This Spider-farmer light is a total disaster. It caught on fire as soon as I plugged it in and now I'm out of a light and my hard-earned cash. I tried to get a refund, but they won't give me my money back. And to make matters worse, it's been months since I requested a replacement and I still haven't received it. What a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I bought two grow lights for my veggies from Spider-farmer about 90 days ago. I'm still waiting for them to ship. I tried calling them, but they never pick up the phone. They did reply to my emails, but all they said was that my lights would ship in two weeks. It's been almost 90 days now, and I haven't heard anything back from them about getting a refund.

I bought a Spider-farmer light and it only lasted for 2.8 cycles in 1.5 years. It quit on me in week 8, which was very inconvenient. It wasn't their fault on the timing, but it was still frustrating. I put in for a warranty claim and they offered me to buy the latest model (which was the same light) for 35% of the cost or wait for 2 months for a new driver. I decided to wait for the new driver, but now they want me to ship my light to them for repair. I thought that the overpriced light would come with a solid warranty service, but I was wrong. Not even a little bit.

Spider-farmer is a company that is quick to take your money, but don't expect any good customer service if there are any issues. It took me a whole week and five emails just to get a response from them. And when they finally did respond, they sent me a light with a bad driver. They did send me a new driver, but without a cord. It's been three weeks now, and the company wants me to send back their junk so they can resend a new one once it's received. This will take another two weeks, which is just ridiculous.

I am done doing business with them. If you try to call them, they will just hang up on you. Their customer service is so slow and non-responsive. They just keep sending the same sorry email, which is a load of crap. Basically, you just get the runaround. By the time I get my new light, a new technology will already have come out because they are so slow to fix the problems.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them. You have been warned. Don't waste your time and money on a company that doesn't care about their customers.
