My husband was diagnosed with dementia, and I began paying his bills for the last year. On April 15th, a charge came across on his VISA from "My Heritage" for $189. I knew there was no possible way he charged this as he would have been unable to process such a service. I called CHASE bank to report a fraudulent charge and was told that it wasn't for the fact that his account had the same yearly charge from the same company for the last two years. My husband wasn't keeping track of his expenditures because of his mental condition. The bank said to call "My Heritage" and talk with them. I did call and could not get a live person, so I contacted customer service on their website. There was initial correspondence and then NOTHING! I have attached documents collaborating my complaint. We are senior citizens in our late 70's and have a very limited income. To have a company charge my husband's VISA is perplexing and frightening. Your website has previous complaints regarding this company as well.
