Pizza Hut review: Manager

I ve been a customer literally all my life. I went to have lunch at the location at 934 Creswell lane, Opelousas, La today. It was around 1-2 PM. I walked in and noticed there was just 1 person working the front. She was taking pizzas out the oven and putting in to go boxes. Obviously very busy and she asked me to wait a sec. I could tell she was busy so I had no issue with that. That is not my complaint. She asked the manager to turn down the thermostat cuz she was hot. He came flying out of the back and immediately starting demeaning her and saying things like " I told you earlier it wasnt working" and "why you wearing a sweater" and on and on. Very ugly and very demeaning and told her that IN FRONT of me , a customer. It was out of line,, unprofessional and it is NEVER ok for a manager to speak to their workers that way ESPECIALLY in front of a customer. After he left and she had a sec to come and help me, I asked if that was the manager. She was almost in tears and nodded yes. I told her that wasnt ok, what he did and was not supporting a business that treats their employees like that. That poor girl was almost in tears. I left without ordering. I will. not go back until someone addresses this manager. That was no ok!
