PDFFiller review: Refund and cancel subscription

Hello,

Today Oct 25, 2023, I was billed for an annual fee of $115.85 including tax to this website pdfFIller. I used it one time in September last month and thought I canceled the subscription that day. But sure enough, they decided to bill me this absurd amount.

Please what is the refund process and whom can I call to be issued a refund?

In the email, it shows the price in USD I think but I was billed $115.85 nevertheless.
