"I placed an order with PDA Plaza on March 11th, excited to receive my new phone. Unfortunately, my experience with PDA Plaza has been less than satisfactory due to several issues that arose during the process.The first red flag was the constant delays in shipping. Initially, the delivery was scheduled between the 21st to 25th, but it was later pushed back to the 26th to 28th, then to the 3rd, and now it's expected to ship on the 9th. These repeated delays not only disrupted my plans but also caused frustration and inconvenience.In an attempt to compensate for the delays, PDA Plaza offered me a 50% extended warranty as a gesture of goodwill. While I appreciated the offer, the promised refund for the extended warranty never materialized. This lack of follow-through on their part was disappointing and added to my growing dissatisfaction.Throughout this ordeal, I communicated with PDA Plaza's customer service team multiple times. While they were responsive and kept me informed about the order status, they were unable to provide a satisfactory resolution to the core issues of delayed shipment and unfulfilled promises.As a customer, I expect reliability and transparency from the companies I choose to do business with. Unfortunately, my experience with PDA Plaza fell short of these expectations. The ongoing delays and unfulfilled promises have left me questioning their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction.Moving forward, I am considering canceling my order if it is not shipped by the promised date. PDA Plaza Consider if your going to buy from this buisness

Ill keep it short. Got a global phone, shipping took 35 days to arrive (and cost shipping lol). Phone was great, later found the phone much cheaper on other sites, oh well already have the phone. I had an issue with the screen, the film under the screen damaged, and contacted them probably 25 different times. All to be replied back to anywhere from 2 - 9 days each reply. Also asked me to repeat the issues i had every other email, wasting my time and trying to ignore my issue and not deal with me. Horrible service, pathetic. Finally they would agree to help fix my screen under the phones actual warranty, and wanted me to ship the damn phone to china! Shipped, took 2 months with out a phone, only to be returned with absolutely nothing fixed. I was gonna buy a replacement (with no discount or compensation) from there until i found the same phone $300 cheaper elsewhere (wirelessplace - with free 2 day shipping). Not professional. Any negative review you will see instead of owning up as a company they actually argue on the internet with disgruntled customers, as if 15 year olds are running this business.

PDA Plaza Awaiting Refund

I ordered a phone well over a year ago. Through no fault of theirs, it it's delivery is still delayed. However, in April of this year, I requested a refund. They said "no problem, it will take 10 business days". 69 days later (and counting) I am still waiting. I have contacted then a half adozen times since then and they always respond "it will be processed tomorrow" and then I don't hear from them again until I contact them again. They're clearly stringing me along and avoiding the issue. I don't trust them as a legitimate business.

Update: I have now received my full refund. My concern with PDA Plaza is not so much that they are untrustworthy, but that they aren't good at communication. They continued to tell me "it will be processed tomorrow" when there was clearly an issue with coming up with the refund. Continually breaking promises led to distrust. Clear communication of what was actually happening would have gone a long way in easing my fears.

PDA Plaza PDA Plaza Review: Poor Reception, Delayed Refund, and Hidden Fees - Stay Away!

I recently made a purchase from pdaplaza.ca on July 24th, 2022. I was excited to receive my new phone and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, when I finally received it on September 2nd, I was disappointed to find that it had trouble maintaining a proper reception signal. I use Fido as my carrier and have never had any issues with reception in my area with my previous phones. I decided to compare the Sony phone I received from PDA Plaza to my old Samsung phone and found that the Sony phone had worse reception everywhere.

I was not happy with the phone and decided to request a refund. On September 9th, I received an email from an employee named Milan stating that my refund had been requested and would take 10-14 days to process. However, over 20 business days later, I still had not received my refund. I decided to email Milan again and he responded by saying that he would request the refund again with his account manager. I couldn't help but feel like this company was a one-man show and Milan was trying to make it seem like there were more people involved to justify the delays.

After waiting patiently for my refund, I finally decided to email Milan again on October 17th stating that I needed my refund ASAP or I would involve my bank. To my surprise, he refunded me right away, but I was short $96 due to shipping and restocking fees that were excluded. I couldn't believe it! After being so patient with them, they still charged me these fees.

I would caution anyone against being attracted to their discount deals because there are no deals. They simply post cheaper prices every month. I will definitely stay away from PDA Plaza in the future and recommend that everyone else do the same. You'll be better off with big, well-known companies than with these scammers.

PDA Plaza Disappointing Experience with PDA Plaza: Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra Review

I gotta be real with y'all, I recently copped a Xiaomi mi 11ultra from PDA Plaza's website on August 26th, 2022. I was hype to get my hands on it, especially since the website said it would ship within 5 to 10 business days. But, after waiting almost 2 weeks with no tracking number, I started to get a little antsy. So, I hit up the company to see what was good. They hit me back with an apology, saying they were experiencing some delays with postal services, but didn't give me any further info. They did say they'd ship it out by September 12th, so I decided to wait it out.

On September 12th, I hit them up again to see what was up with my device. They told me that because of custom delays, I'd have to wait till next week Thursday or Friday, and they expected to ship by that time. At this point, I realized that after waiting almost 20 days, they still didn't have my device. This phone launched last year in March 2021, so there shouldn't have been any issues with low inventory or high demand. The lack of information from their end was the reason I decided to cancel my order.

I just want y'all to know that they were quick to return my refund, which I got in just two business days. On their website, they mentioned that to get your device on time, you should order the devices that are mentioned in stock and not on sale. But, none of the devices were mentioned as in stock on their website. I paid full price for my device, which wasn't on sale, but still didn't receive it.

Overall, this was my first and last time buying anything from PDA Plaza. I appreciate the quick refund, but the lack of communication and transparency about my order was a major letdown.

PDA Plaza Avoid PDA Plaza: Terrible Experience with Order and Refund

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with PDA Plaza. I ordered an Honor Magic4 pro way back on October 19th of last year, and boy oh boy did things not go smoothly from there. I was getting pretty antsy by November 19th when I still hadn't received my phone, so I decided to check in with the company. Milan got back to me the next day and said there was a postal delay, but that they'd be shipping it out in a week. Alright, fair enough, I thought.

But then December 1st rolled around and there was still no sign of my shipment. So I reached out to Milan again, and this time he told me that the phone was "stuck in customs" and that they'd be shipping it out in a week. Okay, fine, I can be patient. But then December 14th came and went, and I still didn't have my phone. Milan told me that the original device I ordered (black) was lost in transit and no longer available. He asked if I was okay with the cyan version, and I said sure, why not.

But then December 16th rolled around and I was getting pretty fed up. I told them I wanted a refund if I wasn't going to receive my order before Christmas. Milan promised that it would be delivered by then, but January 10th came and went and I still didn't have my phone. So I requested a refund again on January 12th, but Milan told me they were unable to provide it due to "high volume transactions" and that they could only send Interact refunds on the weekend. I don't even know what that means, to be honest. They offered to send it through PayPal, but I don't have a PayPal account.

I followed up a couple more times in January and February, but it wasn't until February 5th that Ira finally emailed me back and promised the refund "tomorrow". But of course, I didn't receive it on February 6th like they said I would. I haven't heard anything from the company since then, and I'm starting to think I'll never see that refund. Honestly, I'd recommend avoiding PDA Plaza altogether.

PDA Plaza PDA Plaza Review: Misleading Listings and Delayed Shipping Timelines

I recently bought a phone from PDA Plaza and I have to say, it was a bit of a hassle. I got it on sale, which was great, but it wasn't available in Canada so I had to go through a reseller. The website said it would take 15-25 business days to ship, which is a long time, but I figured I could wait. However, after 25 business days had passed, I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation. I decided to email their support team to ask what was going on. They replied saying that my phone was stuck in customs and would ship the following week. I waited another two weeks and still didn't receive any notification. I emailed them again and got the same response - it would ship the following week. They did offer to cancel my order, but I decided to wait it out.

Finally, after another week had passed, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. I emailed them on a Friday afternoon, but didn't hear back from them. I emailed them again to ask for a refund and to cancel my order because they weren't honoring the shipping timelines. I was frustrated because another company had the same phone in stock and shipped it the next business day for almost the same price. I ended up paying $50 more for the phone I got from PDA Plaza.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend PDA Plaza to anyone. They list phones on their site that they don't actually have in their possession, which is misleading. I wasn't informed during the shipping timeline that my phone would be delayed. Only after I inquired about the status of my order was I notified about the item being delayed. Additionally, having to inquire an additional time -after the specified 5-7 business days stated for refunds- and then receiving the refund IMMEDIATELY after the email reply, makes me feel like I was forgotten about and unimportant. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

PDA Plaza Mixed Experience with PDA Plaza: Delayed Shipping and Refund, Poor Customer Service, but Eventually Resolved

So, I gotta say, my experience with PDA Plaza was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I ordered a smartphone from their website back in November of 2021 and paid a whopping 2591.40 CAD for it (order number PDA9406, if you're curious). Unfortunately, it took them a really long time to actually ship the device, and at a certain point, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund.

Now, I was told that I would be getting my refund in batches of 400 dollars, which was a bit of a bummer, but I figured it was better than nothing. However, after receiving two batches of 400 dollars (800 dollars total), I never got the rest of my refund. I reached out to PDA Plaza multiple times, but no one ever answered the phone or responded to my emails. It was like they were ignoring me completely!

Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated and confused about why it was taking so long to get my money back. It's been over a year now, and I'm still waiting for them to return the rest of my refund. I don't want to be too harsh, but this level of service is just not acceptable.

That being said, I do have to give credit where credit is due. After leaving a negative review on Site Jabber, PDA Plaza actually reached out to me via email and explained that they had been having some issues with their interac gateways. They apologized for the delays and refunded the rest of my money via PayPal. It should have happened a lot sooner, but I'm still glad that they finally resolved the issue.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about PDA Plaza. On the one hand, their customer service was pretty terrible and it took way too long to get my refund. On the other hand, they did eventually make things right and I appreciate their honesty in explaining what went wrong. If you're thinking about ordering from them, just be aware that you might run into some issues along the way.

PDA Plaza PDA Plaza Review: Unreliable Shipping and Dishonesty - Go to Mi4Canada Instead

I recently tried to buy a phone from PDA Plaza and it was a complete waste of my time. Their website claims that shipping takes 15-25 working days, but I have serious doubts about that. Even after the expected shipping time had passed, they kept delaying my order. They kept blaming shipping delays from their supplier in Hong Kong, but I ordered something from Hong Kong during the same time period and received it without any issues. It's ridiculous that they can't run a business properly. I suspect that they wait until they have enough orders before sending a bulk shipment from their supplier overseas, which would explain why shipping times vary so much. They should be honest with their customers about this, but maybe their business model just isn't very good.

If you do decide to buy something from them, I strongly advise against using e-transfer. Use your credit card, Sezzle, or PayPal so that you have a third-party dispute option. Luckily, I paid with Sezzle and was able to get a full refund without any problems.

I'm giving them two stars instead of one because they do respond to customer service inquiries quickly and politely. However, their replies to negative reviews are full of lies. They assured me on September 23 that my order would ship on October 10, then on October 12 they said it would ship on October 18, and on October 19 they said it would ship on October 24. If they already had my order, why didn't they just ship it when they said they were having shipping delays for the third time? They're liars and time-wasters.

I recommend going to Mi4Canada instead. They shipped me the exact same phone, brand new in box, for the same price. Don't waste your time with PDA Plaza.

PDA Plaza Review: Beware of Delays and Email Blocking with PDA Plaza

OF DELAYS AND EMAIL BLOCKING!

I recently ordered a Xiaomi 12S Ultra from PDA Plaza on November 15-16th 2022. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received my phone. I've been frequently in contact with them for my order status, but all I get are apologies for the delays. They promised to ship my phone out between Dec 15 to 20th 2022, but it still hasn't arrived.

Their replies were reasonable, stating that there was a huge backlog at the custom boarders during the Holidays. They shipped the goods from their warehouse in Hong Kong to Montreal, but they don't have the goods on hand. They kept apologizing for the delays weeks after weeks. Finally, after New Year, they confirmed receiving the goods from the warehouse and my order should be ready by January 5th to ship out. But I never got the email with the tracking number like they promised.

I wrote to them again on January 5th using the email I ordered the phone with, but this time I didn't receive the email confirmation from them stating I will receive a reply within the next 48 hours. So I waited, and still no reply. This is super weird as I usually receive their reply within 24 hours. So I wrote with my initial email link to the order again and still no email confirmation on their part.

After 2 times, I assume they blocked my email. I tried calling them, but it was only a voice automated and I had to leave a message which isn't helpful. So I wrote to them again regarding my order status with my alternative email which isn't on the order file and I got the email confirmation from them. This confirmed to me that my email used for the order got blocked and there wasn't any issue with their email system.

I'm still trying to get my order, but if I don't get any decent and satisfied reply, I will seek a refund. However, I must say that when they did respond, they responded immediately and shipped my phone asap. So far, it is working fine with no issues at all. The battery is actually good and lasts long on standby.

Overall, I would say beware of delays and email blocking when ordering from PDA Plaza. It's frustrating to not receive any updates or replies, but when they do respond, they are helpful.

PDA Plaza PDA Plaza Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refunds

So, I was browsing the internet for a new device and stumbled upon PDA Plaza (pdaplaza.ca). At first, I was a bit hesitant to trust them, but after reading their "terms of use" and seeing that they're a registered company in Quebec, I felt more confident in making a purchase. However, my confidence quickly turned into regret as I wasted a lot of time dealing with their poor customer service and trying to get my money back.

Let me break down my timeline for you:

On November 16th, I purchased a device from pdaplaza.ca for $1680 through Interac. However, I received no receipt or proof of purchase, which made me a bit suspicious.

Fast forward to December 21st, and I still haven't received the device within the agreed-upon timeframe (max 25 business days, according to their terms of use). So, I reached out to them, and their reply was that they expected to receive and ship my order by the end of the next week with a tracking number.

However, the end of the next week came and went with no news from them. After a couple of back-and-forths, they finally told me that there was a delay in customs due to the holidays.

At this point, I lost confidence and patience and decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund (which I was entitled to do, according to their terms of use). They replied that it was no problem and that they had contacted the account manager. However, they warned me that the refund transaction might take 7-10 business days to process, as stated in their terms of use.

On January 17th, I still hadn't received my refund, so I reached out to them again. Their reply was that the refund would be processed within 48 hours. However, 3 days later, there was still no news.

So, on January 25th, I decided to take action and sent them a formal notice draft. Their reply was that they were having technical difficulties with the payment gateway that processed my transaction. They promised that it would be fixed by the weekend, and the refund would be processed on Monday.

However, Monday came and went with no news. So, on January 25th, I started some actions and notified them. Moments later, they finally refunded half of the amount due through Interac. They promised that the second half of the full refund would be done on Friday.

However, Friday passed with no news. It wasn't until Saturday that I received an Interac e-transfer for the balance.

From what I've read from other people's experiences, this seems to be a common issue with PDA Plaza. Their "refund gateway" clearly isn't working well, and it seems like they have no reason not to refund the full amount through Interac, as it only took me 5 minutes to send the full amount to them.

On the positive side, employee "Milan" was very polite and replied quickly (even at night), which added to my confidence. However, the delay and issues I experienced with them were unacceptable, especially since they have complete disregard for their own terms of use (shipping/refund deadlines), which is unexpected for a registered company.

Overall, I wasted 73 days dealing with this mess. I'd like to thank everyone who left their experience on this site, as it was useful in getting the truth out about PDA Plaza.

PDA Plaza PDA Plaza Review: Disappointing Customer Experience with Delayed Refund for Unfulfilled Order

I ordered an iPhone from PDA Plaza on Feb 2, 2020. It was a really exciting moment for me, because I had been saving up for a while and I was really looking forward to getting my hands on one of these bad boys. After sending a bunch of emails back and forth with Alex, however, I found out that my order could not be fulfilled. I was pretty bummed about this, to say the least.

To be fair, Alex did tell me that they would issue me a refund by June 24th. However, when that day finally rolled around, Alex told me that it was a holiday and that he would have to wait until the following day to refund me. Okay, I can understand that. But it's now June 26th, and I still haven't received my refund. I'm getting pretty frustrated about this, to be honest.

In my opinion, if a company takes your money for five whole months and doesn't even deliver the product, the least they could do is give you a refund. I mean, come on guys. It's just common sense. I'm really disappointed in the way that PDA Plaza does business.

If by some miracle the folks over at PDA Plaza do actually end up giving me my refund, I'll update this review. But for now, I'm feeling pretty let down.

PDA Plaza Pleased with my Sony Xperia 1 ii purchase from PDA Plaza

So, I done went and bought me one of them fancy Sony Xperia 1 ii phones from PDA Plaza. They was the only ones in Canada sellin' it when it come out in N. America, so I had to go with them. And ya'll know what? The price was actually pretty good, especially compared to what them Americans was chargin' in USD.
Now, I ain't gonna lie, I had a couple of questions 'long the way 'bout my order. But, every time I reached out to Alex, he done got back to me right quick and real nice-like too.
I ain't no fan of these here phone company contracts, so I usually buy my devices outright. And let me tell ya, PDA Plaza has definitely earned my business for when I need a new phone next time!

PDA Plaza Great Prices at PDA Plaza, but Slow Delivery is Worth the Wait!

Well, let me tell you about my experience with PDA Plaza. I made an order on the 19th of October and after a long wait, I finally received my purchase on the 1st of December. The delivery was delayed by about a week, thanks to purolater. Well, I must say that I stand corrected about this place. I got a fantastic price for the phone, and I am pleased with the purchase.

The only issue with PDA Plaza is their slow delivery timelines. However, I guess that's the price you pay for a great deal. To be honest, though, it’s really worth the wait to get a discount on a product, don’t you think?

I’d like to take a moment to thank Alex and the team based in Montreal. Keep up the great work, timely updates, and offer us bargain prices. You’re doing a tremendous job, and I hope you continue to offer us unbeatable deals.

Customers, listen up! If you want to buy gadgets at an affordable price, you might have to wait around for a month to get your hands on the products when buying from PDA Plaza. However, I couldn't find a better price online, apart from this store. Believe me, I checked Amazon, Best Buy, and Swiftronics, and none of them offered anything as good as what PDA Plaza did.

In conclusion, I'd like to wish PDA Plaza good luck and hope they keep the ball rolling by bringing us great deals and offering us fantastic discounts.

PDA Plaza PDAplaza Review: Reliable Source for Hard-to-Find Phones like LG Wing

I was really in the market for a LG wing, but had a hard time finding it in Canada until I stumbled upon PDAplaza. I was a bit hesitant because I saw some reviews mentioning slow shipping, but I finally decided to take the plunge on November 10th. I chose the 5-10 day shipping standard and paid full price for the phone.

It took about 10 days for PDAplaza to ship my order, but it wasn't a big deal for me since I was aware of the shipping times. It then took another 10 days through Canada Post to finally arrive at my doorstep today. Overall, I don't think the shipping was that bad if you choose the right standard.

I did consider the 10-25 day shipping standard with a deal, but I really wanted my hands on the phone as soon as possible, so I chose to pay full price and go with the quicker shipping option. I definitely recommend doing the same if you're in a rush.

I also have to give a shoutout to Alex at PDAplaza for being really nice and responsive to my emails. If only I hadn't missed out on the deal for a smart watch, I would have definitely purchased one more item.

All in all, if you're looking for harder-to-find phones like the LG wing, I recommend checking out PDAplaza. Don't let the reviews on slow shipping discourage you, just make sure to choose the right shipping standard and give yourself enough time.

PDA Plaza Exceptional Customer Service and Product Availability at PDAPlaza

I want to talk about the incredible experience I had with PDAPlaza. I was on the hunt for a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra cover and couldn't seem to find it anywhere else on the internet. I even checked out Mobilefun, but they only had it available in gray and I wanted it in black. Thankfully, PDAPlaza had it in stock and at their usual price of $49.

However, the very next day, I stumbled upon a deal for the same cover at Bestbuy that was $33 off! I felt pretty bummed about it because I had already placed my order on PDAPlaza. But then something amazing happened. I decided to give the store a call and explained my situation to a gentleman who worked there. Not only did he assure me that it was okay to cancel my order, but he also refunded my money to me in less than a minute!

This experience added a tremendous amount of credibility to the store for me, and I will absolutely be shopping at PDAPlaza with greater confidence in the future. I want to give my sincere thanks to the kind and helpful gentleman I spoke to on the phone. His exceptional customer service truly made my day!

PDA Plaza Impressive Communication and a great deal- My Experience with PDA Plaza's Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra

I can't believe I actually found a site that delivered my dream phone! I ordered a Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra in black from PDA Plaza on September 22, 2020. It was a long wait, but the phone arrived at my doorstep in less than a month. Problem is, I didn't get the color I asked for. Instead, they sent me the silver version. Hey, things happen, right? But good ol' Alex was super nice about it all and told me that the black color I wanted wasn't available from their supplier in Hong Kong. He apologized for it, even offered me a discount of 50 bucks, but I'm still waiting for that to come through.

Ya know, I gotta say, though, I was super impressed with the communication I got from PDA Plaza about my purchase. Alex was very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions about the phone and the shipping process. That way I wouldn't have any reason to complain later on if the package came damaged or already opened.

But let me be straight with you: if you're in a rush to get your hands on the phone you ordered, you might want to look elsewhere. PDA Plaza imports their phones from abroad, so it can take a bit of time for them to arrive. But if you're willing to wait a bit and want a great deal on a high-end phone, PDA Plaza could be exactly what you need!

This PDA Plaza website has a pretty shady business if you ask me. My brother had ordered a Rog phone from them like almost a month ago and till now he is still waiting for it even though they told him it was going to be delivered by the end of 2020. It's now almost mid-January and there is no delivery yet. I mean, what kind of business is this that cannot even keep up with their own promises?

We kept asking about the status of the order but all we were told was that they were not sure if it was in stock and we had to keep waiting. It's really frustrating when you are waiting for something that is not coming and the only thing you can do is just wait and hope that it eventually happens.

After almost two months of waiting and getting no concrete answers regarding the order, my brother decided to just cancel the order and get his refund. But even that was a headache. The company kept telling him they didn't have enough limit to refund the whole amount at once, like seriously? You can't even refund your customers without limitations?

After repeatedly emailing and asking for updates, my brother finally got $800 refunded in two batches in just one month. But the remaining $1200 is still pending and it's been four days now without any response from PDA Plaza. It's like they are such a bad business who can't even complete orders, keep you hanging and then can't even refund your money in one go, or even in batches like they promised.

Overall, I would not recommend this PDA Plaza to anyone. Their service is just too poor and slow.

PDA Plaza PDA Plaza Review: Good Phone Store, but Prepare to Wait

This phone store, PDA Plaza, is a solid choice to get your phone, but be prepared to wait, and wait some more. You might think that when they say it'll be 15-25 days until your phone arrives, that's all she wrote, but in reality, you might be in for a wait of about 2 months. That was certainly my experience, and trust me, I was not a happy camper. While the deadline was 25 business days, which is around 6 weeks, it took a full 55 days to get my new phone. It's a good thing that the customer service representatives are usually pretty responsive, as I had to reach out to them more than once to find out what was going on. There were all sorts of excuses, from protests in Hong Kong leading to slower shipping, to customs delays due to Thanksgiving. Eventually, they sent me a free gift to say sorry for the delay, but honestly, it wasn't worth all the waiting around.

One thing to note is that the folks who run this business are Russian, and they're based in Montreal. They don't try to cover it up either - the emails they sent me from their customer service address were clearly written in Russian characters (even though the content was in English). Frankly, this strikes me as very unprofessional, but it doesn't seem to impact their overall business model.

All in all, I'd say that if you're in a rush to get a new phone, it's probably much faster to just order from one of the many Chinese websites you can find online. But if you're okay with a bit of waiting, then PDA Plaza can work out just fine. Just don't expect it to be a speed-demon process, eh?

You might have seen their website and thought, "wow these prices are great, I can save some serious dough!" But hold up, don't be fooled by the cheap prices. So, I decided to give PDA Plaza a try and ordered a phone from their website. I was hoping to find a new go-to site for all my phone shopping needs. Back in the day, I used to write reviews for cell phones and now I'm an avid collector of them.

However, my experience with PDA Plaza has been less than satisfactory. I've been waiting for my phone for over two months now, even though the site stated a delivery time of 15-25 business days when I made the purchase. To make matters worse, the same product is now listed on their site with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.

I'm willing to change my rating if I receive the phone soon and it's in brand new condition, but if not, I'll have to cancel the order and contact my credit card company and Paybright to let them know what's going on. Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer right now.

However, after more than two weeks had passed and he still hadn't received any shipping confirmation, he started to get worried. He reached out to PDA's customer service team to inquire about the status of his order.

Unfortunately, he didn't receive a response for several days. When he finally did hear back from Milan, he was informed that his order had been cancelled. While my nephew was disappointed, he understood that sometimes things don't work out and was grateful to have received a prompt response.

However, when he checked his bank account, he noticed that the refund had not yet been processed. He reached out to PDA's customer service team again, and was told that the refund might take up to five business days to process, as stated in PDA's Terms of Use 3.9.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Despite my nephew's repeated attempts to contact customer service and inquire about the status of his refund, he still had not received his money back as of April 3rd, 2023. Milan always promised that the refund would be done the next business day, but it never was.

It's frustrating to see a company not follow through on its promises. While PDA's prices may be attractive, I would strongly advise anyone considering placing an order with them to think twice. My nephew's experience has left a bad taste in our mouths, and we won't be doing business with PDA Plaza again.

I had a really bad experience with PDA Plaza. I ordered a phone from their website on February 20, 2022, and it's been more than two months now and I still haven't received it. I decided to cancel my order on April 21, and they confirmed that they would refund my money within 10 business days. However, after waiting for 30 days, I still didn't receive my refund.

I sent them an email to inquire about the refund, and they replied that they had trouble with the e-transfer transaction. They asked for my PayPal account on May 20th, and they promised to refund my money on the next business day. PDA Plaza Disappointing Experience with PDA Plaza: Delayed Delivery, Language Issue, and No Refund

So, I ordered the Xiaomi 12S Ultra from PDA Plaza on October 5th, 2022. I paid for it with interac and was told it would arrive by a certain date. However, it didn't arrive until November 23rd, which was a whole month after the expected arrival date. I had told them that I needed the phone before that date because I was going to be on the road, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

During the waiting period, Milan, one of the agents, kept in touch with me and gave me the usual reasons for the delay, such as supply issues and transportation delays. Finally, when the phone arrived, it was not configured in English, which was a big problem for me. I had no choice but to send it back, which I did promptly on November 24th.

Even though they assured me that I would get a refund, I still haven't received it as of January 12th, 2023. At first, they said it was because of their daily limit, and then they went silent for two weeks without responding to my emails. Later, I received an email from Constantin and Milan (I'm not sure if those are their real names) saying that the refund would be made in 24 hours. However, it's now been 45 days, and I still haven't seen any refund amount.

At this point, I have no choice but to pursue legal options. If you're thinking about doing business with PDA Plaza, I would suggest that you reconsider.

I recently had an experience with PDA Plaza and it was not a good one. I ordered some electronics from them on the 19th of last month and was told that it would take 15 to 25 days for delivery. I was hoping to get it sooner, so I emailed them to see if they could rush it. PDA Plaza Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refund from PDA Plaza

I recently had an experience with PDA Plaza and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. I placed an order for a phone on December 29th, and was informed that it would take some time to ship. However, before that date, my current phone stopped working and I needed a replacement urgently.

I reached out to PDA Plaza to request a cancellation of my order and was pleased to receive a response from Milan, who was very accommodating. He informed me that his boss had approved the cancellation and that it would take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. I was disappointed that I wouldn't be receiving the phone I had ordered, but I understood that these things happen.

However, 11 days later, I still hadn't received my refund and my order status hadn't changed. I decided to contact PDA Plaza to inquire about the delay and was told by Milan that the refund would be processed "tomorrow." Unfortunately, that day came and went, and there was still no refund. I sent another email to follow up and requested a transaction ID, but I haven't received a response yet.

I have to say that I'm not impressed with PDA Plaza's customer service. While they were very prompt in taking my payment, they seem to be dragging their feet when it comes to refunding me. I would caution others to avoid this company, especially if you need a product quickly or if you're concerned about getting a refund.

PDA Plaza Mixed Experience with PDA Plaza: Asus Rog 5 Out of Stock, But Good Website and Other Cool Gadgets to Explore

I was really bummed out when I found out that PDA Plaza couldn't fulfill my order for the Asus Rog 5 after waiting for three whole weeks. They had to cancel it because they said they didn't have the phone in stock. It was such a disappointment because I was really looking forward to getting my hands on that phone. I brought an Asus rog 5 ultimate from PDA Plaza and I was pretty excited to receive it. I was so happy when I reached the last step involving payment. I decided to pay the entire amount via email e transfer, figuring it would be more convenient. However, I wasn't expecting what came next...

After waiting for about 1.5 months I got an email from them saying that they still need some more time to ship the phone. That was obvious news for me 'cause I was expecting to receive it on the 2nd or 3rd day after I had placed the order. At this point, I got a bit frustrated because I had already waited for more than enough time, but I thought I will wait a little longer.

However, after some more weeks, I couldn't wait any longer and so I contacted them again to ask for a refund. It was my only option as I couldn't wait any longer. You won't believe what they said...They said they will have to return my $2000 in $400 installments every week due to some interact limit. At first, I didn't know what to think, but I accepted their response.

It's already been three weeks since then and I have only received $400. Yes, you read that correctly...I got only $400 back after begging them. As you might imagine, I am not happy about this situation. I already regret buying anything from them and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the same.

If you are considering buying from PDA Plaza, please take my advice and think twice. Don't make the same mistake I did because it could lead you to a consumer court.

So, I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy about my experience with PDA Plaza. I was really lookin' forward to gettin' my hands on that new phone, but it ain't come yet and it's already past the deadline they gave me. I talked to a dude named Alex who said they got 25 days to send it, but that was back on November 2nd, and now it's the 27th! Ain't heard nothin' from them since. Makes me wonder if this is even a real company or just some kinda scam.

I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody. Their service is piss-poor, especially for an online business. I mean, if you're buyin' a phone, you expect to have it in your hands within a week, not waitin' around for months on end. I gotta give 'em one point for bein' a cell company at least, but they ain't earned nothin' beyond that. And as for their non-existent customer support, that's just way too much to put up with.
