I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with My Name Necklace. I mean, their customer service is straight up terrible and the quality of their stuff ain't much better. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Like, if I could give 'em negative stars, I totally would.

Got a necklace from My Name Necklace and it was pretty good. The necklace was nice and shiny and the name was spelled right. But the chain was a little thin and I was worried it might break. I wore it for a few weeks and it held up okay, but I wouldn't wear it every day.

I also got a leather bracelet from them and it fell apart pretty quickly. I had purchased the extended warranty, but it was over by a few days and the company wasn't helpful at all. They make their warranty sound wonderful, but it's not worth it if they won't honor it.

Overall, I think My Name Necklace is okay. The products are decent, but the customer service could be better. If you're looking for a personalized necklace or bracelet, they're a good option, but don't expect it to last forever.

I got myself a name bracelet and necklace from My Name Necklace and even got matching earrings to go with them. I gotta say, I'm really happy with my purchase. So, I decided to get my mom a necklace for Mother's Day from My Name Necklace. I was excited to see the final product, but after waiting for three weeks, I still hadn't received it. I tried to contact them through email, but there was no phone number available. After a lot of back and forth, they finally responded and asked me to exchange the item. I'm still waiting for their next email, but I'm not too hopeful. I think I might have to ask my credit card company to do a reserve charge to get my money back.

Honestly, I would avoid this website altogether. It's been a frustrating experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing. It's a shame because the necklace looked really nice on the website, but the customer service has been terrible.

So, I ordered from My Name Necklace back in April and I paid extra for the shipping to be faster so I could get it by May 25. But, it's already June and I still haven't gotten my order. I've messaged the company a few times, but all I get is an automatic response. I checked the tracking and it says it was sent out on May 10th, but I still haven't gotten it. The customer service is really bad, I'm not happy about it at all.

Got my 3D Engraved Bar Necklace from My Name Necklace and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. The gold bar is teeny tiny, but that's not even the worst part. The names of my fam jam, which are engraved on the bar, are so small you need a magnifying glass to see them. I shelled out $85.00 for this necklace and now I'm feeling like a bit of a chump. I was planning on giving it as a gift, but now I'm thinking I'll just stash it in my closet and pretend it never happened.

Now, I gotta give props where props are due. The bracelet I got for my niece was dope. She loved it, and I gotta say, it looked pretty fly. So, all in all, I'd still recommend My Name Necklace. They may have a few hiccups here and there, but they know how to make things right.

This company is absolutely terrible and I regret ever coming across it. I ordered a bracelet made of gold-plated sterling silver with charms that were supposed to be engraved with the names of my mother-in-law's grandchildren as a special birthday gift. However, it didn't arrive on time and when it finally did, it was simply hideous! The bracelet looked and felt like cheap plastic jewelry with no weight behind it at all. One of the heart charms was scratched and all four were poorly cut with rough edges. It was just nasty tat. I wouldn't have given it to anyone other than a 5-year-old girl for dress-up!

To make matters worse, there was no phone number to contact the company, so I had to email them. They wouldn't do anything until I sent a photograph, despite me saying that a photograph wouldn't demonstrate the quality or capture the small but noticeable scratch. Eventually, I sent one to progress the complaint and they initially offered me a replacement item or an alternative item at more or less value, and they would refund or request payment as appropriate. I said no and that I wanted a full refund. However, they have now come back and said it's a replacement of the same value or more or a refund less 30% for the unique engraving. This is different from what they offered only 7 hours ago! I am waiting for a final reply before I start making it known publicly how crap this company is! I wish I had never bothered!

Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality of their products is terrible, and their customer service is even worse. It's a shame that I wasted my time and money on this company, and I hope that others will learn from my mistake and avoid them at all costs.

I recently ordered a half heart necklace from My Name Necklace and was excited to give it to my boyfriend. However, when I finally received it, I noticed that both necklaces had a slightly open hole which caused the entire chain to come off. We tried to fix them ourselves, but one of the loops came completely off the chain after I put it on. I was so mad and frustrated that I had to take it back.

I contacted the Customer Service team and complained about the issue. They were very nice and understanding, and even gave me a link on how to return the item. However, due to personal reasons, I was unable to return it at that time. After two months, I finally decided to return the damaged merchandise and get my money back.

When I couldn't find the return information on the website, I emailed the Customer Service team asking for help. One lady replied and asked for pictures of the items, which I provided. She then mentioned that I had tried to return them two months ago and asked what happened. I explained that it was personal, but she still asked for a picture of the item.

Although the Customer Service team was helpful, I was disappointed with the quality of the necklace and the fact that it broke so easily. I also found the website difficult to navigate and the return process confusing. Overall, I would not recommend My Name Necklace to others.
