I have spent several days trying to get a replacement parts warranty on my office star chair. all emails are being sent back not delivered and no one is answering the phone at the company I am looking for replacement parts on my chair that has a lifetime warranty please advise

I am writing in regards to order # ***. Item # -***-45, Caldwell Storage Ottoman. This item was paid in full. I received the ottoman. However, the ottoman itself is damaged. I have e-mailed twice, no response. I have sent in a video (I can not attach video to this) showing the issue. I have spoken to two different customer service reps by calling . I got the runaround. I have researched your company, and I am getting the impression that Officestar does nothing more than delay and not resolve problems with orders. This is very concerning to me. Per Law, the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) states that a charge must be reversed if a person does not get what they pay for. In this situation, I did not get what I paid for. Attached 3 copies of sent e-mails, NO REPLIES. Here are your two options: REFUND ME THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE, or SHIP OUT A NEW OTTOMAN.

Our records show that your purchase was made through Cymax. It appears that the number you had been calling () was for a company called Home Square. One of these companies may have been where you purchased the ottoman, however, we are the manufacturer and are more than happy to ship out a new ottoman to remedy this situation.
We are saddened to hear that you received the ottoman you purchased damaged upon arrival. Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when parts are damaged or missing.

I purchased a desk through furniture retailer HOM Furniture on 11/28, and Office Star Products is the manufacturer
I purchased a desk through furniture retailer HOM Furniture on 11/28, and Office Star Products is the manufacturer. One of the parts, a strip of LED lights, that came with the desk was damaged on arrival. All replacement requests and needs were to be addressed to Office Star Products' Parts Department directly, and as such, I first did so on 11/30. I called their parts department number directly, and was then told to email the parts department email, which I did so. After my initial email, I didn't receive a response for nearly a month (1/4), which I then resent a second email follow-up. I received a response from a *** on 1/5 asking for some supplementary info, which I immediately provided. He said that my replacement wouldn't ship until the end of January. I gave them a few weeks until the end of February before checking in again to find out that *** is no longer with the company, and I emailed them another time and have not received a response since.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Unfortunately, our company had been working with limited staff during the pandemic with restrictions in place due to Covid-19.
The replacement order was entered into our system in January and shipped 2 days ago on Wednesday, 3/24/2021.
Part shipped via UPS and the tracking number is: 1***. Per the UPS website, shipment is in transit with an estimated delivery date set for Monday, 3/29/2021.
