i was taking my truck for a wrong bearing on the diferential and they tell my the will not fix it for no reason just they dont going to work on it they dont respect the power train warranty of 100, 000miles please dont take your car to this dealer its the worst service and the worst quality of work the i never seen before
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Horrible Service Department! After spending $500 on repairs... Still have issue! Took vehicle in numerous times complaining of issue...every time being told nothing is wrong!
Well something is wrong...now at over $2000 in damage and now is not NOT driveable! And guess what...MONUMENT WANTS TO TAKE ZERO BLAME!

I'm sorry that we haven't heard from you. I investigated to see if I could determine who you worked with here. Based on my best information, Chevrolet will not honor the warranty on your differential because of the modifications you have made to the vehicle. The oversize tires, lift kit, etc. void the warranty (see owner's manual). I am still willing to discuss the issue with you, but we don't have contact information for you.
