They are the best! I had a problem with my AC and they came out right away to fix it. The guy who came was super nice and knew what he was doing. He fixed it in no time and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Oliver heating & Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC work done. They are the bomb!

new water heater broke again called at 10:30 pm 7/22 and Stevie was nice and cool. gonna leave a review soon.

I just had Cody come over to do my AC tuneup. He was really impressive, a young man who knew what he was doing. He took his time to fix a problem and told me what he was doing and why. This company is a total rip-off. Don't use them unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for repairs that should only cost a few hundred. I got an Oliver heating system with a property I bought in Ridley Park, PA, but it broke down even though it was only a few years old. Oliver had password-protected the system so no other HVAC tech could access it. They charged me a lot just to check the problem, which was a broken motor. They charged me $2,500 to replace it, which is way too much. While they were replacing the motor, they found out that a circulator pump was also broken. They charged me $2,000 to replace it, which is also way too much. I've never felt so cheated by a company before. They're total crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Oliver Heating and Cooling has been our go-to for the past few months for a bunch of different projects. They're a family-owned business, but they're pretty big, so their prices were on par with other home renovators. Their size also made us feel like they were reliable. We first hired them to replace the old sewer pipe in our 50-year-old house, which meant we had to redo two bathrooms. We talked to our regular plumber, but that meant we had to coordinate with a renovator too. Oliver did everything in one go, so it was way easier for us. They also did everything by the book, getting all the necessary permits and stuff, and their plumbers and electricians are all pros. Their work is top-notch! Danny L is the home renovating manager, and he's been super helpful. Dale and Bob are the two renovators who did most of the work, and they're both really good at what they do. We ended up getting them to upgrade our electrical service and replace some corroded water shutoff valves too. One of the things I appreciated the most was how they were sensitive to our family situation. My wife was in the hospital on Christmas Day and then in rehab for a month, so she still needs a walker to get around. I called Danny on 12/27 to see if they could add a shower to the downstairs bathroom and turn our sons' old playroom into a bedroom on the main floor. Danny and his team got right on it, and by the time my wife came home on 1/25, everything was almost done. They finished everything by 1/31, and the new spaces are beautiful and perfect for my wife's needs. We're so happy with everything they did, and we wouldn't hire anyone else in the future.

Oliver put in a new heater and boiler for us on Feb 15, 2021. We switched from oil to gas and they charged us to take out the oil tank. They came on Saturday but didn't take the tank away and didn't tell us when they would.

I been a customer of Oliver Heating and Cooling for over 25 years. The last three times I called them, they never showed up when they were supposed to and didn't even call to say they weren't coming. On Thursday night, they called to change my service call on Friday because they had too many emergencies. I told them they couldn't change it because I had to take care of my handicapped family member in PA for the next two weeks. They got mad and said they would tell the tech not to cancel. On Friday morning, I called to make sure they were coming, and they said they would be at my house anywhere from 2 - 9 p.m. At 4:30, I called to see where I was on the schedule, and they said they would call me back. No one called me back. At 6:15, I called again, and all I got was a recorded message saying they were busy and to leave a message. Finally, someone called me back and said NO ONE WAS COMING TO MY HOUSE ON FRIDAY and that they had called on Friday to say they weren't coming. No one called my house to tell me anything, they lied when I asked what timeframe they would be there, etc. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I tried to reach a manager (Monday) since 8:30 a.m., and I get the same thing, leave a message, and we will call you next business day. Someone is supposed to be today at 12:00. I am supposed to be in PA taking care of my brother and have had to hire someone to stay with him until I can get there today. I also am having to pay someone to stay with him. I don't feel that I should be paying for maintenance on my A/C due to all of these problems AGAIN! This is crazy, and I won't recommend this company to anyone anymore.
