Pinellas Comfort Systems is the most honest, professional and reliable a/c and heating company I have found. I've been their customer for over 16 years and referred a number of people to them who have all been very satisfied. Their techs and office staff are consistently professional and very respectful. Mr. Larry and his coworkers did a good job. They were on time and answer all my question, and make my a/c work again. They replace the duct system, the cooper line, and got my a/c cooling / heating like it suppose to. The work was completed in the time frame promised. This my second positive experience with pinellas comfort system.

So far my New Pinellas Comfort System is saving me about $38 on my electric bill, NOTHING compared to the extreme comfort and quiet of my PCS in action. I did feel that I had been charged a bit much, yet again NOTHING extra for the caring-expert-proficiency everyone at Pinellas Comfort Systems exhibited throughout my HVAC upgrade. Would do it again, yet glad that I don't have to.

I've worked with Pinellas Comfort systems for a decade now (two consecutive homes) and remain very happy with their service. Their technician, Jarred, came to my home yesterday to help trouble-shoot an error message on our AC system. Rather than automatically recommending a full (high cost) replacement, his strategy was to find the least-expensive culprits first. This type of honesty and customer-focus continues to earn my loyalty.

Pinellas Comfort Systems always does a great job. We bought our system from them because of their reputation, and our experience since then validates our decision. Jarred was great to have on the job, he was polite, explained everything, did a great job of restoring the system after an electrical surge, and we appreciate his efforts. The office staff were also great to work with, they called immediately this morning, got me scheduled quickly - and Jarred showed up early! Hard to beat that.

It's always cool to watch highly skilled professionals doing their work, and Josiah and Bryce clearly are in that category. They patiently shared their knowledge with a couple clients who spent lots of time watching and asking questions of them. Efficient, courteous and delivered a high quality installation (as near as we can tell from a layman's point of view). Really cleaned up after themselves too. The new A/C is awesome, and we look forward to seeing them or their colleagues in 6 months for service. Much appreciated.

Justin at Pinellas Comfort Systems was very responsive and put together a reasonable plan for diagnosing the problem and - because it is an old system - helping determine whether it makes more sense to repair or replace. At no time did I feel like he was trying to "upsell" me. I trust that he pursued every avenue to repair it - but we found that replacement parts were no longer available. At that point Mark spent a couple of hours researching options for a replacement system and is scheduling an installation in two days. I am very happy with their expertise and professionalism.

Pinellas Comfort Systems came by to give a second opinion about the condition of a seven year old A/C system. The first opinion, given by the company that installed the system and regularly maintained it, was to replace it and lease a new system from them. Pinellas Comfort Systems also diagnosed the problem and then went on to find its source and called the manufacturer to verify the part was still under the 10-year warranty. It was. The repair is still costly and their tech said the system could be replaced, but he also said with the repair it should have a few more years left.

Original installation of the Trane variable speed 19-SEER Mod. XV201 by Pinellas Comfort Systems was very professional. The unit worked perfect for 8 months with significant savings on utility bills before suffering sensor failure. Breakdown occurred during late evening hours. Phoned Pinellas Comfort Systems, and a technician responded within the hour. Temporary repairs were made, and unit was back on line in short order. Next day morning a technician completed permanent repairs, installed new sensors, and unit was back in full operating mode. Considering the rapid response and service to the breakdown (house temperature didn't even rise more the 3 degrees during outage), I highly recommend Pinellas Comfort Systems.
