I didn't get my order, it's been over a month. I ain't gonna give you a good review.

I've been trying to get in touch with PNF Services LLC for a while now, but they haven't been responding to my calls or emails. It's really frustrating because I've ordered from them a few times before and never had any issues.

They wont anser phone or emails. They took my money and got no parts or reply. Dont use this company.

I sent a bunch of messages, but no one replied. It's been like forever since they took my money, and I still haven't received the product. I can't seem to get anyone to answer my questions either.

I ordered online from PNF Services LLC and they took my money but never sent anything. I tried calling to check on my order and find out the tracking number or status, but they never responded to my messages or emails.

Don't order from them. You'll never get the stuff. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails. I had to give 1 star just to get my review posted. This business deserves negative stars.

Ordered from PNF Services LLC on 8/5 and got a confirmation. They took my money from the bank on 8/6. I've been trying to reach them through emails and messages on their answering machine, but haven't received any response as of today, 8/25. This didn't happen with my previous order. I'm wondering if they closed down but still have their website up and running.

When I finally placed my order, I thought everything was fine. But then, I received the wrong part! Can you believe it? I was so frustrated. I tried to contact their customer service, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I just want my money back and to never deal with PNF Services LLC again. This whole experience has been a nightmare.

I ordered from PNF Services LLC on Sept 16, 2022 and paid through PayPal. However, I still haven't received my order. I've tried calling the company multiple times. But I haven't received any shipping confirmation, and despite reaching out to them three times, I haven't received any response. It's now 9-14-22. I ordered parts from PNF Services LLC and they charged my credit card immediately. It's been nearly a month now, even though they promised delivery within 4-8 days. I've sent multiple emails and made several calls, but haven't received any response. I've come across reviews about this company, and it seems like they might be scammers. This business, PNF Services LLC, operates a website called RYOParts.com where they sell repair parts for cigarette rolling machines. A lot of people, including me, have placed orders for parts, but unfortunately, the orders are never delivered, and we never get our money back. This has been happening for more than a year now. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I strongly believe that the website should be shut down to prevent others from becoming victims of this deceptive website.

We ordered a part that cost 1.50 from their site and paid 10.49 for expedited shipping in 2-4 days. This was on April 21st. They didn't even ship the part until May 5th. I tried contacting them through email and phone and never got a response. Yesterday I told them I was reporting them to the ComplaintsBoard.com and I would like my part and a refund of my shipping costs. This finally got a response and all they are willing to do is refund the difference from the standard shipping which will be a 3.99 refund. I am not satisfied with this and it shouldn't have taken a threat to get a response from the company.

I ordered from this company on 8/3/22, but still haven't received anything. My order number is LPUVEDVIQ and it cost $22.00. I've sent them multiple emails and left several voice messages, but they haven't responded at all. Their voice mailbox is now full, probably because others are in the same situation as me. I've spoken to four people on *** who have also been scammed by them, and I saw two people on the attorney general's website who are trying to resolve the same issue. I want either my order or my money back, and I think they should shut down their website. They're clearly scamming people without facing any consequences. The amount of money isn't important to me, I'm doing fine without the $22.00. It's all about the principle.

I bought some parts for my cigarette machine from PNF Services LLC on July 4, 2022. I ordered an injector, injector s***, and rubber tip. The invoice number is IN136903 and the order is QUHTMWHGD. They took $14.75 from me, but I haven't received the parts yet. I emailed them multiple times and left voicemails, but I haven't heard anything back. On the invoice, it says to allow *** normal business days for shipping and processing because of Covid, but there's no tracking number for this order. It's been way past that now. I want my parts and a refund. Since I didn't get any response from them, I decided to search online to see if they're still in business or what's happening. That's when I saw all the negative reviews. I just want the parts I paid for, and if that's not possible, I want my money back.
