying to resolve it, with nothing in return. DON’T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR “REAL” MONEY - if they can’t even honor the people who don’t pay but work their butt off to get where they were, then seriously…THINK BEFORE EVER GIVING THEM YOUR ACTUAL MONEY. And apparently I’m not the first person this has happened to. Go look it up online, and sort the comments in the App Store by “Most critical.” Im not a complainer, but dang, I worked hard to get where I was, so yes, I’m furious at this company. BTW, they are one in the same with the WSOP app.

UPDATE:
Support finally reached back out to me and gave me my chips back. So I need to give them credit for actually seeing the problem wasn’t on my end, and admitting it was a technical error on their end. I really appreciate that, because I was starting to believe that maybe some of the negative reviews were definitely true, despite how much I enjoyed playing on this app. For anyone that went through a similar experience, I will say it did take 2 days before support did email me back…so give it a couple of days after you submit a “ticket” to get back with you.

Poker Heat Deleted in 3 hands

Title says it all. Joined the first beginner table, first three hands on just hole cards was either fold or all in by the time it got to me. Garbage app if that’s how it’s done.

Update:
Contacting your support to get me going again is not a helpful response.
It’s actually very insulting.

Best advice to people - Don’t download this app.

Here is the problem: Your app is incorrectly designed.

Contacting support will not fix the problem at all.

You put a starting player, with limited chips, into an already in progress “beginners” game, with every opponent having more than double the starting amount, with the two chip leaders 7 to 10 times that amount.
The two leaders will open with a bet at least two times higher than the beginner starts with total, just on the pocket cards.
The only players who can then play are the highest chip holders, everyone else is close to all in, or is all in on just their 2 pocket/hole cards. Literally everyone but those two leaders, folded on the hole cards each of those 3 hands.
Who calls “all-in” with hole cards every single hand?

Those first 3 hands? I had unmatched 2&8, unmatched 3&10, unmatched 3&9. None of these are worth a all-in bet. Odds are way against you winning with these hole cards, by a huge margin. (I would have lost the first 2, I closed the app and deleted during the in-progress 3rd hand.)

Either make starting players have higher chips, have all players at the beginner table start with the same amount in a new beginner game, a limit of how many chips you can win at the beginner table, or the beginner table can not have opening bets above 10% of the new beginner starting total on pocket cards.

Contacting your support will not fix the problem.

And I’m done wasting any more time on this poorly designed app.

Poker Heat Few bugs

It’s a typical Texas Holden poker game. Tables are 5 top so they are not over crowded. Game keeps track of winning, folding, and aggression stats, along with how much money the players have. It’s nice to be able to click on your competitors at the table and see their stats. If you like poker you shouldn’t have too many complaints.

The game is fairly easy if you have a knowledge of basic risk management. There are enough idiots playing so you can rake in some easy chips if you play your hand rather than trying to force or bluff your way to a win.

If you don’t know how to play poker there is no tutorial that I am aware of. So that’s probably a negative to new players.

I have noticed a couple of bugs in the game. Sometimes the fold button disappears. It usually only happens once in a while. And when it does if you want to fold you have to wait for the timer to expire. Not that big of a deal really. The second bug only happened to me once. Shortly after installing the game and playing for an hour or so, the game told me My connection was lost. I tried to refresh the connection multiple times and still did not work. I then checked my internet connection and it was fine. Also tried to play other online games (like clash royale) and they worked fine. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still didn’t work. So I repeated the uninstall/reinstall process again and it still didn’t work. Checked the game about an hour later and still had the same issue. Finally I tried again about 4 hours later and it was working again. I haven’t had the issue since so maybe the servers were down. Idk.

All in all the game is great. Fast paced and a great time killer. But I should note that I’m a poker addict so this review is a bit biased. It is one of the better play money sites I’ve played but that’s just my personal preference I suppose.

Poker Heat Bad Reviews deleted

8/6, 8/7
Don’t believe the nearly 5-star rating. I think the developers are somehow paying to delete negative reviews. I left a detailed one and it’s absolutely gone, I see others complaining of the exact same thing. It’s okay, I have time today! First, graphics are pretty great, I like the fun table themes they have like All In or Fold or Royal table where you only play with cards 10 and up. However all things ppl complain about, the games being clearly rigged towards those who make purchases, losing over and over again to try and force you into making purchases, not being able to play with friends or find them UNLESS you connect via Facebook (does Zuckerberg cut them a check?), not having any tournaments only table games. It’s all true and it’s all annoying. BUT the main reason I’ll never spend a dime on this game is because I have written the developers several times about their lack of avatar diversity and only receive a tepid and dismissive “we’ll take it under advisement” response. There are none, I mean ZERO women POC avatars available to choose from. There are only three women period. There’s a slew of different colonizer male pics to select from whether you fancy yourself a biker, businessman, cowboy or techie. As for males of other races there’s only a few and the pics are so stereotypical it’s beyond insulting! A man who looks disheveled like he’s been at the tables for awhile and whose face looks flushed like he’s drunk. Guess what race he is? A male with an almost menacing expression whose face is mostly obscured by a giant hoodie. Another male wearing a baseball cap and giant gold chain and gold watch. This isn’t satirical or funny, it’s discriminatory and clearly purposeful. It completely disregards the wide variety of players who put money in the developers pockets via the ads they watch and the in-app purchases they make! I can’t do anything about the ads but as someone who doesn’t mind spending money on apps I really like I won’t purposefully give this one a single dime until they show some respect for ALL! Oh and I’ll be saving this review in my notes app. I can put it back up just as quickly as it can be taken down! I’ll add a new date every time it happens too so everyone reading will know just how many times I’ve had to post it. Representation Matters! Fix your racist app!

Poker Heat Fun but Suspicious - and I’m done

This is a fun game. It feels pretty realistic. It is set up so that you compete for league rankings. You move up the ranks and get rewarded with chips to do so. There are quite a few ways to get free chips but holding on to them so you don’t pay an arm a leg for more is the trick. There are some players who troll the lower rooms but starting at 5k/10k rooms people play more realistically. There are some situations that occur so frequently (seemingly much more so than in real life) that it is hard not to feel suspicious or confused. Flushes occur and destroy good hands at a phenomenal rate. At least half the time that you have face cards, so does everyone else. This makes everyone bet big and the majority lose a ton of money. There are long stretches where no matter how you play, tight or aggressive you lose. One time I had four or five strong full houses get beat by a pocket pair full house or somehow another better full house. There are times the fold button disappears and you have to wait for the clock to time out to fold automatically. The latest frustration was that the fold button disappeared three hands in a row and THEN I was kicked out of my seat. I had to wonder “does this game monitor when someone isn’t spending?” To me I’m playing smart. Is the system somehow intervening to try to make me throw away chips? I would also mention that when I first joined I won a ton of money so easily over the first week or two that I thought I was a prodigy. Since then I’ve hovered around 3 million for weeks and that has been a struggle. I’m not accusing the game of being rigged, but the frequency of these events is curious. If it does monitor and intervene when people aren’t spending real money I’d be extremely disappointed. I’ve spent $35 on this game which is more than any app or game app typically costs. If you read the reviews the customer service doesn’t ever seem helpful in addressing these concerns. On the flip side there are a few players who must be extremely good. Is it because the game is fair, because they pay real money for their bankroll, or who knows? Three stars because I think anyone interested in or enthusiastic about hold em should give it a try. But I’d recommend playing really tight. When someone re-raises your great hand immediately, take them seriously. Overall, have fun but be alert.

Updated: loses a star, maybe it’s only 1 star. I think I’m done. All of the strange, rigged-like events continue. Good play doesn’t matter most of the time. Hands come up often something like: 5-7–7 and two of those cards are same suit. There will be a player at the table with the flush draw, one with the straight draw, one with a full house draw, etc. But where I’ve really had it is that this is the second time I logged on one day and all my chips were gone. This time it was about 8 million wiped out and last time it was about 40 million. Sorry, I’ve gotten so used to your game that I haven’t had to pay for a long time but I still spent $35 the first few months, which is more than I’ve ever spent on an app.

Poker Heat Don’t play this game: riddled with Bugs - your risk

I don’t know if this game simply wasn’t tested enough but I am using iPhone 8 with most recent Apple software and every time I type in the chat during a match and I exceed 21 characters it freezes my screen and I have to exit the app and restart to fix.

Problems with game:
chat freezes gameplay issue
if you have a shared pot and have gone all in, and other people are still betting because they had more chips than you, and they also have the same winning hand (example: I had Q 10 in hand, table had J 9 8. It was a straight. I had winning hand, other person with more chips had Q 10. It was a shared split pot. The game gave all the chips instead of splitting the pot. Player reaction from those in game was “Lol”)
app is not listed on my settings in my phone. So I am unable to edit things in my phone settings to disable connecting to Facebook or others...
if you play as a guest Then later decide to connect to Facebook, any progress you’ve made on the league leadership board is erased. The game treats your new profile as a brand new person and you start at 0. However, the game still recognized that I was a level 10, but somehow despite being 534K progress securing the number 1 spot for promoting, I was zero with no experience. Not sure how that works how did I get to level 10 in one day yet have zero hands played and zero promotion chance?
If you uninstall the app and reinstall it and login to Facebook to delete app from your profile, it does not recognize you’ve disconnected your account and does not allow you to login to your guest account. Why is that? I think it erases your profile / merges with Facebook, and so you are unable to reverse and get your profile back: it’s gone, forever gone.
There is absolutely no support for you if you have a problem like mine with this game. It is made by Playtika but their link on Facebook for support is a redirect to playing the game. There is no link for gameplay support on their Playtika website. I commented on Twitter and have not had a response. My only recourse is giving them a bad review which they will probably never read, but hopefully give you all something to consider and keep in mind.
It lacks a robust chat function. Even despite the chat freeze you have 21 characters at a time to type. So at best you can have 4-5 short words or 2-3 normal size words. If you want to give advice or have a meaningful banter with anyone else at the table, this isn’t the game for you. I enjoy chatting at a poker table, but they do not allow that.
If you plan on playing this game, don’t play as guest. Even if you think, like me, that you don’t plan on playing it much. I lived the gameplay and despite the chat freezing my app, and such, I still played it. But losing with issue #2 above was the last straw. I was frustrated after #4 above. I had secured a promotion with 10 hours left. I would have been given 121K chips and 2 stars/progress chips out of 500 I needed for a ring. Because of the issues I experienced and with no game support to fix them, I am done with this game. There are plenty of other poker games to play, (and while at the entry level starter level it quickly weeds out players who go all in because then they have no chips to play with, and then everyone else can continue to play with good players) and despite my progress with the game so far, and despite proving I deserved a promotion, I am left with nothing and I don’t have to take this.
Take my warning and play at your own risk.

Poker Heat Absolute trash table sitters and cheating cheating cheating

Table sitters are employees of these programmers that can see your hands just like their bots you absolutely cannot bluff they call you knowing your hand! Your doomed from the start if you see any players with more than 250 million chips they’re employees of playtika (poker heats programmer)they bully you with big raises and alter the hands to put you all in. Example I flop an AKQJ10 straight and loose to four jacks at bronze park the very next hand I flop a set of 10’s the flop was 10 8 2 then 2 river 5 and loose to quad 2’s bot was opponent with of course pocket 2’s corrupt to the core everything is predetermined and altered by playtika games! Cheating on every level!

Poker Heat 0 Rating

Every time it tells me I have a $500,000 bonus and says it puts it into my money it does not. Any time I ever put real money on this app it’s always doing or saying I’m getting some thing and I never receive it it’s not the first time I didn’t receive my $500,000 bonus. $25,000 Min or lower Buy-In but you put me on the table with all of my money. When I’m done spinning you don’t put me on the same table that I’m playing on. Always on a really high small an big blind on table. As a casino shift manager there’s other things that are highly suspect. If you could make it at least fun people wouldn’t care so much that you’re ripping them off. It’s just my opinion after playing the game for a while.

Poker Heat Bots in this game

At the higher limit tables there are bots playing in this game. They have really strange betting patterns, the time that they take to make decisions is constant from hand to hand, they are sometimes able to make bets instantly in numbers that that shouldn’t be possible. For instance, the game gives buttons to bet 1/4 pot, 1/2 pot, pot, and multiples of pot. Sometimes I see these bots instantly bet numbers that are not available on buttons as soon as the cards are dealt. There is a scroll bar to choose your bet and it takes time to select the number you want. However, these bots do it instantly. They also seem to know what cards you have and can’t be bluffed.

It makes the game really not fun at all.

I play on a site where I haven’t bought any chips for over 3 years! Now you guys hand out 4 of a kinds like it’s a pair! This is not poker and most of all your hands are NOT believable especially when you have a 4 of a kind to 2 full houses ! Odds impossible Can NEVER happen only where fraud is displayed ! Listen to me people I will also post on Google to let people know how you set them up to lose money ! My friend manny I just told him this app is worthless when playing poker because it’s not a “true game” only for suckers

Poker Heat No response to customer service issue over missing League Bonus

Normally I have no issue with this game in fact I love to play it!
The last two days in a row my friends icon was darkened, unresponsive and chip gifts were not able to be given or received.
This morning yesterday’s bonus was given but the day before was not.
I had worked my way up to a higher level and should have received the bonus chips that were appropriate for the higher league ranking that took a lot of play to attain.
I wrote a message to Poker Heat customer service and have as yet received no response.
The least one would expect is to have an answer and ideally the fair return of a chip gift bonus that was earned.
This is the first time I’ve had to reach out to have an issue resolved with Poker Heat and I’m disappointed with the lack of a response or resolution of the matter detailed above.
Any issues or questions that came up playing Zynga over the years were always answered and resolved quickly.

Poker Heat RIGGED!

NEVER CAN WIN ANY CHIPS AND ADVANCE BY GAME PLAY! ONLY ADVANCEMENT I HAVE MADE IS BY WINNING RINGS! RIGGED BULLST! YOU KNOW SOME OF US PLAYERS ARE JUST GOOD ENOUGH WHERE WE DONT NEED TO BUY UR CHIPS! So they kill you on the Rule of 2 and the Rule of 4! THAT MEANS IN POKER IF YOUR OPPONENT HAS ONLY 1 out TO BEAT U ON RIVER you are ahead 98% to 2%! If they have 2 outs to beat u on river u are up 96% to 4%! THESE ARE GREAT ODDS GOING TO TIVER BUT ON HERE IT IS WORTHLESS! THEY BEAT UR 98/2 and 96/4 LIKE IT IS A CONSTANT OCCURRENCE IN POKER! THATS IS THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN BEAT GOOD PLAYERS IS TO CONSTANTLY SCREW THEM WITH 98/2 and 96/4! AND THEY CONSTANTLY DO IT TO ME SOMETIMES ALL FN DAY LONG, THAT I JUST QUIT AND SAY STICK UR RANK ADVANCEMENT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE! I AINT ABOUT TO LOOSE 30 MILLION CHIPS ON 98/2 and 96/4 ALL DAY JUST TO ADVANCE IN RANK! SOME OF US PLAY FOR CHIPS NOT RANK! TOTALLY FAVORED GAME FOR WOMEN PLAYERS AND BROKE MASTERS AND LEGENDS! WATCH OUT!
