I signed up for a subscription at 9am for PDFiller today. I spent an hour editing my resume. Then, when I tried to download the file to my computer. It was missing half the information. I tried emailing it to myself, and I tried a variety of other troubleshooting ways. None of them worked. I am extremely disappointed with PDFiller. I would like a full refund. I used the website for less than an hour and it caused more problems than helping me. I am using another platform to update my resume.

I signed up for a free trial but this product was not as user friendly as I was hoping, so I cancelled the free trial the same day I signed up for it. I woke up today to this company charging my Venmo, *NOT* the payment method I signed up with, $144. This is outrageous and a terrible business practice. I made very sure I had cancelled the free trial, so there is no reason for them to have charged me, nor to have sought out an alternate method of payment that debited straight from my bank account. I do not recommend this business at all.

I was charged 93£ and on the app it shows i have 1 day left of a trial, and i was charged today. 22/11/23. I never authorized this annual payment, and i was still on a trial, i want my refund right now! My e-mail account : [protected]@gmail.com. Also they took from my wallet app, with the icloud email [protected]@icloud.com. I want my refund, i have never agreed with this annual payment, and on the app it says 1 day LEFT of my trial, so it shouldn't charge, i want my refund right now. I have my right i have never accepted per year to pay and i have the print that i shows that i still have 1 day left of trial.

I needed this service for a one time use, so I signed up for the free 7-day trial. The charge was $0 at checkout. However, while checking my account today, I noticed I was actually charged a $2 fee for some inexplicable reason. At no time was I notified of a charge, one time or other, except for the automatic renewal at the end of my trial. I signed up last night (less than 24 hrs ago) and have since canceled my trial, so I do not understand why the charge occurred in the first place.

on the 19th 0ctober you took £118.64 from my halifax account id like it returned no where was i told about this charge and as a pensioner cannot afford to loose this sum of money am absolutely devastated by this i have contacted my bank and they have told me to contact you and give you a few days to respond to my email before ringing them back for any further action hoping for a swift result as was our christmas money

Im not sure if my free trial cancellation went through but I am not using this service and do not intend to use it going forward. would like to request a refund my money and and cancel any ongoing charges. I was charged $96 by AirSlate via Venmo today for the pdfFiller subscription. I ended my free trial but was still charged. my account has been charged 2 times of 20 dollars. I bought the free trial and i rven cancelled it right then but now i check my bank account and money has been deducted from my account on aug 11 and sep 11 20 dollars.

please do something about it as it was not intentional at all and i have not even used the service in this time period. thank you and please resolve quickly

We have been getting a monthly charge from this company and, to my knowledge, we have never used any of their apps or services (free or otherwise). I have no idea how they have been getting our information or charging our account. I don't even know what email this was set up under. We changed our credit cards last month for fraudulent charges, and it still got charged. There is no way I'm giving this creepy company any more information to fix it, either. I'm just going to keep reporting it as fraud. They have enough already. Everyone needs to STAY AWAY from this company. They are just a bunch of crooks.

I was reading a novel online at https://www.readanybook.com/online/696046#513329, Angels and Insects. I decided to download it. The trial subscription with ReadAnyBook was to cost $1. I was charged that, but also $96 by PDFFiller (a charge I didn't notice right away). Since the link I got after subscribing didn't work, I quickly subscribed again, but again the link didn't work, and again I was charged $96. I logged in to my bank after that and saw all the charges.

I am out $193 and don't have the product, a download, that I thought I was going to get for $1. Please help!

I tried to use this free download and to my horror a payment of $96 was taken from my account. This was not authorised and needs sending back immediately. This was not authorised and needs returning today.

I need a full explanation as to why this was taken ?

I used this service during the free trial and made sure to cancel it before the expiration date and still woke up to 104.26 being taken out of my account. I need this money and am frustrated that the charge still went through even though i cancelled. Even if money wasn't an issue, I no longer have use for this service and want a refund. I sent a ticket in but am still writing this to warn other people to avoid the issue i ran into. If you want to have people put in their card info to access a free trial, whatever but at least notify them when their subscription will end and when they will receive charges. Your subscription isn't just some pocket change, for majority of people this amount of money is the difference between eating, rent, payments, etc.

In looking at my email, I saw a message from PDfiller. It was telling me that my subscription cost $101.76 . I never subscribed to this service. If and when I ever unknowingly may have done this, it was done because it was supposed to be free.

I have written asking that any subscription and any charges be canceled and refunded..

It is an unscrupulous and heinous business practice.

I've recently noticed a pending charge of $165.90 from SupportPDFfiller.com at [protected] on my account, and while I have used PDFfiller in the past, I have no knowledge of any active subscription or authorization for this charge. Upon checking my account, I found no active subscription. I am not interested in subscribing at this time and kindly request an investigation into the pending charge and a refund for the unauthorized amount. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

2 days ago I received a fraud notification from my credit card company that SupportPDFfiller.com was trying to make a $180.00 charge to my credit card. Never heard of these people, have no idea how they got my credit card information, email, etc. Had the nerve to send me an email that they were having trouble processing my subscription. What subscription? This of course causes me to have to cancel this compromised card and all the inconvenience associated with this card they are attempting to use for a subscription I know nothing about. Very annoying!
