We were supposed to be charged $15 for a pdf build which them turned into a subscription for $180 for the year without authorization. BOA denied payment based on my complaint (and the simple fact that the pdf build did not occur anyway) and then these people had the audacity to argue that my credit card was not in my possession (when in fact an authorized user was doing the work for me) and that I was the victim of identity fraud. They attempted to file a complaint against me using another scam Seek-Verify to try to harm my associates reputation. When you call pdf filler they don't answer the phone and when they do its evidently by someone on a cell phone as shady as a smoke-filled room. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I used Google Chrome on an Android to download from California's DMV. I did not identify myself, just downloaded. PDFFILLER emailed 2 hours later with their wire scam. How did the fraudsters know?

Signed up for free trial - they deducted $2.00 from my credit card and then... fraudulant credit card transactions from the UK started appearing on my credit card! Coincidence?
For anyone still being scammed by these thieves, if you can't get your bank to cancel any further payments, order a new bank card - it'll have a different 12-digit number (if in the UK; not sure how it works in other countries) and therefore the scammers at PDFiller will now have the wrong details. Just make sure you update your details with companies that you pay money to normally, and check your computer for viruses from PDFFiller.
This company is a scam. I literally needed I document so I thought 15 dollars a month was reasonable and then I would cancel. Then they charged me 120 to my account! Avoid this rip off company!
Cancelled my account and subscription over 9 months ago- today I get a charge for $105, no one answering the phone, screen shots of my cancellation. SCAM! Avoid this company at all cost!
So im not the only one then. I just lost $155.52 dollars from these jerks. I will be getting my money back. And im not trusting another one of these leeches.
The charged me for $96 for a year that day. It showed a monthly payment but my card was charged $96. I go to cancel and get a refund and there is no way to get a refund only cancel the account and live out the subscription. I see now I am not the only one who got scammed. So how do I get a refund?
They continued charging after cancelling free trail. They also ignored my requests for fixing it. And i had to chargeback.
PDF filler is a predatory company. While trying to upload a document from a government site, they were laying in wait to ambush me with their BS. I was gullible and fell for them routine of free trial. Didn’t know how get the damn form any other way. Never did anything for me. I emailed the form to myself. They stole over a hundred and fifty dollars from me for doing nothing. As crooked an organization as I have ever seen. Do not trust this exploiting and predatory company.
My experiences exactly. Fortunately, I refused to setup a "free" trial and did not give them my credit card. It took me an hour to figure out how to get a legitimate PDF document for an IRS form. Are pdfFilller hijacking the IRS website or does the IRS have some sort of a deal with them?
good lord, it said on google it was free, so I spend an hour doing my stuff, only to being forced to pay to save it. I was tempted to pay until i was reading yalls comment. totally scam.
These guys are a scam _ I just got charged $96 for something I've never even applied for! Am contacting my bank.

I just woke up to a fraudulent charge of 96.00 on my account through my PayPal to my bank account. I never used this website. I checked my payment history’s on PayPal and my bank account. I might have begun to sign up one day & changed my mind due to it being shady. I’m so pissed off. I’m sure my bank will see how you guys are known for this and refund my money ASAP. But it’s just annoying that I have to deal with this. I’m never using PayPal again either.
I've never been to your site. I've never tried to convert a pdf into a word document before. I have never entered any personal information or financial information on your site or a similar site - how could I? I was never there.
You stole my personal details. My bank says my banking details were filled in automatically via another, totally unrelated, website. They have escalated my request for a reversal of the charge, and with all the information I have given them, the odds are in my favour to get my money back. Your company doesn't exist. Your phones are not answered and there is not a single email address on your site. I don't think it will take much longer for my bank to come to the conclusion that you are a total scam, and that my money will be refunded as per the banking laws applicable in my country (South Africa).
I hope the fleas, ticks and Cimex lectularius Linnaeus (poisonous) infests all your clothes, your beds, your cupboards, your cars...even the towels you use to dry yourselves. I hope people will rapidly get up and walk away when you are sitting there scratching and biting red, itching, puss-filled sores that affects your private parts as well...forever. I hope that every single person you come across from now on will brand you as a dirty, disgusting, puss-laden, trash-crawling piece of [censored] and that all your friends will desert you. Trying to re-apply for my driving licence after surrendering it due to a medical condition. DVL has taken down the on-line D1 form and I was linked to a D1 form on PDFiller. Seemed to be a very short form without needing details of my health issue, when complete I was unable to save it without signing up for a 30 day free trial, requiring bank details. I exited the site and rang DVLA who told me that they were not accepting on-line D1 applications (coronavirus) and would send me a paper form.
Pdf scammer they charged my card and I have been following up for a refunds for months ..they insisted they issued a refund yet they havent... stay away
PDF&FILLER should be avoided. Against my wishes, this outfit levied a $96 charge on my NFCU credit card. NFCU is now working on a chargeback.
Same experience here. NEVER heard of them. Breached paypal and sent money to themselves. Shame on paypal too. No notification to me until days later.
Worst scammers I've ever seen.. I was trying to fill some canadian passport renewal forms.. I was under the impressionI was on the Canadian Goverment site until I went to print my forms... To my surprise, I had to pay to be able to print.. They are so clever (Devious)that it took me close to an hour to find the right site where PDFfilter would not appear... What a scam and I am certain they catch a lot of honest people... Do not even start filling up any forms if you see PDF filler..
I was almost done filling in my document when it all disappeared. How can I get it back?

This F... clowns will let you upload your work and when is finished they will try to charge you and if you enter your credit card they will over charge you... look all the complaints they have at the BBB
This company shows up first in the search results for DMV crash reports, so you might think it was a helpful service authorized by DMV. Ya, no - you spend 40 minutes filling out the form only to discover that you need to give your credit card and $20 in order to actually *print* the form
They did something similar to me. I registered for a 30-day plan at a cost of $6. I used their service to complete a 2-page PDF and fax a total of 6 pages. One day later I noted a charge of $120 on my checking account. I wrote to PDFFiller and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with my bank and later that same day, notified PDFFiller again. This time they replied stating that I evidently had not received their previous reply. No reply was found in my email in-box or spam box so I doubted their statement. They agreed to refund $90 and said they are charging me for one-month of service at a cost of $30. My original enrollment was their $6 plan. I will contest it further. Avoid this company.

Ive messaged this email and ive had no reply. You charged me last night, sent me an email stating an invoice amount for 105$, thwn when i proceeded o log into my online banking the amount taken was actually 142$ instead. I have screenshots to prove this. I signed up to use the "free" once off document filler to fill out a form for warranty on my car. I had to submit my banking details after filling out the form, which took me some time to. I had trouble xancelling the account, and finally did not thinking a month later you still had my details in YOUR system ready to charge me a yearly amount which was a false invoice amount conpaired o the actual amount taken from my bank. I trued to find a contact with no information, I finally found a complaints support which i filled put my complaint, and as i submitted it i recieved a message on the screen saying I was unavle to submit the complaint at the time due to an error. I refreshed the page and typed out another complaint, again the same message with the same error. I live in Australia and I am unable to put a complaint through to BBB.org .
I found thus email and as i mentioned above ive emailed and sent attachments of the invoice you emailed me, the actual amount taken from my account, and the error to my writtwn complaints page on your website.
I WANT MY 142$ REFUNDED TO MY EFFING ACCOUNT! You bastarts left me with only 7.55$ for the next week to live off, [censored]!
No prior email to confirm thus was going to procees, no date or amount untio the amount was taken out of my account.

Please, note two important things here:
1) $105 is exactly 142 AUD. There is no mistake here. Since we are based in Boston, USA, of course, we state our prices in the US dollars. Sorry for any confusion!
2) The refund has been made for you on December, 06. Since this is a cross-continent transaction, it might take up to 5 business days for this amount (105 USD, or 142 AUD) to reach you.
