Unauthorized payment on my account
Please can you reverse the unauthorized money taken from my account on 14/03/2019 thursday of r1143.95
I dont know how this happened I have also asked my bank to deal with this as I dont understand how you just debit my account without my authorization. I will provide whatever information you might need for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

Unauthorized credit card charges
First of all, I am not the one that joined the free trial! So imagine how I felt waking up at 6 am to a $120 USD bill ($167.77 CAD). Even if I was the one that joined it, it makes no sense that you decide to sign someone up on a 1 year subscription without that persons consent after the free trial has ended! I was completely blindsided and I am demanding an immediate refund. This kind of transaction is unacceptable, and I am ready to file a report with my bank if need be.

Unauthorized charge subscription services
I was charged $120 for an unauthorized fee for services I never used. Matter of fact, this service was cancelled on the same day. I am demanding the return of all funds. If not, I will report the transaction as fraudulent. This is horrible way to do business. Furthermore, no additional communication has been received regarding any membership fees due.

On December 6th, I used PDFFiller under the impression that it was free for my first use. Then on December 26th, the site charged my credit card $240 for the premium subscription. I never selected that I wanted this option. Because of this, I would like a total refund of the $240. I only needed to use it one time and have not used it since.

Online scam - overcharged
I live in South Africa and I chose the discounted annual subscription with free 7 day trial of 10 US dollars on 24 Dec 2018. I checked my bank account today and with SHOCK I see that instead of R 100 SA Rands I was charged R 1, 700 SA rands. I did not get the refund rate and I requested a renewable monthly subscription and instead my entire account has been wiped out of R 1 thousand 700 hundred Rands. I now have no money to feed my kids at it is 27 Dec. Please please help me. I need a refund and want to cancel my account

Billing dispute
I have had the same issue as everyone else here. I signed up for a free trial just to fill out one document but then I got a 72 dollar charge a month later. I'm positive I cancelled my account right after the free trial and have not used the site since. I would like a refund. I signed up for the account simply to file one document for free and then leave it alone. I do not even recall putting my credit card informant on in but if I did it would never have been for a possible 72 dollar charge. I need this resolved immediately.

My child said she made a free trial account after hounding her why $72 was out of my account! She stated that is was only supposed to be a $6 charge the free trial! I demand a refund This is unacceptable! How can you advertise $6 then Charge $72! I had tried and called try to email you guys and nothing! This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam! An unrecognized charge in my account
I was charged 72.00 by pdffiller when I don't have an account with PDF filler Intalked to someone last night about it and we happened to find the account that used my card, I was told to provide an official bank statement and the last four of my current account, 7647 is the official account number. Took money out of my account
Said that it was 6 a month and took 72 dollars out of my account and it never said it was going to do that up front. I would like my subscription to be canceled and I would like my money back immediately! Stop false advertising! You can't say it's giunf to be billed at 6 annual and then take 72 dollars our or my account like I needed that money to pay my bills and you just decided to lie and take it out of my account. I signed up for a ‘free trial' as I wasn't sure if this was the service I needed. It clearly states if you are in satisfied you can request a refund.
I didn't think that the $95 would come out of my account immediately as usually they notify you once your ‘free trial' is over and if you wish to continue. It came out straight away, it also turned out that it was not the service I was after so I immediately cancelled my subscription (within 15mins of signing up) and requested a refund to which I have never got a response after attempting several times!
I demand my refund as this is extremely unfair! I have never used this service and unsubscribed almost immediately after realising it wasn't what I was after. Very disappointing.
Misadventures subscription
I attempted to use a $6 free trial and was billed up front for a year at $72. I have found that you do not offer the services I require, but do seem to receive this complaint quite a lot. I simply cannot pay this subscription. I understand if a single use payment is necessary after all of this, however I can't even contact support to fix this problem. Looking forward to this being resolved.

PDFFiller advertises a 1 month free trial, yet I have been immediately billed AU$103.95 for a yearly subscription that I did not want or sign up for, after giving my details only this afternoon. I spent several hours filling in my document then subscribed so that I could access to it to make a long story short I still do not have access to my document in which I really need and there is no one who I can talk to that would help me. I called and they told me they only have live chat available online which makes no since. I believe it's a scam. Scam do not use this service.. Customer sevice no is recorded messgae to leave your info so theycan fraud you more and charge yuour account. It a personal cell/home phone they picked up in error one day and hung up. Ive been at it since 6/15/18 trying to get a response...
