The whole damn experience
These guys frauded us,misrepresented,used deceptive practices and damaged our home. Please make sure if youhave had a problem with these guys you file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the AZAG,also make sure you file a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to deal with their fraudulent lender Goodleap,well know for fraudulent activities.

Agreement began Dec 2020 Loan amount approximately $74,000 Project delivery was told to me that it would be operational by February . Project was poorly managed, failed to communicate and failed to disclose changes. Deviated from plans for installation without discussing with me prior. Still not fully installed and is still non operational October . Passed the project off to several other managers over last 9 months. No accountability throughout. Loss of trust entirely. Refuse to help cancel after months of requesting cancelation due to their inability to deliver as agreed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Due to complications with the city of *** this project has taken longer than anticipated. However, we are going to fulfill all of our promises and have assigned our Project Manager as the dedicated point of contact to ensure that *** project is taken to the finish line.
We have gone above and beyond our commitment to *** by actively paying his solar loan and have offered to pay his utility *** until the system is fully operational.
The layout changes resulted in *** having a more efficient and higher producing solar system. Although, if *** is unhappy with the layout of his panels we would be happy to rearrange them according to his liking.
We are looking forward to working with *** and appreciate his business.

I requested to have solar panels installed by 3/4 in one day from On Point Solar Power, but they were poorly installed and incomplete, the *** failed the installment as it did not comply with city regulations,as the conductors may not be bunched up and tied together but rather go around inside of panel one(1) time. I reached out to On Point to resolve or cancel if it was not going to be done the next day as they had promised this job would be done in one day. On Point has come several times to make changes yet no actual repairs have been done. The *** has left me 2 warning letters "Correction Required" but On Point til this day has not finished the job, the solar box is too small, the conductors are not wrapped correctly, they damaged my roof, and they refuse to cancel the service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
